Amaranthine - Chapter 2 -Special Order
Beginning || Previous || Next
“Have a good day now,” Marinette said.
The customer smiled and waved Marinette off as she left.
Marinette sighed and went to the back. She did inventory of her stock when she heard the bell ring. She hurried back to the front to see Nathalie Sancoeur approach the register.
“Madame Sancoeur! What a surprise. Did you need more herbs?”
“Ah, no. I’m still working through the last ones you gave me.”
            “You are taking them, right?”
Nathalie chuckled. “To my deep regret. I fear Adrien often has to fight me to take them.”
            “Nathalie,” Marinette scolded.
Nathalie smiled nervously. “I know, I know. I just… it’s not getting better for me. I know the herbs are to help to alleviate the pain and other symptoms, but I’m not getting any better.”
“I’m sorry. It’s a little difficult to treat your condition. The best I can do is alleviate all the other stuff.”
“I know, and I appreciate it. It just can be difficult to remind myself of that some days. However, I came to make a special request.”
“Oh? Does Adrien need something then?”
“In fact, he does. See, he’s hosting an event in a couple of months. Now, can you keep a secret?”
Marinette smirked. “I believe there’s something about doctor/patient confidentiality or something like that.”
Nathalie laughed that turned into a violent coughing fit. Marinette moved around the counter with a clean rag. She patted Nathalie’s back while she cleaned away the blood Nathalie coughed up.
            “Thank you, young lady.”
“You should be resting. Next time Adrien needs something, no matter what, tell him to come himself. Doctor’s orders.”
“I just have to let him from now on.”
“Anyway, what is this special order he needs?”
“Right. Well, at this event, he’ll be announcing who he intends to marry. It’s between two wealthy and influential women. He’d like a special arrangement made for the girl he chooses as a declaration of his love.”
Marinette chuckled. “Well, you came to the right place. I’ve yet to have any man, woman, or anyone else be declined when presented with my bouquets. Better than Andre’s ‘sweetheart ice cream’ nonsense.”
“Exactly. Adrien needs this to be perfect given how his father’s legacy and his own future is on the line here. He cannot afford any mistakes. Though, I feel he’ll make one.”
“Well, of course. No one is perfect and we’re all going to make mistakes. It’s just a matter of living with them.”
Nathalie blinked, then smiled. “Right. I suppose I’m just worried given I’ve little time left, and I want to see him happy.”
Marinette smiled. “I’m sure he’ll be alright. He’s had you all his life, no? You raised him into the fine young man that he is. You have nothing to fear.”
Nathalie’s eyes misted over. “Thank you, Marinette.”
“No need to thank me. Anyone could see it. Now, go home and rest. And, seriously, if Adrien or you need anything, he’s to come here himself.”
“Don’t worry, I will. I’d rather not fight with you, or him, on that front.”
Marinette tilted her head as Nathalie left her. She hummed and headed to the back. She stopped at the entrance to her herb storeroom when she saw Longg in the corner of her eye.
            “She’s gotten worse,” Longg whispered.
“I know. I just… I want to help her, but nothing is working.”
“Maybe you’ll be lucky with this batch,” Longg remarked.
Marinette sighed. She stepped into the storeroom up to stovetop. She stared into a pot with an experimental brew within. She fidgeted with her hands as she glanced at her notes. She had been attempting a miracle cure since meeting Nathalie. She knew she could help with Longg’s assistance, but any attempt to replicate the old recipe were fruitless.
Marinette huffed in frustration. She made this once before in a previous life. She was able to save people from the brink of death, mend fatal wounds, and cure the incurable. It led to her burning in that life, but she made a difference. She saved people. She met her soulmate because of it. This was the key she needed, but it was still far from her grasp.
“What do you think of this batch?” Marinette asked.
“It’s a little weak, but you’re heading in the right direction.”
Marinette cursed. “I need something else. Something potent.”
“You had it back then. However, your kind also wiped out the herb from this planet. Without it, you can’t achieve that brew.”
