Bones is open to be dropped off with any witch, worlock or wizard unfortunate enough to get stuck with him though and be pushed into being his carer, or any none magic person he ends up with.

The premise for Bones is he was once an elf and a powerful necromancer who crossed a line he never should have crossed, so as punishment the council turned him into a cat. However he can still talk and still behaves like an elf.

Zoo AU Brainrot - Octavinelle Edition

I'll do these two together, as they're both the same species and would have the same mating patterns as one-another in the sense of their animal characteristics. However, from what I can see, not much is known about Moray Eel mating, and my Internet is as fucked as us if we ever stumble upon these two during their mating season, so I'll just opt for headcanons on eel merpeople for now.

As for their mating habits, I've seen it said in some places that Moray Eels may choose a mate who opens their mouth wide so, naturally, I can now imagine these two having an oral fixation.

Jade will have his fingers in your mouth when he's in mer form, pressing your tounge down and forcing your mouth to open as wide as you can with his signature grin on his face before gathering up his spit in his mouth and using his other hand to spread it across your tounge before holding your mouth shut and forcing you to swallow it down like a good little mate should~

Floyd will simply shove his tounge in your mouth, licking and tasting all he can reach as he grins into the kiss. “Popular” blog @thatsmyhyde​ is a prominent creator in the J&H Fandom. But here’s where the problem shows up: 

the content they make is concerning at least, and full of red flags at worst. 

DISCLAIMER: This is all information I have gathered through their tumblr blog - I am not aware of what other things they may be posting on other social medias or their written work.  ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: Please be polite, I am a minor, and am just creating this post to ward off / warn other minors from following this person. If you are an adult interacting with this post and blog, be mindful of your actions and be responsible

Trigger warnings for: discussions of homophobia, discussions of p//phillia, fat-shaming, fat-phobia (?), etc. Just be on general edge for this post, we’re talking about a lot of weird stuff

I will be linking their posts as I am not going to take screenshots of their art.

This is not a comprehensive list of all the things they’ve done - these are the ones I could think of and was able to adress. If you have anything additional you want to add to this post (such as concerning things they may do on other social media), feel free to reblog and add on the things you need to say, just please don’t be dumb. 

Let’s start with the premise: Henry Jekyll creates an alter ego, Edward Hyde. They begin a relationship - an emotional and physical one. Their AU features Jekyde (A popular ship in the fandom, the name stands for Jekyll x Hyde), people have various views on this ship. 

So far so fine, right? Here are the problems:

1. Their Henry Jekyll is an awful person. Now, let’s start by saying that of course you can have bad people in your works, those are, after-all: villains. The problem is,Henry Jekyll is a harmful walking gay sterotype, and an outlet for Biscuit’s obvious fat fetish. But their relationship isn’t just toxic it’s romanticised in how toxic it is.

a. The harmful stereotype - Their Henry Jekyll has a “thing” for younger men, even though he is in his middle-ages, and Hyde looks like a young child. (Age gap relationships are their own thing - they come with their own burdens, and this is not the post to discuss them. This topic will lead into the Edward  Hyde section of this post.) But, it was a known homophobic scare-mongering tactic of straight parents to accuse everyone who is gay that they are ‘out to prey on your youths’. This is a stereotype that stigmatized the LGBT community, and still harmfully affects them to this day. 

b. The fat fetish: Jekyll is frequently seen with cake (as seen here, here, and here)  or being self-loathing, to the point of suicide. (click the link here to acess a list of suicide and other crisis hotlines! you matter to me!). Now, the self-loathing could be a symptom of depression or other mental illness, so I am not going to talk about it, as a person with mental illnesses.  But the self-loathing in addition to him being fat is not good. Media is drowning in the “self-loathing fat person” and as someone who isn’t thin i’m tired of seeing this. 

- The fetish aspect comes in him constantly being referred to “Chonky”, a term usually used for overweight/obese cats and being drawn obsessed with cake. It fetishises his weight and dehumanises him into something people call their animals. Also, here’s more of Jekyll eating food and being embarassed by it, though this time because it’s seen as “servant’s food”. 

- Biscuit admits to liking them “Big and chunky” in posts like this.

- They also talk about how they ‘prefer’ to draw fat (chonky) people. Image attatched above. the thing that should be noticed is that they say ‘chonky old toxic henries’ . they, once again, are making fat people a fetish.

Biscuit once again talks about how he doesn’t want to draw ‘thin men’, because he is only interested in older ‘round’ people. He, is, once again, bringing to light his fetish for fat people. 

