Here are my concept designs for "The Stone Wars" prequel idea that's been spinjitzu-ing in my brain since yesterday

ID's under the cut instead of on the images now because holy shit they're not very usable on the actual images. (ALSO they're long as FUCK!! I tested with like, a v standard, basic screen reader and it took 4 minutes and 30 seconds???)

The first image depicts the Lego Ninjago villain known as "the Overlord" in his "first form". He is seen with four arms, all in varying forms of motion. He has black skin, with several golden markings. He also has four legs, akin to that of his "centaur form" from Ninjago Crystalized. He has a very long, purple loincloth, and he wears grey and gold thigh guards, as well as grey and gold bracelets. The Stone Swordsman has a red and silver breastplate, and plated armor that's colored dark gray underneath. He has a dark red belt, and much simpler thigh armor than Kozu and the Stone Warrior's. He wears one pauldron on his right arm, with a few spikes sticking out. He lacks armor on his arms, and instead shows his yellow markings on his black skin. On his chest is a grey medallion with a green gemstone. He wears a red conical hat and a dark gray samurai mask over his mouth. He also has red and silver boots.

Lastly, the Stone Scout is much shorter than the other soldiers, sporting a red conical hat, an archer's arrow holder on his back, a shoulder pad on his right shoulder, a right arm with minimal armor, and a left arm covered in armor. He has a dark red belt, red and silver armor all over his torso, and thigh guards. Unlike his fellow soldiers, he lacks any footwear. On his chest is a grey medallion with a green gemstone. I once had a idea

What if day of the departed was actually a important part of Hands of time with being more than Cole being human again?

I’ll divide this idea in 3 parts

The changes on day of the departed

The changes on hands of time

And the upcoming changes of the next seasons (I’ll won’t actually write all since is too much to write of)

1-instead of Pythor being a villain we will put a small great devourer has he’s replacement with a fang blade on her mouth but she will be the size of the statue on the city of ouroboros (this is mostly so Pythor return to villainy will be more than attacking Lloyd with a stick) the fights will go like this

Lloyd vs the great devourer (avenging he’s father of the corrupting the devourer caused)

Kozu vs Jay and Brown ninja (once again not personal with Jay but with the brown ninja)

Samukai and Chen vs Nya and Kai (Samukai kidnapped Nya in the pilot so this makes sense of a rematch between the Two and a revenge for Nya)

Krypto vs Zane

Only Chen dies while Lloyd gets to put in a dormant state the not so great devourer and makes the beast shrink into a normal giant snake size, Krypto would be partially destroyed but I’ll rise again once Zane goes to the other after thinking he killed krypto,Kozu gets trapped by the other stone warriors since the brown ninja kept the good old Helmet,Samukai gets roped and Anya taunts him. Morro does the same he did in the original special and warned wu and the Ninjas which have their respective villains trapped. Cole defeats Yang and when they thought the villains returned to the realm of the departed Morro was there like “something isn’t right”, after day of the departed Morro goes with Yang and Yang explains how the spell is not working has it should since they were supposed to return to the Cursed realm and thought it had to work with the departed realm as well but seemingly without the cursed realm the villains were stuck in this realm hill they die again but in Morros case he returned has a ghost so he got the worse part of the deal. The villains go to check on the villains they had captured but Kozu escaped with the Helmet, the same goes for Samukai and the great devourer and according to the security tapes Krypto freed them

2-hands of time:

Samukai returned to the underworld which was now abandoned and seems the skeleton army dissolved after they fought the serpentine and now Samukai wants to defeat the ninjas for dissolving he’s kingdom

Krypto:goes around hacking all the technology he finds with the technoblade he had (which will be the ice technoblade) he ends up to hack a motorcycle and goes to the desert to hide but not before leaving lots of corrupted tech to attack the ninjas, he ends up teaming up with Samukai but both want to betray each other when they have the chance.