“I know, but I still have to try. It could mean the difference between so many lives lost and-.”
“And meeting your soulmate. I know.”
“Yes, that. But also saving Madame Sancoeur. Modern medicine has failed her, and so I am when I have the means to save her. If only I could recreate this. Could we try some other mystical, magic herb from that Paradise you mention a lot?”
“Well, I mean, we can, but that’s dangerous. We’d have to take extra precautions given how those herbs aren’t like anything on this planet.”
“I’m willing to try. If nothing on this planet can save her, I’m willing to look elsewhere.”
Longg shrugged. “Very well. Now, for this concoction.”
Longg stepped around Marinette. She took a deep breath before she tasted the brew.
            “Well?” Marinette asked.
“Hmm. This will make a nice remedy for wounds to assist in the healing process and ward off infection.”
“What kind of wounds would you say?”
“Minor scrapes to, say, someone cutting themselves to about the muscle.”
“Well, that’ll be an easy sell. What about bruising?”
“Take a sip and find out.”
Marinette furrowed her brow. “Where do I have more bruises? Didn’t they all heal already?”
“You have a nasty one on your outer left thigh, a small one on your right backside, and a few dotted on your right leg.”
Marinette groaned. “Where do they keep coming from?”
            Longg snorted. “Drink up.”
Marinette took a ladle and drank a small portion of the brew. “Alright. We’ll give it, say, an hour to see if there are any results?”
“Sounds good to me, though I will check in thirty minutes.”
“Sounds like a plan. Now, I’ll bottle this up and-.”
“I’ll bottle it. You need to begin designing your next set of bouquets. Especially for that hunky Adrien.”
Marinette rolled her eyes. “You’re more than welcome to pay him a visit. What you do then is up to you.”
Longg laughed. “Please. I prefer the slender creatures, like Sass. They’re far more fun to play with. Like little wet noodles.”
“Right. Anyway, don’t make those jokes, Longg. He’s a customer and his mother, guardian, person is my client.”
“Yeah, yeah. You mortals and your agreements and moral codes. I’m just saying, it’s ok to experiment a little.”
Marinette blushed. “Longg! Don’t… no. Besides, why would he have any interest in me? I don’t come from a noble blood or have any prestige that means anything in his world. He’s like a crown prince that needs his princess, not some lowly apothecary. And I’m no princess.”
“No, but you are a knight. And I’ve read your collection of saucy books of knights and princesses. This would just be the reverse. That way you can live a fantasy and indulge in more primal urges.”
Marinette glared at Longg with a beet red face. “What have I said about this subject?”
“That I enjoy it too much making you blush just because I know you need to be laid.”
“I do not! And no! That’s not what I’ve said at all,” Marinette screeched.
“Really? That’s what I kept hearing.”
Marinette growled. “Look, please. I’m not interested in anyone just finding my soulmate.”
“Look, I’m just gonna outright say it. That’s fine if you only want your soulmate romantically. I get it. However, I do think you’re doing a disservice to yourself by limiting yourself to just them when there’s no guarantee you’ll meet them. I just think you should at least live life a little. I mean, fuck’s sake, all you know is this shop, your witchcraft, and your smut. Sure, you are a knight, but you hardly live when you’re that.”
“I mean, is there something wrong with that?”
“No, I just don’t want to see you waste your life again. You were a hermit before. You lived in isolation out of necessity. However, you don’t have to in this era and I just want to see you have the life you couldn’t back then. So, go and live. Do what you couldn’t before. That’s all I ask. So, when your soulmate may come around, you won’t have any regrets and can live with the life you’ve led.”
            “I’ll… I’ll think on it.”
Longg nuzzled Marinette. “That’s all I ask. Now, take care of your designs. I got this.”
Marinette hugged Longg. “Thank you… for everything.”
            Longg chuckled. “Always, dragonling.”

RC9GN x MLB AU
Imagine a crossover between RC9NG and MLB.
