i wanted to make a sylvari that's core concept is basically being a bloody wedding dress (hence her looks)

she's actually on the 'older' side of sylvari standards, but as fresh as a sapling- because she keeps being killed, and the Dream just keeps spitting her back out in a fresh new body after some time

she believes she's cursed to keep getting killed by or for her loved ones- lovers, friends, people she adopted as family, it all always ends in quick tragedy for her and she's not sure why, and the pale tree never answers her. the worst is she remembers every life, and sometimes she believes she's still in the Dream waiting for rebirth when she's actually Awake, which puts her in confusing situations

so, all of that makes her very Normal in the head. after the first couple of rebirths she just started acting like she's a new sapling every time as to not waste her energy on anger and regret and grief (she still feels it), and if someone from her pasts recognizes her she sadly lies, says shes a blank slate, and goodbye.

It is also my birthday, so I would like to spread the good word of Buying Physical Copies of the Haunting Series Before Netflix Decides to Yank It. I requested such for said birthday, and we were able to find a DVD set with both Hill House and Bly Manor (which I loved btw. Story for another time), plus audio commentaries by @flanaganfilm and Bly directors Liam Gavin and Axelle Carolyn. There are blu-ray sets out there, but I was having trouble finding both shows in region 1, and honestly, life is short and this had everything I wanted at a good price.

I am not sure at this time if there are or will be official physical copies of Midnight Mass, Midnight Club, or Fall of the House of Usher. I’m seeing what look like bootleg blu-rays of uncertain quality on eBay, but do what you gotta do.