2. Edward Hyde is basically a child - Edward Hyde is drawn in boy’s school clothes, is taken in and raised like a child after Jekyll’s death, and is constantly cooed over by the creator, even earning a nickname of ‘slime’ from them. In addition, he also has ‘family photos’ taken with Utterson, has his toenails kept, is the height of a child, and teeths. This, paired with the fact that he is in a toxic, abusive, relationship with a man in his middle ages is concerning and should not be romanticised.

a. Hyde is treated like a child after Jekyll’s death. Hyde teething is concerning because that’s something infants do. He also clings to utterson like a child. The idea that he gets taken in by Utterson, whisked away to an estate out in the country, despite both of them having romantic feelings for Jekyll is. how do I put this: WEIRD. (seriously, imagine your father/father-figure dating ur significant other / having a crush on them before you two got together and after). 

b. Hyde dresses like a child, whilst being sexually active and wearing lingerie. Now, on their own, these traits aren’t a problem - but together? They are very much a problem.  

- Hyde dressing as a child is concerning because he is also treated like a child at certain points in their “lore”. After Jekyll’s death, Hyde becomes a singular entity, and is taken away by Utterson. To care for, like a child. This post sums it up well: he wears both children’s clothes and lingerie. 

- Hyde has a very strange appearance - if you compare it to his early design (which was less cartoony and looked more like a man in his twenties), Hyde’s current design is concerning. Why does he have the height of a child? Why does he have eyes that take up a grand part of his face? Now, one could argue that ‘he is not human’ - but if he is treated like a human, whilst wearing children’s/youthful clothes, teeths, and his general enchanment with the world - he appears as human (and looks eerily similar to a child), which is why him being sexually active, wearing lingerie, and being friendly with prostitutes (one that gave him underwear and other articles of clothing)  is concerning. 

- That said, Utterson is directly talked about being ‘adopted into gremlin fatherhood’ (paraphrasing).

- Jekyll has a ‘thing’ for younger men. This is to the point that the most attractive part about Hyde is that he is young. (or looks like it), Hyde looking very young is concerning because that would make their verison of Doctor Jekyll a p*dophille . This is something the artist has either not recognized, realised, or simply does not acknowledge. 

3. The toxic relationship (and how it’s romanticised) - The relationship in this ‘AU’ is: love comes first, toxic nature comes second. If you scroll through the blog you may see some reference of ‘Henry Jekyll is such a toxic person teehee’ and a lot of them kissing, being together, smiling, or enjoying life. Now, obviously, an artist - if they do not want to - should not draw characters being toxic to each other. But it is concerning when the above points come into a factor, that the toxic nature of their relationship comes second to the highs of their relationship, at least on their blog. 

Here is one of the only examples I’ve seen of Biscuit talk about the relationship in a detailed negative light. 

4. The fandom - Whilst Biscuit says it’s ok for minors to interact with his blog (in that blog he says that he tags nsfw - which is true.) he does not regularly mention that his jekyde is toxic - not in a concerete way. He romanticises it (despite acknowledging it’s flaws), and the only way it may or may not be (i would not know) acknowledged is his fic: which is mature and not meant for minors. He does not tag his posts with regular triggers for things like: alcohol, drugs, mental illnesses, or abuse (any variants). They’re not even in his blog’s description! If Biscuit had acknowledged it in his blog, something along the lines of: “Hey! This blog has <content warnings> be warned when interacting! But no, he does not. 

- A lot of the people who draw things, or generally interact with Biscuit are minors. Being exposed to such a thing may be harmful to my peers, and I am worried. To minors who are fans of Biscuit: if you’ve made it this far, thank you, I know you’re mature and responsible, but being exposed to content creators like Biscuit could lead you down a dangerous path of having this kind of thing normalised to you. Be careful with the content you consume, please! And thank you for making it this far, I’m sure you’re a lovely person :)!

Welcome to Territorial Divide!

What is Territorial Divide? 

The story of Territorial Divide follows the journey of five shapeshifters as they meet and learn about one another, and overcome the struggles that come with their different upbringings as different species. With beginnings as a roleplay AU, TD now has a story that you can read here! It will help with learning more about the characters and their world, but it’s not required for interacting with this blog.

Intro to the World:

All across the kingdom of Hyrule, there are several races that call the land home. Although there is some overlap of the territories, most of the species that make themselves at home in the Kingdom keep to their own. There will be the return of iconic Zelda races, such as Gorons, Zora, Gerudo, Koroks, and of course Hylians themselves, but there’s also the addition of a few new species exclusive to this AU as well! The most notable ones are the ones that the five main characters are, Faeries (a little different from the way fairies are depicted in the games), Selkies (aka seal folk), Eldin Salamanders, Hippogriffs, and Skulltulas!

Rules and General Info:

You can either ask questions about the world and how it works, ask the characters questions, or ask questions about the story. I’ll be willing to answer most questions, aside from ones that may reveal spoilers for the story.