This AU is my version but you can use it however you want, this ain’t an original idea of mine.
I can imagine First Ninja would not have been 800 years old, he would have been born in modern, ish, times. The NinjaNomicon and Ninja mask don’t exist but he would still be a hero and he would still remember he was one. He would have had the Dragon Miraculous and my friend called him Ryujin. My friend also headcannons him as being called Yoshi Norisu, or Norisu Yoshi. He would have had a partner, a fox heroine, that goes by the name Miss Vixen. An OC of mine, her name is Jennifer, an easily angered woman who takes shit from no one and tolerates very few people. Long brown hair, 6 feet tall and cold blue eyes, she is not someone you should mess with. She and Yoshi would have been met in high school, being in different schools but still being friends. After some time, they would start to fall for each other, find out they are Ryujin and Vixen and eventually start dating. Jenny’s parents would not approve tho so Jenny would argue with them a lot about it. The only people Jenny likes in her family be her younger sisters. Anyway, fast forward a few years later, Jenny would have started her own company and it would be going well while Yoshi be planning to open his own dojo. However, Jenny finds out she has cancer and is afraid she’ll die. Of course, she does not say so, she doesn’t wanna seem weak. But Yoshi knows and is by her side throughout the whole thing. Few more years later and Jenny has finally beaten cancer!
Onto some more stuff! Jenny and Yoshi get married, Jenny gets pregnant and gives birth to a little girl named Genevieve, although they call her Goldie most of the time, and she is just so different from them! Always optimistic, social and obsessed with bows! One time she decorated the whole house in bows and ribbons!
Anyway, Goldie is not a normal child either, reason being that people don’t notice her, only her parents and other few people. When she was young, she was sad that nobody noticed her, but as she grew older, she realized she had an advantage over others. Finding out the truth and telling Heidi for her to tell the whole school, all the characters of RC9GN be in Dupont, was fun cause those who lie will get the punishment they deserve. After all, the principal there is her aunt anyway and she HATES liars. Goldie is doing them all a favor!
Imagine Randy Cunningham, a normal 9th grade student and new student at Yoshi’s dojo, finding a weird box on his bed. There a note says ‘You are the Dragon’. He opens the box and a light comes out of it. There in front of him is a small, dragon looking creature called a kwami, whose name is Longg.
Tumblr media
Imagine Goldie finding the same box in her nightstand and a note saying ‘You are the fox’. She opens it and a ball of light also comes out. There she meets a kwami with the resemblance of a fox called Trixx.
Tumblr media
That’s all for now, hope ya like it!

Amaranthine - Chapter 11 - A Dragon's Treasure
Beginning || Previous || Next
Marinette stared at the dark ceiling. She listened to the raging storm and Juleka’s soft snoring. Regret and unease gnawed away at her. Longg had been away all day as the storm worsened throughout the day. After lunch, they had lost power and had to make due. It became awkward after that when Adrien joined them, unable to continue with his business calls as everything was wiped out. She and Juleka tried to keep the mood light, but the tension was thick between Adrien and Luka, though mostly from Adrien.
Marinette sighed and sat up. She felt lost on what to do. She appreciated Adrien and considered him a friend, but he was aiming for more. He had already declared her his girlfriend and made it clear that he intended to take her as his bride. She was flattered, but something didn’t sit right. Not after last night with the snake villain.
Marinette curled up in a ball as she listened to the downpour. Everything changed in that moment. She wanted whoever the snake was. She felt a draw to him she had only felt with Longg and Alya, but its pull was more intense than with Alya and as strong as Longg. Whoever he was, he was the man she had always loved. She would be with him now if not for Longg.
Frustration tore through Marinette. She loved Longg, but she hated Longg’s petty grudge. Why did it matter what happened in their past lives? They were done, over with, living new lives. They had a chance to make things better, change things up, but Longg didn’t want to take those chances. Instead Longg would drive a wedge between them and push her towards Adrien because it was “safer.” She hated the idea, but hated more that Longg may have a point.