Kozu:with a battalion of stone warriors he goes to free the giant stone warrior and now wants to make a new stone army using the great devourer

Great devourer:Once it wakes up the snake becomes docile going around like a child but that’s until Kai goes to the museum to and the great devourer feels her offsprings causing Kai to discover Krux identity

When they get the slow motion hand Morro talks about using the blades to fix their mistake so garmadon would have never been bite,the serpentines never got freed and he never died in the first place but Master wu says “even if I regret all of those things and more, the past molds our future selfs and by changing the past we change ourselves and I love my ninjas the way they are” but then Krypto and Samukai intervene stealing it revealing their plan to use them to go back in time (Samukai to go back just when he dies so he can rule when Garmadon disappears and Krypto to destroy Zane to prevent the defeat of the overlord) Krypto reveals he entered in borg industry’s serves and discovered their location thanks to Pixal knowing it, Morro thanks to being a ghost he’s inmune to the forward Time blade for being a eternal spirit, so he takes the time blade leaving the twins with none but they do get to kidnap sensei wi,The rest of the ninjas get in the hands of time lair has usual.

After that Samukai and Krypto get in the time hands lair thanks to pixal once again and we have a fight between Morro and Krypto with the Time blades but both gets defeated by the twins with the time blades and Kozu with the pause time blade, pausing Morro and taking the forward and slow mo time blades and with that it was thing of no time for Kozu to give the time blades to the twins.

But before… Nya and Kai (and the devourer) get to the meet their parents in which the true is revealed by how Krux used the vermillion to poison Kai with a lesser venom similar to the one that affected Garmadon but in exchange for the cure their parents went to work with him, and they’re accompanied by Kozu who has the pause time blade since he sends a Scout Soldier to follow the Vermillion after they rampage for metal through the city. Kozu got to discover the place of the time blade and got there first and got it first but made a deal with the twins to give him vermillion to make more stone soldiers which the twins accept since they know stone warriors are more indestructible and valuable than any vermillion soldier. The stone soldiers quickly defeat the heroes and then they return to the base finishing the machine and go back in time while Kozu starts massacring some vermillion left behind by the time twins using their blood on statues to make more stone soldiers and he starts invading ninjago but the devourer overpowers the control of the twins over the vermillion making them fight back against the stone warriors, in the chaos Morro flys to the portal in the sky chasing the twins with Kay and Nya. Kozu reveals the real plans Is how the twins undoing the past will drive into the destruction of the devourer awakening the stone army once again but this time without golden power so no one will be able to defeat the overlord

Most things go the same except for Morro staying with Wu to fight. Morro falls in the past while Wu goes like usual

After that we get a scene of Morro being tempted to help he’s past self to go back home but decides to give him a advice “kid I know he meant no harm, if he still loves you he’ll welcome you with open arms” past Morro will remember this which will lead to future Morro redeeming himself at the end of possession. Now Morro will try for things to stay mostly the same in the past

Meanwhile the hands of time return to the present while wu turns into a baby and goes to the future. They are welcomed by the great devourer which frees the vermillion from their control and go back with their mother, meanwhile Samukai gets abandoned by Krypto which try’s to steal the time blades but gets stopped by same, but the hacked car of the nindroid runs over Zane allowing the nindroid to escape

Status of the villains

Kozu:arrested with the rest of the stone army

Samukai:arrested

Great devourer:I’m a sanctuary with her offsprings

Hands of time:both arrested in the highest technology prison of ninjago

Krypto:disappeared

Morro:somewhere in Ninjago (will become important in sons of Garmadon)

3-upcoming seasons

Morro:he’s the one who brings baby wu to the ninjas but stays in the shadows so Garmadon won’t know about he’s presence (I’m still thinking about events after)

Kozu:will join the sons of Garmadon knowin full well what’s going to happen

Samukai:he mostly does nothing till crystalized joining the other criminals to help defeat the crystal king but this may change

Krypto:goes to prime empire and subsequently becomes a virus and recurring threat through the season

Emperor of Ninjago (4)

• Days after it was believed that Kai had died in combat, Morro, Master of the Wind and Wu's apprentice, formed his new group of rebels called "The Ghosts", his group was made up of extremists and Wu soldiers who violently attacked bases and Emperor Garmadon's labor camps to steal weapons and other resources for his cause. This new rebel group caused several problems for the rulers of other kingdoms, civilians, and other rebels of the Wu Resistance, as their attacks made it difficult to rescue prisoners and properly weaken Garmadon's forces.

