I fought gravity today! Tried to get up after doing my daily stretches, but the floor was too addictive. Got pulled into a meeting with my mind while on the floor, I imagining a to-do list as long as the Nile. Life? Bring it on! Even Karma (my dog) was head-tilting like, "Bro, you okay?" Giggles + Gravity = Best MS Equation ever! Tag, you're it! Back on my feet. More mischief for the day loading... wish me luck!

Adulting, as my friends Rads says, “is tough”. I also bet you believe the same. You’d never even imagine how life would take a 360 on you and leave a change so big your head might think you’d end up a goner.

But that heart that’s a goofball- it doesn’t like giving up. It’s a fighter. A dancer!

It twirls and twists. It doesn’t like waiting for the storm to pass. It likes dancing in the rain.

It dances like everybody is watching.

Let your heart jump at every adversity that comes your way... every damn problem that life throws at you. Your heart knows the beat of all the life’s rhythms. Let it dance. Let it dance good!

Ramadan day 4: Esoteric Death

Since I was young I would tell my sister that when I die, grieve and have a huge celebration! Grieve and celebrate my life! Celebrate my release into the arms of mercy and love! And grieve.

Pain is the language of compassion. Where there is pain, there is love and perceiving of it’s loss. But in love there is no loss, there is only the change in form. The love we have will always remain.

I think death is an art, and the product of it’s practice is more LIFE. Death is a constant, not in the western idea of physical death, but in the decay and completion of a cycle.

I hope to allow the death of all the attachments that no longer serve me. You know the scariest thing about it for me is not the ending of one th ing, but the period of space and unknown before the new thing emerges. It’s the most testing period, very dark knight of the soul. Every single time it happens, the new things that come up feel better, so my trust grows with every experience.

We are cyclical beings, and like the trees, we must shed our leaves! Death, nothingness, baren and empty is a necessary part of growth. If we do not allow the cycles to continue, we remain in the compulsion of the mind, away from the deep natural flow. It’s hard man, it is, but for me I'd rather pain that is real, suffering that has meaning, then continuing the familiar out of fear.

I wish there could be a circle, where we just grieve together. Grieve the loss of who were were, what we thought we knew, loved ones, the child within. Like in the movie Avatar, where they would all connect, and sing in grief. Pain in unity, pain in purpose, pain as a propellent forward. Maybe I can do something....hmm

Note to self: it is not a coincidence that this is not a part of our cultural or corporate system. We have integrated a mind-based approach to living that neglects of emotional and spiritual life force.

May I allow death to flow with a deep knowing that no death that can harm the trueness of my being: all light.

Being a media and information literate requires certain skills such as critical thinking because as an individual we decide whether the messages make sense, why certain information was included, what wasn't included, and what the key ideas are.

Various issues are seen on social media either politics, racist, covid 19 issues, and different problem around the world as an media and information literate we need to be careful with the information we see on social media don't share such information if we are not sure if its ligitimate or not. Media is our way to interpret and make informed judgments as well as to become skillful creators and producers of information and media messages in our own right.

[🇬🇧, en Español en el primer comentario] I've been hiding a (not so) little something, and this is not going to be your typical happiness and rainbows announcement we're used to see about it... but it will have to do. I found out around the same time I was diagnosed with ME-CFS (a little less than 7 months ago!), and I've been working to make the proper space for it since then, so it's been a long process. It's brought lots of physical aches, and a whole world of commitments and medical appointments that have drained my productivity and creative mood, so I haven't done half of what I wanted to do this year: my Etsy shop is in a permanent vacation state, and will be for the foreseeable future; I haven't been able to take on as many custom orders as I'd have liked; my already low energy levels have dropped below zero... Not a good mix with chronic fatigue, that's for sure! But around Christmas it will be all out in the open, no matter what I do or do not, so I guess I've owed you an explanation for long enough already. Guessed it yet?
