Then there was that time that Superman teamed-up with He-Man to battle Skeletor in DC Comics Presents #47 (July, 1982).

This was the first comic book appearance of Masters of the Universe outside of the min-comics that came with each figure, and was on the spinner racks more than a year before the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe animated series started broadcasting.

Have you seen any official confirmation that the CGI MOTU show on Netflix is cancelled? If so, do you think it has anything to do with Kevin Conroy passing away?

So, the rumors that the show is officially canceled came from a tweet by one of the writers.

That tweet was then used as the main source in an article by ForEternia.Com that said the show was cancelled.

But that is a large jump from "not renewed" to "cancelled" and the same writer had to come back to Twitter to clarify her earlier tweet because For Eternia misrepresented what she said.

To clarify:

Netflix has not renewed the series beyond the original 26 episodes.

Mattel still retains control of the series and can take it to another company to partner with to create future season of the same series.

The fact that it was not renewed by Netflix does not mean the project was canceled by Mattel.

DD Heroes Body Type Headcanons

(and other stuff nobody asked for)

Bigby: emaciated, of course. He has a hard time keeping an ounce of body weight on him, since transforming into the beast takes a lot of energy. He is kinda tall but not the tallest from the group but since he is hunched over he appears much smaller thanks to his little body mass.

Josephine: bottom heavy, well-fed but not fat. This girl knows how to eat well and has the funds to do it. She is rather short compared to the other girls but appears taller because of her upright posture

Missandei: Pretty average but strong arms, she is amongst the tallest of the girls.

Tardif: Short, sturdy, has a belly. He is a mobile battering ram. He uses his full body weight in battle, if he starts wrestling you, you start praying. Arms and thighs for days. Shortest of the male heroes

Reynauld: on the taller side of the heroes, 'strong man' built. Big arms (good for hugging). Healthy layer of fat over strong muscles. Not much definition, but probably could bench press a horse.

Damian: Looks bigger than he should be, broad ass shoulders but very lithe because of fasting. Has the built of someone who should have more weight but doesn't.

Audrey: Slender, very lady like but neither ass nor tits, legs for days though. Amazing metabolism. Tall girl with short girl attitude.

Boudica: Tallest of the girls, beefy, strong. Big thighs and arms, no six-pack though. Constantly wants to test her strength against everyone. Will wrestle Tardif for fun.

Dismas: Slender built, good for sneaking around. On the shorter side, but taller than Tardif. Well-built muscle but not overly defined. Built for speed, not force.

William: Average, a bit sturdy, was probably very handsome and popular by the ladies in his youth.

Sarmenti: Gangly ass bitch, arms long, legs long, skinny as all hell. Can't get an ounce of fat on his body even if he tried to because he can't sit still for five minutes to save his life.

Baldwin: B-I-G. Really, he is just tall and has arms and thighs bigger than everyone's heads. Barrel-chested. Just everything about him is big.

Barristan: Has a well-rounded belly and a bit of extra weight all around but also the muscle to support it. He is faster than you would expect him for his weight and age, be warned. (probably Tardifs future?)

Margaret: Average. She is not tall, not small, not fat not thin. She is what everyone would call the perfect average girl. And she is proud of it too.

Alhazred: Very slender and sleek. Could be compared to the looks of a sports car. Tallest male between Baldwin and Sarmenti.

Paracelsus: Very thin and on the shorter side. Often forgets to eat over her studies and rather snacks on pickled veggies than anything with more calories because they are always there and don't go bad quickly unlike bread.

Armani: Probably the only one who gets close to a visible six-pack. Her body is in tip-top shape because it is her tool as a dancer. Most hourglass figure out of all the girls.

Junia: Small and sturdy, has nice curves and a healthy layer of fat which hides steel muscle. She looks soft but she shatters craniums with that mace in a single blow. Do not make the mistake and underestimate her. It will be your last.

Man-At-Arms is a staple character from the Masters of the Universe story. He’s the inventor, the warrior, He-Man’s council, & father to Teela.

This version of Man-At Arms is from the MOTU Revelation series, and it’s a pretty good figure.

My only issue with the toy is that the left arm guards can be a little loose at times, and just kind of swivel around the arm and you have to occasionally readjust them.

I love the head sculpt.