Sanders Sides post except I haven't seen it before

Ok this post is inspired by an absolute flood of Patton and Logan in a skirt, on my Instagram, which was not anything related to any of the dnd or homestuck tags but whatever. That whole mess that happened yesterday inspired this, because as y'all know: I love analyzing things weirdly and what is blogging but analyzing your own thoughts in an odd way? Anyway, spoilers ahead because this is what I've unfortunately been leaked, which means I got this stuff via spoilers.

What is Sanders Sides? So, I actually have no idea and I want to go in bare bones because. I never get to go in with little info. All i know is that it's by Thomas Sanders (he apparently does have a tumblr, I did not look up what it was because, once again, trying to get the barest and best experience I can and I worry that may taint it in some way). All I know about Thomas is that he did vines that I really like and that he has his pronouns in all of his bio's, which so far makes him very ok in my books because I have not met one person who is in any way harmful to others who has their pronouns in their bio. Then again i don't see it often anyway but regardless. And that's literally all I know about him and Sanders Sides, so. Stuff that I have worked together with the unhealthy amount of spoilers I didn't willing get that made me want to make this. -They are all symbolic or are humanoid versions of like, different parts of someone? They're also color coded which my little color coding heart loves sm! There's morality, creativity, creativity #2: electric boogaloo, logic, anxiety, and deciet which may also be denial? not sure about the last bit. -Morality's (moralities?) name is Patton, and his color is light blue. He is the dad character and is bad with any "negative" feelings, which, mood. He is one of the sides i saw in a skirt and may be my favorite possibly, simply bc I Do Not Have Good Male Figures and he's a dad character. Name a better duo than good dad characters and my lack of any positive guys in my life that aren't my age. He's part of the "core four", whatever that means. Really likes animals? I mean that does make sense bc, morality, but also that's different for each person. overall conclusion: now my dad. (/j) -Next up: Anxiety. Name is Virgil (?), color is a shade of purple. Don't know what one bc purple is one of those colors i can't remember too well. Seems like how I imagine my anxiety but a little less focused on death. I would befriend him were in not for the fact I Cannot approach people unless I'm actually dying and even then I can't. Apparently was a "dark side" at some point but now isn't? Redemption ark ig, idk what a dark side is or if it would be equivalent enough with "evil" to have that be a redemption ark. Final conclusion: wait, is that me but cis and let loose in a hot topic? -Creativity #1. Name is Roman, color is red I think. A prince character, and I'm not sure what else to add. I think he is a theatre fan, amd also I would avoid him at all costs because as friendly as he is, we don't have the same vibes and i would panic. Definitely drinks his "respect women" juice, and it's actually "respect women" juice n not whatever the hecc it is that people who /say/ the drink "respect women" juice drinks. he'd go out of his way to make sure your drink doesn't get spiked. this man is hella good, 10/10, would trust but not talk to. -Creativity #2, apparently the brother of Roman? His name is Remus, color is green, and i say this with my full heart: I love him. he seems like the kind of person who barked at people in middle school bc he thought he was a werewolf. who drank an entire bottle of glue in kindergarten at had to go to the hospital and did it again. he's the kind of person who would offer you up a worm and tell you disturbing facts about animals and then go off and play his little games he made up with twisted scenarios. and you know what? that's amazing and i absolutely love that so much. I know nothing about him except he eats deodorant and is the embodiment of intrusive thoughts and "oh god /why/" scenarios you thought of for some reason. -Logic. Name is Logan, ah, really similar to what he represents but I mean, still a very good name. His color is dark blue, aka my favorite color besides dark grey. Really likes jam? I feel like this man has read the dictionary and has "different vocabularies" he uses for different events and people, which may be a self projection but. Def Ravenclaw vibes bc!! hear me out!! not stereotypes!! I feel this man, the literal *embodiment* of logic, would value learning and knowledge which is part of what makes a ravenclaw! so it is not self projection, it is *knowledge* (/hj). that's it, i would absolutely love to debate him sm but i feel like that would be similar to that time i talked about Quadrants with a friend for an hour and they had no idea what was going on at all.

-Last one, deceit/denial. I don't know if he's denial as i got that from a little comic that i thought was funny because it had a pun. His name is Janus (don't know how to pronounce it, been saying it like Jay-Nuhss), and his color is yellow. apparently part snake or something and!! I love snakes. Apparently was in a courtroom at one point, and we all know those are fae territory, so possibly a fae (hj). apparently has multiple arms!! which does not fit in with the snake bit, as snakes have zero arms, but regardless still cool! I know the least about him, and I'm definitely looking forward to watching him!! i love snakes sm.-

moving on from the sides slightly, apparently there's another one, who's color is orange! from someone who vaguely knows about colors but knows enough that each side more or less relates to their color, i have no idea what this side could be! best guess is it's just Thomas in a top hat. I never learned about orange because orange, yellow, some reds, and some blues are very stabby to my eyes and i will get a headache so I just. never learned it. why would i learn about a color i literally can't look at without my eyes hurting? I do know orange is a caution color, and in nature it cam be found on dangerous stuff as a "stay away!" color, and pared with black it doesn't kill my eyes and those are the Halloween colors. So maybe caution? Or some dangerous thing? It doesn't make sense, as those aren't really "sides" in the traditional sense, nor with anxiety being a sort of "caution" thing. Anyway, I would need more info on orange and, depending on how the orange color is, i may react more negatively. Like with blue Christmas lights.