• As Wu did not want to start new disputes with his former apprentice's group, he let Morro and his followers do what they wanted and ordered his soldiers and the Ninjas not to interfere in Morro's work, but to rescue the people innocent in danger. Even though both sides supported each other, there are several moments where everyone disagrees due to their ideas and actions.

• After a year of living in the palace Kai became Lloyd's only servant and guardian, but so that the Overlord would not suspect Kai, Garmadon ordered Kai to join the training of the palace soldiers, but he would have special training, generals Kozu and Samukai would personally take care of his training, although Kai's training would be difficult, Garmadon knew it would be the only way to make Kai become stronger so he could better protect Lloyd from any danger in the future.

• Kai's training was too violent and rigorous, it was fortunate that Kai was already in good shape to be able to withstand the training of the two generals, but Kai knew that this type of training would be too different from the one he received from Wu, Kai had he had to hide many of his Ninja skills so that no one would suspect that he was the Red Ninja, which is why he sometimes allowed himself to be beaten  in training and had to always keep up with the other recruits.

• Kai's training was not every day, since Kai had to be by Lloyd's side and fulfill his role as guardian, but every time Kai finished his training he at least received medical attention from the palace doctors and was allowed them to return to their cell to rest. . • Despite the painful training, Kai was still able to continue his duties by accompanying Lloyd in his activities, and in addition, Garmadon was able to discreetly provide Kai with more information about places he could investigate within the palace, Garmadon even gave him the key where Garmadon had hidden the Overlord's research and the Green Ninja prophecy. • Kai also discovered that the room contained many images of Empress Misako and Emperor Garmadon when he was still a normal human, as well as other family portraits and images of the First Spinjitzu Master. • There are times when Lloyd always asked Kai various things about what Ninjago was like before, Lloyd knew from the stories he heard in his classes that apparently Ninjago was governed differently before his father became emperor. Kai told him that Ninjago had not previously been enslaved by his father and that it was a peaceful and prosperous kingdom without the need for numerous wars. These stories always surprised Lloyd and he always asked Kai to tell him more about Ninjago's past.

• But Kai always asked Lloyd not to tell anyone about his stories since it could be dangerous, Lloyd promised not to tell anyone since he didn't want to get Kai in trouble, whom he already saw as his older brother.

• On Lloyd's seventh birthday, Harumi, daughter of the leaders of the Jamanakai people and members of Garmadon's council, appeared before the prince and, being the same age, the two immediately became close friends. Upon learning this, Garmadon let Harumi and her family be able to visit the palace whenever they wanted, Kai did not trust Harumi's parents as they were very loyal to Garmadon and his cause, but if he trusted little Harumi, Kai could see that Lloyd and Harumi were very similar, and he always accompanied them in their games in the palace courtyard or in Lloyd's game room.

• Kai told Lloyd and Harumi other stories about Ninjago, both children were fascinated by Kai's stories and always imagined that one day they would see all the things Kai always told them. Kai even helped the children create toys so they could play together, since then the two children became great friends and Kai really liked being around both children.

• As time went by Kai became more and more tolerant of the generals' training, sometimes Garmadon even confronted Kai just to show everyone that Kai was worthy of their trust, at least that lessened the guards' suspicions. Lloyd didn't like seeing Kai hurt after every training, only Kai calmed him down by telling him more stories about Ninjago, Kai even told him about his grandfather, the First Master, his father Garmadon's previous life, when he was still a good emperor, and about his mother Misako.

• Lloyd never heard much about her mother, the Empress, even her guardians avoided talking about her, Kai was the first person to talk about her openly, he didn't think that Kai was previously part of the royal guard that protected his parents, but Lloyd was at least happy to know that his parents were kind people in the past. Lloyd even wondered if his father would one day be free of the Overlord's control and the Great Devourer's poison.