Marinette still hated Longg’s grudge and inability to let go, but she wondered if there was more to it. Longg had pointed out before that this was a vicious cycle that went round and round. Could this possibly break that cycle? The snake, her soulmate, being her enemy. Her choosing a safer, secure future over the man that seeks to destroy the heroes. The one that may be working alongside Adonis to weaken them. To accept that her happiness may lie elsewhere and further down the line.
Tears stung Marinette’s eyes as the thunder rolled. She clutched her fists and got up. She changed into a black set of undergarments before she headed out. She carefully crossed her living area where the boys were asleep. She headed downstairs and out the back into the alley behind her shop. The world around her was pitch-black and poured warm rain like stepping into a shower.
Marinette turned her head up and closed her eyes. The darkness lit up to a dull gray as a dragon hovered above her. She reached out to the dragon, but it remained out of reach.
            “I’m sorry,” the dragon said.
Marinette’s eyes snapped open. She took a sharp breath and fell to her knees. She sat in the rain when she heard banging from behind and the sounds of struggle. She turned her head as she saw a small flame and smelt cigarette smoke. She snarled, rushed over, and grabbed the light given off from the cigarette. She winced softly at the burn, but crushed and tossed it aside.
            “Hey! What gives?” Luka demanded.
“No smoking near my store,” Marinette hissed.
“What the-? Marinette? What are you doing out here? Are you actually in the rain?”
“Yeah. Decided I could use a nice relaxing shower while I contemplate all my life choices,” Marinette remarked.
“Do you want to talk about it?” Luka asked.
Marinette ran her hands through her sopping wet hair and let out a sigh of frustration. “I just… so much is happening in such a short time, and I don’t even know if what I’m doing is the right thing. You know?”
Luka grunted as he sat on the step beneath the awning. “Not exactly. What’s happening that’s got your song all jumbled and uncertain?”
“Well, I… this stays between us, ok?”
            “You have my word, promise.”
“Ok. Well, a large part of it is Adrien. He’s a good guy, probably what any woman would dream of being with. I mean, he’s rich, has a promising future, security, and, well, is very sexy.”
            “But.”
“But I don’t know. Something doesn’t feel right. Maybe because he’s moving too fast. I mean, we hadn’t even talked about going steady, but he’s already claimed me as his girlfriend.”
Luka grimaced. “And you haven’t corrected him on it?”
“How do I? And especially after today. He was so, I don’t know, aggressive? Or something along those lines. Regardless, I didn’t feel very comfortable with him like that. And I have to wonder, if he normally like this, or is it a heat of the moment kind of thing. Even then, I don’t understand why.”
“Well, he does seem a touch insecure when it comes to you. He did make sure to keep me away from you after the incident this morning,” Luka pointed out.
“But why? I’m no real prize, at least to someone like him. I’m an apothecary, an alchemist. I mix potions and remedies all day while he’s basically a crown prince. He should have his eyes on the princesses before him, not me.”
“I do agree. You’re not a princess, but you’re more than just an alchemist,” Luka commented.
“Oh? What else do you think I could be? Do indulge me,” Marinette implored.
“Gladly. Let’s see, your inner melody has been quite turbulent today with everything today, but I think I got a beat on what it usually is when you were teaching Juleka. While it primarily carried soft, serene music fit for mediation and communing with nature, there was a hint of something else to it. It took a minute to place, especially once we lost power and had to suffer Adrien’s company, but it was a complete contrast to the serene melody though it blended well until it picked up in tempo and intensity that I realized it was battle music.”
            “Battle music?”
“Yes. It always plays softly in the background, but I’ve noticed it a few times with Juleka when you used your greatest of weapons, your wit. Though its been soft, quiet most the night since we lost power and had to deal with your… well, with your unfortunate plus one. I wondered why it had gone dead silent, but I get it now. There was no fight outside yourself after that point with everything you are going through.”
