She’s shown to be very compassionate and willing to put her own feelings aside for the sake of others. Would’ve honestly prefered her as a mate to Lionblaze or get a pov herself over the nothing we got.

Blackstar: *Murders an elderly woman trying to stop me from kidnapping children. Supports a dictator openly abusing/neglecting children and the elderly. Murders a man for refusing to kill mixed raced children- then tells said man’s sister that she will never be safe.* Man…. i sure do feel bad for abusing and killing all of those people…. Good thing I will face no consequences and proceed to be made leader, where I will have even more power over the wellbeing of others.

Tigerclaw: My name sake<3 The angst of his earlier life is so, so facinating to me. Starclan being straight fucked up and decided killing him is their only option? He was a kid and they saw him as a lost cause from the start. They never tried any other methods, never tried to steer him in the right direction or… even just take it into their own hands and kill him themself, which they have SHOWN they’re capable of.

They watched all the the horrific crimes he commited, entirely aware they were going to happen. Thats. Fucking. Horrifying. Starclan is scary as shit… and his death? FANTASTIC. I only wish he’d gotten lives from cats he killed so that him coming back to life to suffer over and over was an actual curse from Starclan and not blessings. They knew how he would die and they gave him the lives to torture him for his sins…

Flywhisker: Adhd girlies. Painfully relate to that feeling of the constant scolding for never being “good enough” because I prefer to do things a certain way or struggle to focus. So, SO happy for her when she left the clans! You don’t have to prove yourself to anyone! Hope she’s happy and warm indoors with her brother💕

Literally can't think of a single other female character in handled as seriously and with the complexity of Bluestar. (Although her super edition was a bit of an L with how others treated her, it ultimately makes her breakdown even more painful.)

Leopardstar: As a kid I hated her and loved Blackfoot, now I hate Blackfoot and love her. #feminism. But seriously I think she has way more going for her than he ever has. Her father is a medicine cat who hates violence, the DRASTIC change in Riverclan's view of outsiders upon Crookedstar's death and her leadership. Her already having a position of power before proving she's unworthy of it. (Unlike Blackstar who gets rewarded for his racism and violence by being made leader afterwards) and the fact she has to interact with her victims on a daily basis after what she did.

The writings attempts to redeem her are really lame and dismissive of the actually damage she did, but at the very least they TRIED to do something else with her. Personally, I would have loved to see her assassinated by Mistyfoot. Just like her mother Bluestar was almost killed all those moons ago by Tigerclaw... The parallels of violence for power and violence for peace. A victim repeating the actions of the very man who killed her brother to put an end to what he started in Riverclan.... A shadow in Riverclan, if you will. (<-Pretending erin hunter has hired me to rewrite their series)

Windclan: Tunneling as a concept and inviting outsiders into their clan so friendly and casual makes the clan seems so much more diverse than the others. It always stuck out to me!

thank u so much for the amazing questions, also, THE VISION BOARD IS SO GOOD <33333 thank u for loving my blog that means the world to me. now unto ur three AMAZING questions;

INSECURITY - when it comes to insecurity there's a vast amount of places that u can start but the first place to start is your mouth. what comes out of ur mouth is a reflection of who you are. ppl that are smart will build opinions on u based on what comes out of ur mouth. ur words have POWER, dont let ur negative words become ur reality. speak positively on urself, STOP the negative self talk, dont make urself the topic of jokes and dont ever EVER speak negatively about yourself. bcuz even if ur like "its just a joke" you will subconsciously start to believe it.

stop comparing urself to others, the only competition is between the person u are today, and the person that u were yesterday. practicing self care is so good for ur mental and physical well-being. it can give u a sense of confidence, but ultimately the confidence that'll last will come from within u and that will RADIATE. practice saying no and put urself first ALWAYS. (self concept work is also super helpful when ur building ur confidence)

i want u to get to the root cause of ur insecurity, and why u feel that way. for some ppl they are insecure bcuz of the way that they look, or the way that they talk, the way people perceive them, it could be a LOT of different factors that contribute to why u feel insecure but i just want u to identify them. then DISMANTLE them. flip the narrative. for example if ur insecure about ur looks; you'd take a hard look at urself in the mirror and i can GUARANTEE that you are BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. start looking for things that u love and like and MAXIMIZE on those things. tell urself constantly that ur gorgeous and it'll become a belief. if ur surrounded by ppl who constantly belittle u then u need a new circle of ppl to surround urself with.