-there are lots of puns!! i love puns!! i don't take the opportunity to make many, but i love them sm. just like snakes! and cats! in fact i actually know a lot about cat behavior

pleasure to meet you all, my main blog would be @cathedralrefuge (but i mainly use @imagine-the-walrus). i do go by some names, like... walri, or... waws (kou's nickname for me HAHA), or kenway (silver's nickname for me). and no i will not include the canon characters ^^;

the DnD chat:

Nathala – a Tiefling Bard who actively does not perform in taverns (due to her bad reputation... of starting bar fights) and doesn't get paid for her songs—but for her... “contracts” (a.k.a, she kills for money, putting her bard and sword-fighting skills to the test). Has a tall beautiful elf girlfriend named Elyscia :>, and she also takes care of Connor!... (Though, she would need to protect them both a lot more now. wink wonk). Is against the Seven Deadly Sins (especially Greed—we will come to that) due to her mother's involvement with them (accidentally inhaled Greed's venom during a fight and died in her bed).

Elizabeth White – AAAaaa aa A. Half-Elf Rogue! (she's actually an assassin's creed oc sheesh) After the murder of Christian Raynott she doesn't have a permanent home and so she sets up camp anywhere as long as it's far enough from the manor she ran away from (...well she burnt it down, but repairs are being made), is now trying to find a way to get back at the Seven Deadly Sins squad (that's what she calls them) alongside Hypno, Illusion, Beep (she's just taking care of him), and of course, taco man (...Haytham.)

Tsarra – ew disgusting. She's an antagonistic character, the leading Elf Sorceress in the Seven Deadly Sins (the Pride). Ever since Beth killed Christian Raynott she and the other Seven Deadly Sins sought to either beat her up (well, that she accomplished) but then later decided to fully kill her, as merely beating the shit out of her did not satisfy her thirst for revenge. Overall, she's a bitch.

Sylthyra – another disgusting vermin (hah!), she is the Greed listed in previous names. She is another Elf Sorceress that can shapeshift to a King Cobra—but now she has a gauntlet strapped to her forearm that allows her venom-infused blood to shoot out. She's bloody dangerous, and she will kill Nathala on sight should they ever cross paths (have I mentioned how strikingly similar she is to her own mother?).

Sudar – the Lust in the Seven Deadly Sins. Lusting for power most especially, he was the one who made Tsarra realise she had made a grave mistake of sparing Beth right after the nearly-fatal beating and instead should kill her right there and then—but slowly and definitely painfully (and to add insult to injury to burn her).

Baby Myrmi – a baby Myrmidon (...creatures I made up for a realm, hehe... I'll post about them in the future) that integrated with humanoid species for too much that he now can speak words. Favourite fruit is GRAPB (grape) and loves BIG and FIBBY (fluffy) and PIBBY (pretty).

the Earth chat:

Earth!Kenway – a killer with a cause who hopes her son, Beep, would be able to choose what he is able to do, not what she does. Regrets her killings the first ten lives she took, and she painfully admits that she started to grow used to herself being the sole cause of many lives dead, by her own blade and hand. Is now looking for a very important diamond which first started as a simple treasure hunt and now a race against time.

Earth!Alex – the Vulture. Has killed much more than his cousin, Kenway. Has mommy issues (:'>) and often sees visions of the corpses that were mutilated by him and he still didn't realise that was caused by his demons that only overtakes him by said visions. Doesn't feel emotions that much and evidently hates it because once he did feel something, he doesn't know what it is even though he is very intelligent for his age. Well... he has a strained relationship with Lilian, his mother, after finding out that he wasn't her biological son and that she wasn't able to save him. Well, now he's a double agent, and of course Lilian doesn't know that he's helping his cousin and her merry band of Assassins.

Earth!Lilian – a struggling mother from the Order who failed his son and now is trying to help Hypno, and slowly starts to see Kenway as not a manifestation of her own issues but only a mere representation of her mother. Has severe stress due to her conflicting views and her hidden desire to resist against the Order just to protect Hypno. A higher-up due to her intelligence and quick-thinking.