Marinette sighed. “I don’t know what I should do.”
“Well, you said you aren’t sure you like him like he likes you. Maybe you should end it, especially if his display made you uneasy. That usually isn’t the best of signs.”
“Maybe, but should I still try? I mean, I don’t know if this is just a one-time thing with his anger. Though the entire evening should be more than enough of a ‘back out now’ kind of thing.”
“And yet you’ll continue down this path?”
“No. I mean, maybe? I mean, what else should I do? I’m in my mid-twenties. I’ve spent my entire life not paying a lot of people any mind. Just dedicated to my work and heart’s desire. It wasn’t until Xiulan pointed out I was wasting away my life. It was her that suggested, well, dating would be generous.”
“Wait. She suggested Adrien, but not necessarily to date him?”
“Yes and no. She may have suggested the idea of dating, but she’s… very primal. She runs purely on emotions and impulses, like the world around us. For long periods, she’s calm, but once there is a disturbance, she’s, well, like the storm that graces us now. She may have implied it, but I know what she was really thinking I should use Adrien for.”
A long pause passed between them before Luka burst out laughing.
            “What’s so funny?”
“I’m sorry. I don’t mean to laugh at that, but your roomie just sounds… how do you manage to live with her? You have that spark, that fire, but you are well-mannered and mature. Like, you enjoy the peace and still moments, but still you share your space with what’s basically a dragon.”
Marinette chuckled nervously. “Oh, you’ve no idea. Though, I suppose it’s because Xiulan and I are soulmates.”
A long pause. “Soulmates? Are you two… intimate?”
“Oh, goodness no. Rather, she’s one of my closest friends, along with another. We have our fights, disagreements, and everything under the sun, but at the end of the day, there’s a comfort in each other. No matter the argument, we’ll always be there at each other’s side. Well, at least I can hope this time.”
            “What happened?”
“We had an argument this morning before the storm. We have very differing stances on the matter, but where she wants me to take a safer route, I’m willing to throw myself to the flames.”
            “Why?”
“Because I would rather life a short life of happiness than a life of regret and disappointment.”
“And with Adrien is the latter?”
A long silence. “Am I wrong? Should I want a life of happiness, or should I just shelf my happiness for the sake of others? Should I really be willing to walk to the fire or should I be afraid and seek to preserve my life?”
“That depends on the happiness. Would you say you’ve been happy so far?”
“Well, of course. I think. Maybe?”
            “Maybe?”
“I mean, I don’t think I’ve been unhappy, why would I? I had a good childhood, loving parents, I survived school, I have a successful enough career, and the only friends I feel I need. Yet it feels like something has been missing since I was young, and I’ve always been searching for it but could never find it. Until recently. I found what I’ve been searching for. In a brief, brief moment, I was happy, until Xiulan ripped it all away.”
“What are you going to do? Will you cave to her desires, or will you fight for what you want?”
Marinette considered. She turned her gaze up to the black sky. She closed her eyes as the darkness faded to gray. She stared up at a dragon as she exuded defiance.
“I will fight. I know what I want in my heart. I told her before, even if it leads to my death, I will take that happiness over a life of misery, regret, disappointment… and fear. I won’t live like that. I refuse.”
Marinette couldn’t hear Luka over the snarl of the dragon that rolled with the thunder. She kept her glare on it when it smiled and laughed. She snapped back to her body as the laughing continued. She got to her feet as an arm was placed around her.
“Big words. You know your opponent and I won’t give up either. Are you really ready to spend every moment complying with fate while I fight against it?” Longg asked.
“You bet your ass I will. Not even you will stop me,” Marinette declared.
“As you wish. We’ll see who wins in the end, which will be me.”
Marinette laughed. “I know what I’m up against now. I won’t make it easy on you.”
“Good. I expect nothing less from a valiant knight and warrior such as yourself. Now, excuse me while I kick the beast out of my lair.”