• On Lloyd's eighth birthday, Kai met Skylor, daughter of Lord Chen, who built a fortress to train other soldiers who would participate in battles against the rebels, but what no one knew was that Skylor was a spy for the Resistance of Wu, she joined Wu after freeing numerous rebels who were found in Chen's work camp, the rebels confirmed this to Wu and one day they both met secretly, Skylor gave information to Wu and since then she He became a valuable source of information for the rebellion.

• When Skylor met Kai she knew immediately that he was the late Red Ninja since she previously met Nya, who became close and Nya showed Skylor a photo of Kai, obviously Kai asked her to keep the secret and Skylor promised her that his secret was safe with her, but that was how the two formed an alliance to help the rebellion, Kai gave his notes to Skylor and she made sure to give them to the rebels who escaped and returned to the Resistance.

• Skylor even became a good friend to Lloyd, the two got along well and that made Kai feel better, even Skylor fought Kai just to pretend that they were both still trustworthy to Garmadon and Chen. There were times when Kai had to accompany Garmadon to make some conquests and he could not avoid fighting against some rebels and soldiers who sought to protect the towns and kingdoms from him. And in order not to be discovered, Kai never took off his mask so that no rebel would recognize him. He also invented a false name, Kai called himself the “Red Shogun,” and he only used it when he entered the battlefield.

• Also, there was an occasion in which the Ghosts impudently attacked the palace at night, and it was when Garmadon was not in the palace since he was on another conquest, Kai luckily was there and was able to protect Lloyd from the attack, The Ghosts, seeing that their attack was unsuccessful, fled, but Kai knew that it was time to teach Lloyd to defend himself.

• Lloyd was forbidden to fight by orders of Garmadon and the Overlord, the Overlord thought that perhaps Lloyd would be a threat if he learned to fight and Garmadon had no choice but to prevent his soldiers from training Lloyd. Kai secretly taught Lloyd, as long as no one saw, he taught him inside his room, in some blind spots in the yard and in the forest. In order not to attract too much attention Lloyd and Kai pretended that their outdoor training was games, Lloyd was the one who said that he himself invented the games, only then would the guards stop interrogating Kai.

• Kai began by teaching Lloyd basic self-defense techniques and ways to be in good physical condition, and it was fortunate that Lloyd was an agile child and attentive to everything that was happening in his environment. It was then that Kai began to talk about the Green Ninja prophecy to Lloyd, Lloyd thought it was an interesting story, since then he always asked Kai to tell it to him every night before going to sleep.

More Dod stuff, meet two of the highest ranking members of the Garmadons faction, Generals Kozu and Aspheera.

(I tried to draw Samukai. It sucked, and I Do Not Want to draw him, so I've decided that he got sick of having to follow the Garmadons, so he and some of the Skulkin have split off to do their own thing)

Kozu and the rest of the Stone Army were revived by Misako after she recovered the crest from the Helmet of Shadows from Dark Island. The spell that binds the will of the Stone Warriors to whoever is in possession of the crest has since been removed by Misako (having the indestructible members of your army be controlled by something that can be lost/stolen is a massive weak-point, so she got rid of it before it could be used against her family), and the Stone Warriors follow her out of actual loyalty (and also bc they dont really know any life outside of war)

Kozu is Lloyd's most responsible babysitter

Releasing and recruiting Aspheera was Garmadons idea. It was purely bc he figured it would bother Wu. He was right.

Aspheera gleefully leads the Serpentine forces who allied themselves with the Garmadons (most of the Constrictai, all of the few surviving Anacondrai, about half of the Venomari and Fangpyers, and a handful of Hypnobrai) against Wu and his allies. She wields various magics as easily as she breathes, a more jack-of-all-trades kind of sorceress than Misako. I also made it so she still has her Hypnobrai eyes, instead of having them be changed bc of her imprisonment for whatever reason. Since she's an ancient Serpentine, shes from a time before the Tribes all evolved into the five different ones in modern Ninjago, so she has a few traits from different tribes (I'm debating on whether or not she has any kind of venom)

She takes great pleasure in seeing how annoyed and off-put Wu gets when she flirts with both Garmadon and Misako. Misako doesn't play into it, but she also doesn't stop Aspheera bc she thinks its just as funny as Aspheera does. Garmadon has not noticed that Aspheera is flirting with either of them.