Milaeth – basically, a Sorceress from said realm—Mivuris (from the Buvalon Kingdom). Takes care of Silver and teaches him everything she knows that Earth would share some materials with Mivuris. Plans to teach him to craft an extremely lethal potion that would disintegrate your fingers upon touching it, all in good time.

Adult Myrmi – YEP YEP YOU FUCKIN GUESSED IT. GROWN UP BITCH!!! This time this BIG man is THE war general in MIVURIS! In the Öuryia Kingdom!!! Beheaded the Ekredian War General during a war and that was how he was granted this position. Now on Earth for... reasons

Jennifer Flores – a CIA Agent with ties to both Kenway and Alex, aiding the both of them for the said powerful diamond with weapons-dealing, covert tactics strategies and such. Hardened by battles she fought, there is a reason on why she always wears fingerless gloves.

Hyelius – The Mother of Gods. Ekredian Empress Goddess, may she cleanse your soul from its wrongdoings. May she save you all with her Crescent Moon and Spherical Sun interlocked with one another, living as mere murals behind her. Do not test her patience even though she is generally warm, for her fury is unmatched to a thousand fuming suns.

Mycelia – lol ghost edgy kpop man. But in all seriousness, he drags deserving souls to Hell. The Wrath of the Ember's Chains, he is unforgiving towards those who had committed wrong and is now carrying out said tasks to horrible and cruel criminals that the Eternal Damnation should hold—the Perdition.

Kenway – think paranoia and killer instinct mixed into one person. That is her. Ran to the ship to escape from the Order, with Alex's help. Went through Hell and back, Kenway stresses more when she started to take care of Beep along with a parasite that gave her new abilities but there are drawbacks, negatives to positives.

Alex – same as the earth tbh lol. But the relationship between him and Lilian are further strained.

Lilian – afraid of failing her daughter as she did Alex, again a struggling mother who questions her allegiance to the Order as she takes care of Hypno.

Zambotakus - The world of anime in Zamboanga City

Anime has been a widespread hit in the entire world, even if the original target audience were Japanese people, more and more people from southeast Asia and the western world become regular watcher of anime; especially due to the technological age, streaming sites became a wide hit and were available to people. And so on, Japanese animations that are targeted towards Japanese children and adults are now indeed targeted to children and adult around the world.

And with that, I decided to do a mini-survey with my fellow Zamboangueños, in Zamboanga City, Philippines. To do this mini-survey I did both purposive sampling and snowball sampling to capture not only anime lovers but also people who do not regularly watch anime but still fall under this widespread popularity of watching anime.

In this survey, I used Messenger as the primary medium of communication, and I have sent my Google Form link to different group chats to start my snowball sampling in order to have a semi non-biased survey. And with that, I also sent my survey link to my friends whom I know loves anime. At the end of the sampling I was able to gather 30 responses.

The survey contained 10 questions, and all responses have agreed to let their answers be used for this blog.

The ages of the respondent range from 18 to 21 years old.

Mini-Survey on Anime in Zamboanga

The first question dwells on how much they love or watch anime as a whole. And with that, 63.3% of people are avid fans of anime, while 36% of them only watch anime that was recommended by them either by friends or by media.

And follows the second question; this time, I asked why they love to watch anime, or why they choose to watch anime as non-avid fans. Due to the open-ended question, I took the opportunity to summarize the answers and group them into majorities. The most answers that came up was the entertainment value anime offers, may it be lessons, story, and genre. the respondents’ amazement to the stories made them choose to love or be a somewhat active watcher of anime. Another group answered that they love anime for the animations and how good they are. And some other answers were about pass times and escape from reality due to stress and rough times.

For their age of exposure to anime, most of the respondents were exposed to anime during their childhood with 63.3% of them being exposed to anime at ages 5-12 years old.

Genre

For the genres, I allotted a checkbox for them to check and even add their most watched genres and most often asked recommendations. With Supernatural genre with the most responses at 90% being watched by all participants.

Watch time

And for the nuance, I would like to also explore their watch times when given free time to watch anime. Surprisingly enough 46.7% of the participants are willing to give more than 6 hours to watch anime, and 50% of the entire sample are willing to watch more than 10 episodes of anime in a day. Given that the participants have a day-off.

Top 5 Anime in Zamboanga

And with that, I asked the participants to give their top 5 anime. Surprisingly, the answers were very varied. Yet multiple titles repeatedly showed up, and with that the survey came up with the top 5 list of favorite anime in Zamboanga:

#5 A tie between Assassination Classroom, Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Black Clover   

Assassination Classroom (Japanese: 暗殺教室, Hepburn: Ansatsu Kyōshitsu) is a Japanese science fiction comedy manga series written and illustrated by Yūsei Matsui. 

The series is about a classroom of misfits that are tasked to assassinate their powerful alien home-room teacher that is planning to destroy earth.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Japanese: 鬼滅の刃, Hepburn: Kimetsu no Yaiba, lit. "Blade of Demon Destruction"[4]) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotōge. 