Marinette raised a brow when Longg moved. “Beast? Do you mean Adrien?”
“Well, I certainly don’t mean the noodle here,” Longg remarked as she clapped Luka on the back.
“Ow! Easy! This noodle isn’t a brick now. Be gentle.”
Longg laughed. “You are very much in danger, noodle. It’s your breed that I love.”
            “Beg pardon?”
“Now, stay out here while I handle the beast,” Longg remarked and disappeared inside.
Marinette trotted over near the door. “Well, you’ve met her. What do you think?”
“Uh, terrifying would be a good start. Her music is just… epic? No, that doesn’t do it justice. Uh, perhaps, more like your battle music, but much louder and overwhelming. Almost felt like I was face to face with a war goddess with how grand it all was.”
“Honestly that sounds about right. She probably would need to be if she’s going to face off against Adrien.”
“How do you know-?” Luka started.
Thunder boomed and shook the earth with a sudden sheet of rain that poured from the heavens. Luka jumped and swore at the sound while Marinette giggled.
“For a rockstar, you sure get spooked by loud noises easy,” Marinette teased.
Luka chuckled nervously. “Oh, yeah. Nothing quite like a raging storm compared to a deafening concern filled with thousands of fans.”
Marinette giggled as more earthshattering thunder boomed. She felt around and took a seat beside Luka. “Hey, thanks for listening to me. It honestly helped with sorting out some of this.”
“It’s no problem. This has always been kinda my thing. Would you believe it if I said I was my sister and mother’s therapist my entire life?”
“I very much would. I may not be an empath like you, but I can tell you’re easy to get along with. You just… it feels comfortable being around you. I can’t quite place it, but I feel I could tell you anything. Well, almost. Even I have my secrets.”
A long silence passed between them. Marinette pursed her lips as the storm began to die down.
            “Luka?”
            “Hmm?”
“I didn’t say anything to offend you, did I? Just now?”
“Huh? Oh. Oh! No. I’m sorry. What you said just got me thinking.”
            “Penny for you-?” Marinette started.
The door swung open and crashed into the wall. Marinette squeaked and jumped up.
“Come get rid of this beast,” Longg demanded.
“Seriously? Can’t you do it yourself?” Marinette asked.
“I’ve already tried. He won’t listen to reason.”
            “Reason or force?”
            “What’s the difference?”
Marinette sighed. “Right. Xiulan, it might be best that we wait until morning.”
“No. The homunculus leaves now,” Longg demanded.
Marinette blinked, thrown off by the serious shift in Longg’s voice. “Luka, could you check on Juleka? I’m sure the noise would have woken her up and I-.”
“Oh shit!” Luka yelled and ran inside.
            “He’s gone now,” Longg said.
“Why do you want Adrien gone so badly? Just this morning, you were-.”
“I will not tolerate man’s jealousy. Too long have I seen it tear me apart. Their jealousy and their greed. This homunculus is no different. No, he’s worse all because he feels entitled to you.”
“Oh. I thought it was because he might have been from a previous life and you didn’t want him near me.”
“If he is, I wouldn’t know. I’m not Psyche and the only way I knew about the snake man was because you were wearing me. No, I want him gone because I don’t want here because of his jealousy, greed, and entitlement.”
“I see. Does this mean you won’t push me to be with him? You’ll allow me to be with my soulmate?”
“Nice try. I won’t push after seeing the heart of the beast, but I won’t just step aside and let you die. Just as you won’t let me stop you.”
“Then would you be willing to help keep him away? I feel like he won’t take ‘no’ for an answer.”
“Oh, of course he won’t. After all that garbage yesterday, there’s no way in hell he’ll settle for anyone else. But you needn’t worry. I’m here.”
Marinette smiled and hugged Longg. She moved away when she felt bare skin.
“Put some clothes on,” Marinette said.
“Clothes are for the civilized and oh what a beast I am.”
Marinette groaned. “Fine. Just, I don’t know anymore. Let’s go take care of Adrien.”