(ik that this is SUCH a long paragraph but i can elaborate on it further in a separate post if its something that u wanna discuss more)

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE - im separating this into parts

physically - start moving. it could be doing pilates or yoga, or literally just taking a walk but u should just be MOVING. fueling ur body with nutritious foods and staying hydrated. taking care of ur health by eating balanced meals and snacks throughout the day. listening to ur cravings, taking care of ur skin and ur hair and ur nails etc etc. taking care of urself from head to toe and from the inside out. once u prioritize ur physical and like, self care you will look and feel SO GOOD

mentally - listen to podcasts and consume content that makes u feel good about urself and pushes u to become the best version of urself. sleep can greatly improve ur mental state, stimulate ur mind and cultivate ur passions and talents. educate urself (knowledge is powerful) about anything that interests u and the world around u. PAY ATTENTION IN SCHOOL (if ur in school) and constantly stay in a place of learning. surround urself with people who are diverse and whose experiences and worldviews are different from yours so that u can learn from others.

emotionally - start journaling, when u feel emotions, identify them and take care of urself accordingly, meditate and become more mindful of urself and those around u. if u have the means, invest in therapy, however if u dont, start journalling, doing shadow work, and we have SO MANY resources to start our healing journeys. like youtube for example. take advantage of that <3

spiritually - if ur talking about religious spirituality, then read ur religious texts and study that so that u can grow and get deeper in ur faith. start making time to pray as many times a day as u should, and focusing on building a relationship with the god/gods that u believe in. watching content from people who share the same faith and religion as you can help u become more confident in ur religious identity AS YOU SHOULD BE <333 if ur not talking about religious spirituality..

start meditating and take part in other mindful practices, avoid negative people and negative energies, connect with nature and the world around u, cultivate gratitude, if u feel like u should u should def invest in some crystals and things of that nature. i dont know much about spirituality in this specific sense so please feel free to teach or add onto this in the comments so that we can all learn from each other <3

you scream at the top of your lungs, seeing a somewhat familiar(?) creature in your bed. you throw a plushie at him in defense, screaming even louder when his bright blue eyes glow in your direction, illuminating the dark room. they were beautiful, you must admit. you feel enraptured by the color as your breathing slows for a moment. that is until he begins to crawl towards you.

you shriek, scrambling back hurriedly against the bed's frame. you grab onto the headboard, thinking that it might help. SHOCKER, it does nothing. you're cornered by the monster, his fangs peeking out onto his bottom lip. you wince, seeing how the tips draw blood on his pouty lip.

he leans over of you, admiring your gorgeous features. the way oversized ripped black tank dangles above you. oxygen has now left your body. you cant speak. cant scream. cant breathe. he giggles adorably, his hand touching your face with his clawed hand. he brushes it gently. he feels secure and happy. but youre still freaking out. in your head, atleast.

"uuhhh" he lets out a noise. your eyebrows furrow. can he not speak? duh, idiot. you mentally smack your forehead, of course he cant speak english, hes a MONSTER, not human. "um!" you manage to let out in a whisper. "hi.."

this makes the monster smile. his sharp fangs showing. "hi."

"AAAAHHH!" you scream. you hit him in the head with your hand. however, you kinda feel bad when his grin drops. he's offended, he thought you liked him?

"mean." he says, even though he wasn't at all affected by your little tap. he shakes hair out of his face, humming contently. "watched you." he speaks softly and you can see his eyes beginning to change. they're closed more, they have a look of lust and hungry desire.

you feel as though this has happened before. this isn't new. except this time it's different. this time, it's better than that reoccurring dream you have every day. he's real, you know he's real. though you still hesitantly touch his veiny arm, just to make sure.

he still looms over you, his hot breath getting closer to your lips. you don't know why, but you can't shove him off you. you don't want to. you know he's a monster. he's probably killed hundreds of people. he seems unreal as his lips ghost yours. "love you." is all he says before he crashes them hungrily into you.