It is a story that follows Tanjiro, a son to a murdered family and a brother to his demon turned sister. His journey is to train to be a demon slayer and find the demon murderer of his family and cure for his demonic sister.

Black Clover (Japanese: ブラッククローバー, Hepburn: Burakku Kurōbā) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. 

A story that follows Asta, a boy that aims to be the next Wizard King.

#4 Haikyu!!

Haikyu!! (Japanese: ハイキュー!!, Hepburn: Haikyū!!, from the kanji 排球 "volleyball") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. 

This show follows a short boy named Hinata who fell deeply in love with volleyball when he saw a short player like him compete in the National Japan Open. He then joins a volleyball team known as the “flightless crows”.

#3 One Piece

One Piece (stylized as ONE PIECE) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. 

It follows Luffy and his crew the Straw hat pirates in a journey to becoming the Pirate king.

#2 Naruto

Naruto (Japanese: ナルト) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto.

This story follows Naruto Uzamaki, a ninja who inspires to be the best and dreams to be the Hokage or leader of his village.

#1 Attack on Titan

Attack on Titan (Japanese: 進撃の巨人, Hepburn: Shingeki no Kyojin, lit. "The Advancing Giant[s]") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama.

It is an world in a medieval setting where humans were forced to live inside 3 sets of gigantic walls to protect them from giant sentient humanoid titans that eat humans. Due to this imprisonment behind walls, technological progression slowed down, and knowledge to the outside world was limited. Until Eren Yeager decides to kill all titans that forced them to live that way.

Takeaway

These are the anime that the respondents voted for as their favorites because of three things. (1) Amazing story line and character development, the respondents love to follow the story and are deeply amazed by how plot lines form, twist, and end. (2) Animation, the respondents were amazed on how much effort was put into fighting animations, visual appearances, and anime art styles. (3) Love for anime, because of their love of anime, they seem to never stop admiring anime works.

Why Anime?

Why watch anime? well the respondents also answered simply because of their subjective view on anime, which are: 

The top 3 answers were Amazing Story, Amazing Animations, and the Heartbreak/Heart Flutter factor of anime.

Do you have a favorite out of all your OCs?

It's no surprise I love to create original characters (Last time I counted each one, the end tally was in the upper sixties), but it would be a little difficult to answer this question confidently with only having posted, like, 2% of said original characters. When the day comes when I've gained enough confidence to post the really big ones, I'll likely reblog this ask and add onto it. But, for the sake of this post, I will focus on the characters I have shown.

The entire Mega Man Ultimate robot master line is especially close to my heart for several reasons. It took about two years to create the full line of bots, and with the immense amount of appreciation each one has gotten (SLN-004, for example), I think Zap Man still stands as my favorite of the bunch. He started out as a mere concept sketch I had no intention on broadening, but when it was brought to my attention that it looked good, I ended up finalizing the design, and that's what kickstarted the initiative to create seven more robot masters to have a full line.

I felt as though a majority of electric themed robot masters tended to have a more humanoid appearance (Elec Man, Bright Man, Fuse Man to name a few), and I wanted to try and design an electric themed robot master in a similar vein to Air Man or Needle Man. It was a design choice I certainly don't regret- Zap Man himself looks like he'd have fit snugly in Mega Man 3 as a result!

Another big one is the innocuous Quincy T. Page (And his stuffed cohort Dr. B. Ingus), my plaguesona that I designed a few months ago. He may be a recent addition to my collection of characters, but I absolutely adore him. I'm heavily planning on starting an ask blog for him (As well as the yang to his yin, Patricia Ravenwood) because he is just an absolute baby of a plague doctor. He perfectly encapsulates my softer side, and is an absolute joy to write for.

Speaking of soft boi sonas that I love writing for, how about the extremely recent Psycha Lumair? You wouldn't know from having only seen him in like two posts, but I have been doing a lot with him! I am using him as a protagonist for a project I am currently writing, and boy is this sheep a total softie. He is baby- perhaps just as much as Quinn- and he has easily earned his place among my favorite OCs I've designed.

