it's been a day.

not even a bad day, more a leeching, soul-sucking, exhaustingly tiring day, one that has you slumping at your desk, head rest against your arms as you attempt to get the last few bits of your work done. but all you can do is yawn, impossibly wide, and rub your aching eyes, the words on the papers muddled together into a blurry smear and your fingers stained with ink. you exhale, sighing drearily and lifting your head up to return to your duties, squinting in order to read the forms properly.

there's a few quiet knocks on the door before it creaks open, the fluffy head of Childe's Foul Legacy form poking into the room with an inquisitive chirp. you wave tiredly, shoulder slumping, and he slips inside to stand behind you, claws wrapping around your waist. Childe's forehead presses against the back of your neck as he trills softly, rubbing small circles on your stomach, and with a hum you lean back into his embrace, hand trailing up to scritch under his chin and be met with melodious purrs.

with gentle nudges Childe pushes you to your feet, taking your hands in his own and tugging you to his room. whenever you glance back towards your desk, he simply tilts your head to face him, gaze full of affection and coos sweet and encouraging. he settles you in the center of his blanket nest, circling and curling up beside you so he can stare into your eyes. delicately he rubs your temples and cheeks, your tense muscles already beginning to relax as you snuggle into his chest, relishing the way his body curls around and protects yours. he bumps his face against the top of your head like a kiss, softly crooning over your sleepy state, and when you nuzzle further into his arms Childe swears his Abyss-tainted heart melts right then and there.

with an enormous yawn you search for his hand, finding and lacing your fingers with his claws as you drift off, safe and sound in Foul Legacy's grasp.

The new pairs?? Amazing. I'm so glad they switched it up

Fuaiz and Ta's VegasPete scene could have been so gut-wrenching but the cowboy costumes and background killed the whole vibe. They really made it hard for them. I couldn't take them seriously at all and started to laugh during a scene that I expected to make me cry.

When Mio and Copper held hands before their scene and Tong said that's what Mile and Apo always do <3<3<3

Mio and Copper were so smart to use the coat instead of a knife - and then even quickly explained why there was only one coat!! They definitely could have been a little more "aware" of their (imagined) surroundings, I agree with the judges there

Mio and Copper's reactions during JJ & Jet's scene (they were fangirling so hard and I GET IT)

JJ AND JET BLEW MY TITS CLEAN OFF HOLY SHIT they added dialogue in order to adapt to the scene change and even the new stuff was sooo in character!! And JJ actually went for the kiss... their performance really pulled me in and the tension was so palpable... I might need a second to recover from JJ as Kinn...

He gets so lost in the characters he has trouble coming back out of them and ends up overacting and losing sight of essential points. He's doing it all and he's doing too much.

Everyone made so much progress. Even the ones that didn't do that well learned something from it. They should all be proud <3