he's intoxicating. you've never felt this way before. this aching, carnal desire for someone- or rather something you don't even know. perhaps you've met him many times before. it feels as though you have, however you can't remember. you don't want to think about it. you can't think about it as soon as his one item of clothing is off his lean body and thrown behind him somewhere. your eyes fill with tears and your breathing picks up heavily.

your pretty eyes scan his entire build shamelessly, and you begin unconsciously rolling your hips into his crotch. you whimper in desperation, but he grabs your delicate hands and brings them towards his chest. "touch me, angel."

mmmmMmmm i recorded the whole process on twitter, i started on the 22nd of august last year and finished the 04th of september and posted it right away, cause i finished it at like 3 am, i worked non stop on it for four weeks. and i was in like, heavy work at school too, i don’t know what force motivated me to go on cause i’ve given up on projects smaller than this.

I really wanted to do the them in every universe but with their variants and after a while i ran out of those so i just went “well, i’ll draw them in different universes that i like” i picked that specific THG panel cause it was easily recognizable for people, although i think James and Lily are more Annie and Finnick than Everlark… And then I did two panels and i was like “WOULDNT iT be SUPER COol IF I USED a diferENT ARTSTYLE fOr EACH?!” and the rest is history, i think someone was slipping crack into my water or something cause i’m still baffled that i did more than 80 drawings, with an attempt at different artstyles, in one month, all fully rendered and finished? yep i was having an episode or something

Furbbs appreciation post: for a friend who left the fandom and changed my life (please read)

thank you for all the love on the recent photos of chiffon and latte ;w; if you see this i just want you to know im holding all your tags and comments close to my heart and sobbing from joy

both were customized by my precious friend @furbbs in 2018... furbbs is long inactive in the furby space but did some of the most gorgeous, in depth and unique customs id ever seen.

i decided to make this post so i can remind people of the incredibly talented person i get to call my friend.

furbbs was one of the first (if not the first) i saw skin an 05 and boom.

they are safe, but i cant pretend i do not miss their presence in this space. i hope to keep their incredible work alive through my photography!

they had to leave due to health issues.

like this WIP they posted... i dont even know how they did this level of detail with dye! 2012s weren't very popular then, either. (Credit)

This sweetie of theirs, too! In general, they did things with dye I STILL cannot comprehend. They'd done custom plush and fursuits before, so I suppose that's how they were so intuitive!

This "confetti baby" custom dyed snowball by them is still unbelievable to me. Genuinely amazing. (Credit)

Latte originally had a custom "furbucks" apron they made. He has a "scent pouch" inside that smells like hazelnut and coffee made from candle melts. (Credit)

aurora was originally a dalmatian furb and was dyed to my liking to look like a cloudy sky. he has so much detail on his eyelids that can't be seen right now as they got stuck open in transit. (Credit)

they even custom made the hair tuft aurora has :") its several fur panels sewed together as dye wasnt working. my heart... (credit)

obligatory mention to my boyfriend (@tiedyefurb)'s custom furby, prince, also made by them. the level of detail is insane

they bought a lot of suspiciously cheap furbies for my boyfriend because he dreamed of owning an angel furby and one was included. the overall price was $12/furby.

the furbies were full of dead bugs, even under their eyelids and in their robot parts. they had dead bug poop in them, they were... really gross.

out of love and perseverance, despite having intense toy empathy and the process being upsetting, furbbs cleaned them all thoroughly. me and my bf have 5 furbies from the lot, 3 customized by them

when i got chiffon, my sun bleached crystal baby, customed by them they let me make so many changes and i made them start over and add little details so many times. i wish id known how special the experience was in the moment

i... cant express how much furbbs means to me and how much joy their craft brings. i think most people probably dont know of them and the thought made me sad. so i wanted to remind people of my precious friend.

next year's FE9's 20th anniversary and i am dead set on doing a zihark doujin for it. i got halfway through with one with tons of drawings that are still badass, lord knows that my fondness for him eclipses everything else i've ever drawn, i feel like i can finally do him justice, etc. this is The Moment tween krad has been waiting for all her life.

thing is i've been quietly debating to myself for a year or so if i want to do a strictly canon based doujin or one with selfshipper Stuff.