Aspheera is Lloyds favorite babysitter.

Initially I was going to have Cryptor on here too, with a story about Borg Industry making the Nindroid army to help Wu combat the Garmadons, before the Army was hacked by Unagami and brought onto the Villains side, but I actually like the idea of Cryptor being a Hero while also being a massive asshole.

So next post will have him, Wu, and some of the other Heroes

Little thing I wrote for the new AU hehehehhe

A loud booming sound emitted off of the metal door, making Cryptor startle out of his sleep. He breathed heavily and instantly gazed at the door. He lifted the vanta-black covers and threw his legs over the bed then quickly walked over to his dresser to grab a black robe to put on and covers his exposed torso.

As he walked past his bed, he swiftly grabbed one of his swords just in case it was an intruder. He turned the door knob and forcefully opened the door to a tall inhuman like figure with four arms and I stone like texture.

“Kozu?” He said, lifting a brow. “It’s two in the morning. What do you want?”

The stone general stared at the shorter robotic general for a few more seconds before speaking in a rough calm tone.

“The Overlord asked for your presence.” Kozu said. His expression soft underneath the demonic looking mask.

Cryptor slightly scowled at the statement but then stopped midway through.

“Wait, why are you up this early?” Cryptor asked, now leaning against the door frame, his robotic tail weaving behind him.

Kozu just stares in to the red glowing eyes as he processes the question. “I don’t require sleep, remember?”

“Well, I technically don’t need it either but here I am.” Cryptor flashed a smile.

“The Overlord requests your presence.” The stone General repeated with a more demanding tone.

The robotic General groaned and it ended with a hiss.

“Okay okay.” Cryptor said, waving it off. “I’ll be back in a minute.” He shut the metallic door and a click sounded, the door locking.

Kozu stood there looking in silence as he stood outside the door tapping his foot for a few seconds.

A minute later Cryptor opened the metal door now wearing a gray ripped up shirt with the sleeves torn off and black wrappings around his arms. In the dark pastel blue wrapping around Cryptor’s waist held two sheaths that held swords in it.

Cryptor flashed a “ready to go smile” and both of the Generals walked down the hallway both of their horned shadows dominating the floor.

Kozu and Cryptor both walked back in the long dark hallways to their destination. As they waltzed, Cryptor usually started the conversation.

“What do you think he wants this time?” Cryptor asked in a curious tone, looking up at Kozu. The stone General only responded with a shrug.

“I’m not sure myself,” Kozu said. “However, I don’t think he is in a good mood right now.”

‘Fuck…’ Cryptor thought to himself. Whenever the Overlord is in a bad mood, someone gets badly hurt while in the vicinity of him. Its happen to Cryptor multiple times. Kozu…? I’m not sure.

Cryptor gulped down his worry and tried to pull off a smile.

“I’m sure everything will be fine.” Cryptor said.

‘I hope…’ Cryptor thought.

When Dareth sent his students to attack General Kozu, who was shot through his dojo window, Ed and Edna can be seen standing behind him.

Does that mean Dareth, Ed and Edna canonically hangs out? Were they talking over a cup of tea before this? Were they swapping stories about the ninja? Did Dareth tell them stories about how he, the Brown Ninja saved the ninja's butts from certain doom? Did Ed and Edna talks about how they also helped out the ninja from time to time but it's not much really except that it's actually more helpful that what Dareth ever did?

Also, did Ed and Edna accidentally spills out Jay's embarassing moments when talking about how proud they are of him and Dareth just, never ever mentions this or teases Jay about it because Dareth is that much of a chad?

It's just that, the possibility of Dareth, Ed and Edna being friends is inducing a keyboard-smashing level of excitement and it's one of the most wonderful thing ever.