            “Right behind you!”

Some more Miraculous redesigns. As you can see, I've been making the Kwamis look more like animals, to add a bit of diversity to them.

It's not that the designs are terrible, it's just a bit monotonous.

Sorry if it feels like I'm spam posting... ANYWAYS we have three more kwamis for the third and outer ring of the Miracle Box.
Fluff, Longg, and Sass are another three kwamis that belong to the outer/third ring of the Chinese Miracle Box. For more information on this ring, visit my other post here.
First is Fluff: Fluff is the kwami of time and presents female. She wears an outfit inspired by the Sui dynasty. She only grants one power to her wielder, which is the ability to open portals through time. This is the "burrow" which leads to a multitude of realities and times that only Fluff and the wielder of the rabbit miraculous can safely navigate. Fluff has these powers, and she considers herself omnipresent because of her abilities. Fluff is very chaotic in the show so I really enhanced that for her. She's a spaz, constantly all over the place and speaks so fast that often it is hard to understand her. She's constantly talking, either to herself, or blabbing herr mouth off to anyone in earshot. She also has a bad habit of talking over people/not letting people speak. She's very superstitious, so topics like that are her favorite to talk about, even when they're ridiculous. She has... very big eyes so she always appears to be surprised or in awe with everything around her.
Fun fact: When she picks a wielder, they're always from any timeline but the present.
Next we have Longg: Longg is the kwami of perfection and presents androgynously. (They use he/she/they pronouns). His attire comes from the Qing dynasty, and yes, it's a feminine outfit. However, her voice is very masculine. They only grant one power to their wielder, which technically sounds like three when described. The wielder can turn into three types of dragons, air, water, and lightning. The dragon varies from dragon designs across many eastern/asian cultures, but dominantly Chinese inspired. Longg has these powers himself, but much more powerfully and can even switch to dragons of other elements such as fire or ice. Longg kinda has a noble dude vibe in the show and I completely obliterated that. Though she does have a very high esteem of her culture, particularly more ancient practices, she's much less noble and more of a trouble maker. Yes, despite being the kwami of perfection, they're often mischievous or punky. Like Tikki, Longg has very strict rules for picking the wielder of the dragon miraculous, though he tends to be biased about it and would rather pick a trans person over a cisgender person, for no other reason than he just wants someone with the same vibe as him. (She's not cisphobic... if that's a thing).
Fun fact: Longg can switch their body type ever so slightly to range from a more masc appearance to a more fem look whenever they please.
Lastly, my beautiful boy Sass: Sass is the kwami of intuition and presents as male. He wears a hanfu from the Tang dynasty. He only grants one power to his wielder, Second Chance, which is the ability to go back to a "check point" in time within certain limits. This is good for fixing errors that may have occurred during a fight, but also may trap the wielder of the snake miraculous in a time loop if they keep having to use it. Sass has this ability of course, though he rarely ever uses it. I kept his personality similar to what's canon in the show. He's very leaderly and big on maintaining order. He likes to have control over things, and he despises chaos. He has a resting bitch face, which makes him look incredibly irritable all the time. Though he's basically the leader of all the other kwamis, he doesn't speak that much and chooses his words carefully when he does.
Fun fact: He loves music and can play a wide variety of instruments.

MLB × FIRST KILL AU
It was exactly 1:20 am when I start writing this, so most of it might just be sleep deprivation, but I want to share it
So I decided to rewatch First Kill (you know, the lesbian vampire/vampire hunter series that Netflix canceled) for no reason at all, and since my addiction to Miraculosa had also returned, I began to wonder... SO!
Spoiler warning
Possible triggers(?): Mention of blood, mention of murder
Our protagonists
Marinette Dupain-Cheng: Our sweet, gentle vampire who has never killed anyone or drunk blood directly from a person. She's just turned 16 and her family was pressuring her to finally kill someone. But how could someone who has lived among humans all her life kill one just to feed? Not her. Not until she had to defend the girl she liked.