see, i thought i was going for more of a fanservice angle to sidestep that a little (still totally sliding that in whenever possible) but my brain unfortunately needs like a Modicum of Characterization :D; (as i am finding out with this gunter doujin). i need little plot hanger hooks even if it's gag strips or one off doodles.

and. i like. okay.

quick pros/con of canon-based doujin: wider audience, i don't have certian hangups over it

quick pros/cons of selfshipper doujin: it would probably heal certian parts of my soul if i wasn't being so chickenshit about it. it'd still be pretty? but it'd be harder to draw. i don't know if it would have a meaning to other than literally one (1) alive person and at some point i do have to kinda weigh the 'is the time sink worth it'

there's, very literally 20 years of inside jokes and shit with the selfshipper thing. i cannot stress to you zi literally got me to start drawing seriously. i don't know why i'm saying this other than 'this verse might be a bit self referential and i don't know if people would Get It compared to just canon (which i 10000% love on its own rights, it's not like i'm secretly dying to just do the selfshipper thing - ideally i would do a doujin of both because just what's in the games proper is so, so cool. he's such a weirdo. :D and tellius is the kind of cast i could stick him with literally anyone and wrangle up a cool scene.

the obvious answer is (do a doujin with both krad, like duh, people are gonna love the pretty pix no matter what ur overthinking it) but it just feels weird...? mixing the streams, if only in a pure technical/storytelling sense, and even above Personal Stuff i want to respect this on a pure craft level. Aw, thank you! I do! (Sorry this has been sitting in my ask box for a while since I'm not online much lately). In no particular order, these are some of my favorite DNF writers:

Scoops (ao3): Extremely versatile writer. Engaging plots. Has something for everyone! How are they ridiculously talented? I want to examine their brain with some of the coolest worlds they come up with. They write vividly and pack some gut punches in their fics. When I open a Scoops fic, I know I'm in for a treat.

Extrasteps (ao3): Another extremely versatile writer. I love her fics so much. Delicious. Sometimes dark. Good mix of AUs and the explicit stuff is top tier. Their Blinding Shadows series drives me feral (her other bite-sized fics are great).

Altaneen (ao3): Perpetuam Memoriam is an excellent fic (DNF royalty/political intrigue). The darker themes in her work give me major gothic fairytale vibes.

Dizzy (ao3): Bite-sized fics. Made me fully realize some kinks that I could totally be into. *cough*pisskink*cough* Their writing is cathartic, terse, and captivating. They have excellent George and Dream characterization. They're super unafraid to write what's outside the box within DNF and I am in love with them for it.

Preytall (ao3): Huge writer crush. I've reread their fics multiple times. Their fics are gourmet and I come to feast to satisfy some deep itch in my brain. Gorgeous prose. The tropes they write are mwah, chef's kiss. Their blog is also one my favorites on Tumblr for prime degen DNF sex brainrot.

Maplefound (ao3): Ahhh I like the fics they have up. I really enjoyed the imagery in hunger, bone deep. I find myself clicking on that fic a lot lately just to re-read.

Mieldoux (ao3): Incredible prose and this fic was excellent. Poetic writer, love them.

Alisonsomething (ao3): Their second-person POV fic is so good that I revisit it semi-frequently. I do not care for second-person POV or soul marks AU, but they are proof that a good writer can reel in anyone. Superb writing . They also write angst incredibly well and I am currently reading FIFLW.

Venus43 (ao3): Although they have left the fandom, I still think about Aching Heart and This Thing Called Us. They write tension and longing so well and god it just hurts. I miss them everyday.

SamrieIMG (ao3): Okay they are hands down, my hugest author crush. They do not write DNF anymore, but their prose, world-building, incredible stories hit me a certain way. They are the reason I started writing in the first place and I have a special place in my heart for them. This darkfic (more DSMP/minecraft-ish) DNF series is incredible. READ THE TAGS. Horror thriller-ish. Each fic stands out on its own. It's not a romance (it's even better), but it's a hauntingly beautiful journey. Seriously underrated author. Imo, the tropes listed aren't that bad/overly explicit but ofc, please heed the tags.

In no way is this a definitive list, but just some DNF writers I can think of off the top of my head (and bookmark-ready). It is late and my brain's dead, so I'm sure I'm forgetting more people.