I’ve played a psychopathic girl with human contact issues that was an oc of my own making. I’ve always played a bunch of eccentric characters with odd little quirks. I’ve played a vampire oc besides Sonja here… I would say I have lots of weird characters under my belt. But if I had to pick one it would be… It would probably be Mac from Red Canyon. 5) My favorite muse to play… I’ve had a lot of fun with all of them to be honest. I tend not to play a character unless I can find something of them, inside them, that I could identify with in some way. Obviously it’s not because I’m a meth head serial rapist and killer but, like… Each character has a past and a part of them that may be broken or needful or has an odd tick that I can understand and I can say, you know what? I don’t like what you do, or how you do it but I get it. I understand why you’re this way… If that makes sense. Ummm… Since I have to pick one, again, I would go with the very first roleplay blog I ever made and the very first character I picked to play. She’s still around too :: @queenoftamarang

6) I used to play an original character who was a pyrokinetic. She was originally an oc made for the fandom of Sanctuary, which was a show on Syfy once upon a time about an organization that protected what they called “Abnormals” or beings with gifts, magic or powers that couldn’t be understood, humanoid or not. She also fit into the world of the X-Men and such… I have a page for her but she’s a sideblog now after tumblr locked me out of yet another account… Can’t remember it off the top of my head because I haven’t used her in so long… I might love to play her again some day.

Requests Are Now Open!

For the sake of practice and honestly to have a bit more fun with the art workshop.

Feel free to send art requests through on that blog and they may be drawn. Please note that these are requests and NOT commissions. What this means is that it may be a while to get to your request and I may choose to do another request first. It also means that requests will be done at my own pace since I already run several blogs and will have a main focus on my ask blog.

The requests can contain OCs but for my sanity, please keep them to creatures like pokemon/digimon and not humans. (Maybe one day, but not quite comfortable with them yet)

The closest I am willing to go to humanoid is anthro for now if someone does want that but my experience with humanoids in general is still a bit on the weaker side.

Finally, you may also add poses and background scenes to your request but keep in mind that the more complex the request, the longer it might take to make due to this being a learning curve for me. Please also state genders in your requests so I know what genders the characters are or should be unless it’s actually obvious from a ref you have.

Please make sure that if the character is an OC, that there is a way for me to find your character’s ref easily. You can also just state a pokemon/digimon or something like that without it being an OC as well.

Final point, please be aware that these requests are SFW ONLY!

Other than that, have fun! If your request gets completed any time now or in the future, I will @ your blog on the request post. If you would like me to DM you as well, just let me know.

Make sure requests are sent through to the art workshop blog only! If this rule is not followed, they will be ignored entirely.

COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

Please notify me if a commission or design is going to leave your possession.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission. If the commission is refused after I accept payment I will issue a full or partial refund.

Personal commissions may not be resold. They may be gifted if ownership of the character belongs to someone else. They may not be traded. 

Designs purchased from me may not be resold. The design, as well as the original artwork, may be traded, but only for other artwork or designs. They may also be gifted.

I will ask for payment after I have sent an initial sketch for approval and adjusted it until you are satisfied. I will not work further on the commission until I am paid, and may ‘skip’ yours and work on another commission in the meantime. Completion time will take longer in this case.

I will offer full refunds for early-stage commissions and partial refunds for mid-stage ones. The amount back depends on my progress, which I am willing to work with. I will not allow refunds for fully or nearly completed commissions.

In the case of talksprites, I will make certain changes at any time for free, such as scars or tattoos. Complex outfits/tattoos or lots of additional expressions may cost extra, and I will be unable to add things such as hairstyles or arm poses if the sprite does not have that capability to begin with (hair being on another layer, for example)

Have any tips for starting a daily pokemon blog?

Ahhh i’m not sure if I’m a good person to ask but I can try to give some tips! (I think I’ve been asked this in the past too but my nets not really letting me go look right now)

Also this got a little long so I’m sorry ;v; Also i’d take everything I say with a grain of salt, I’m just a nervous person who loves serperior

But if you want to start a pokemon blog, defs pick a pokemon you not only love but love to draw! Doesn’t matter if it’s been done before, it hasn’t been done in your style! Everyone will add their own touch to how they draw. Like no lie one of my fav things is seeing how various people interpret a pokemon, heck even when they interpret YOUR pokemon (I may or may not have several things saved of people drawing Ex in their style cuz its so COOOLLLLLLL, let alone my serp folder)

Sometimes though the pokemon may be hard to draw and you may get frustrated. Like I know I could never run a sceptile blog like my friend does. ( @weekly-megasceptile ) I’ve drawn her sceptile a few times and hoo boy it wasn’t really that fun for me. I give Mint mad props for drawing that thing. My sister ( @occasionallymew ) has come to me a few times because she needed help drawing a pokemon or wasn’t sure on what a pokemon was. in her own words

“It’s why i have the bean [bean is how she and I refer to her mew Jesus]”

So if your favorite pokemon isn’t fun to draw for you you may end up just not having fun. And then you won’t want to run the blog.

That being said if your design is hard don’t think you can’t do it! draw it a bit before starting your blog to see how you like it and it’ll also get easier the more you do it.