Kagami Tsurugi: The youngest daughter of a famous hunting family. After failing in her first hunt, she gets a new chance after discovering a clan of vampires in the city; if she killed one of them, she would win her mother and clan's approval. But that vampire was so sweet, so innocent, so... Oh, no, she'd developed feelings for her!
The Dupain-Cheng's, the most respected family among vampires
Sabine: The matriarch, future protector of the Serpent and, unfortunately, her mother's dismay.
Tom: The man Sabine turned into a vampire so they could be together for eternity
Socqueline: The protective big sister, she seems harmless until she has to be fed
Bridgette: Socqueline's "evil" twin, a misunderstood soul who disappeared years ago
The Tsurugi's, an ancient lineage of hunters
Tomoe: The strict mother. She had a difficult past after being blinded by a monster, but she rebuilt herself and now has a family to protect
Wu Shifu (I'll think of a name for him later): The honorable man who was promised in marriage to Tomoe after the "incident"
Longg: Wu's son from his first marriage, a calm boy. The Tsurugi clan has turned its back on him, but he doesn't care
Fei: The adopted daughter, it took a while for the Tsurugi clan to accept her, but now she's the heir and a cool older sister
Other characters
Felix Graham de Vanille: A witch involved with Bridgette, he plans something for his partner's hometown
Adrien Agreste: Marinette's best friend. He has a complicated relationship with an older student, which none of his friends approve of
The two are related, but do not know each other
Alya: Also Marinette's best friend, I don't know what to do with her, but she's here
Lila Rossi: She dies and comes back as a zombie and dies again
Chloe: Kagami's ex. She is a little more tolerable, although she still uses her parents' high status as hunters
Andre e Audrey: They show up to die
Nino: One of Marinette's few vampire friends. He should only appear once
The plot
Kagami and her family have just moved to this town in the French countryside. In the past, the town was overrun by monsters, but none have been seen for years thanks to the hunters. Now they're back, and the Tsurugis have to find out why.
There's this strange girl who stares at Kagami at school and gets into accidents when Kagami is around. This behavior makes Kagami suspicious of her, so she starts staring back.
Marinette finally finds the courage to approach her and invites her to a party at Lila's house. Her perfume has a distinctive smell that makes Kagami discover that Marinette is a vampire.
At the party, they sit alone for a while, talking, until they notice their faces coming closer. For some reason, Kagami's scent is strangely attractive and, without thinking, Marinette bites her neck, which causes Kagami to react and pull out a silver knife and strike Marinette's heart. Kagami runs away thinking she had killed her.
She didn't.
I could explain more and go into a whole alternative world, but I really need to sleep now. This will probably have a part 2 next time I can't sleep on time.

Oh yay! Anyway here's my list of Canon kwami/bnha character match ups. The relationships between these characters are not at all the same as in mlb
Tikki- sero
Plagg-Tenko Shimura (he wouldnt become shigaraki in this au) previously aizawa
Nooroo-AFO, possibly monoma later on
Wayzz-Kirishima
Trixx- Toga
Pollen-ashido and kaminari (shared)
Duusu- aoyama, Kyudai Garaki previously
Mullo-Uraraka, previously nezu
Roaar- shinsou, previously midnight
Longg- shoto
Kaalki- Shirakumo/Kurogiri, later on pony
Fluff- Izuku
Sass- Hatsume
Xuppu- Bakugo, previously Shirakumo
Ziggy- momo
Barkk-Tenya
Daizzi- Hagakure
The concept for this au is basically that ua is a place for new miraculous holders to learn how to be heroes, I changed up some functions for how the miraculous work. For example: if a holder has had their miraculous for a long enough time they gain a small amount of the power of the miraculous even when not wearing it. This requires many years of use though, this is so heroes can continue being heroes after they pass on their miraculous. I have a few kwami and miraculous that I made for other characters if you wanna know about those!
I actually love all of those like!!