Funny enough before I started drawing daily serperior I actually wasn’t that great at drawing snakes. I rarely did. I mostly draw humanoids and monsters and gore. So drawing a snake each day was interesting, more so because I like to draw Serperior closer to a python than how it canonically look (this is kinda the reason they are much rounder how I draw them)

But after drawing it for over 400 posts, I’ve gotten pretty good at it, I don’t really need to look at refs as much for how noodles curl, I can normally just figure it out on my own. I also no longer need to look at pictures of serperior when I’m drawing because I’ve just gotten so used to it. Like I know where to put the yellow curls, I know the husks.

That’s another thing though! this is more a general art tip than daily related, but don’t be afraid of using refs!! Don’t trace or copy directly but using a reference is a wonderful thing if you are unsure of something or the like. Like I have a folder on my laptop that is literally filled with pythons. Just lots and lots of snoots.

Another thing is a bit harder because I can get how discouraging it can be, but don’t feel down if you don’t get a lot of asks or interactions right off. And this may seem a bit mean, but don’t rely on asks to give you content for the blog. The internet can be a fickle place so you may not get the asks you want or many asks. When i started off I didn’t have too many asks if any so I just drew Serperior (this was before I decided to make it my character of excalibur) doing whatever, mostly it was related to Christmas because when I started I was in the middle of finals right before winter break. I was using this as a way to decompress each day after classes, and slowly i started to get some asks.

Depending on your frequency of update, the time you update, how you tag, and your sense of humor or the like, can affect if you get more asks. It also depends on how you interact with your asks.

Sometimes a post will sky rocket and then you get flooded. That’s kinda what happened with Daily Serperior, I can’t remember if it was the Gengar Plush post or the pizza post or even the move in post I had made, but something set off and I got asks a lot.

And don’t be afraid to turn your inbox off if you need to!! I know I’ve had to a few times, actually I had it off for a while, i had it reopened for the giveaway in case people had questions about it. I’ll be closing it again for a bit once I’ve finished the giveaway, because I get overwhelmed easily and it can lead to stress.

Also on the subject of asks, don’t be afraid to delete an ask that makes you nervous or uncomfortable!! Sadly not everyone is super chill, and occasionally you get some weird or bad asks. God am I no stranger to that. Honestly that’s the reason I’ve closed the ask box a few times, some people don’t like listening if you ask them to not send a specific thing. And sometimes it’ll get bad enough you want to quit (I’ve actually had a friend stop their daily blog because she got so tired of a certain type of ask). And if one person keeps sending don’t be afraid to block. I hate blocking but I’ve had to block a few blogs because they would send me asks time and time again on a subject I explicitly asked to not be sent because it makes me highly uncomfortable.

Now to get away from the negative,

All and all a daily blog is mostly about having fun. Interact with the community, send asks to other blogs ect.

Oh that reminds me, but depending on you, if you want to send in character asks it may be good to make a separate account not just a side blog.

With dailyserp i can’t actually follow back or ask as this account it’s a side blog. I do all my following and asks from my main @abunnydreamingofkisses

  (so if you see that name in your notes or watcher list it’s me!) Or i send asks on Anon. I typically send anons to other blogs because I’m pretty shy. I’m always terrified to talk to people. I’m also just really bad at holding a conversation because I just have issues coming up with things to talk about. or I’m drawing and I’m hyperfocused. So if you plan to interact more it may be best to have a separate blog. I never expected to actually get any followers I just wanted to draw a doofy noodle, so I made it a side blog and I sometimes regret that but at the end of the day it’s easier for me.

Another thing is I know there are a number of discord chats you can potentially join! I personally don’t join group chats because it actually will spike my anxiety, I love people and I like to chat and makes jokes but due to a few poor experiences with group chats in the past I have to avoid them to keep from having panic attacks.  But if you are able to maybe ask around see if you can’t join some. you’ll make friends most likely and memes are kinda a good way to get followers oddly enough (people like to laugh haha)

If Humor isn’t your thing maybe go for plot. I Know I follow a few plot based blogs and man it’s killer waiting for an update. Like over at @daily-poppy-primarina I adore the Brutus story line. I’ve got a thing for monstrous characters so learning about the dark primarina is really fun.

I know on serp I focus mainly on humor with a sprinkling of plot, but that’s mostly because almost all my asks are humor based.  I actually do have a plot all written out in a notebook on this noodles past, and I even have a comic I keep meaning to finish up after I lost the original but lifes been in my way (hence my multi week hiatus)

also never be afraid to take a break. I think that has to be my last tip. I hate taking breaks but sometimes it’s needed. Sometimes you’ll get burnt out, sometimes you are over whelmed, sometimes you just feel like getting away. It happens. But don’t let it control you to the point you hate your blog. Take a step back take a breather. It’ll be okay.

At the end of the day it’s about you having fun creating a thing you want. Draw, Write, send memes to ect.

So I guess that’s all i have to say ;v; sorry for the length I’m really bad with being concise haha
