of course such ai has to come from somewhere! let's just say he's "recycled"!

It's the start of spring break. But everything's cool these days, and so you're helping one of your friends set up the new LGBTQ+ student union at your school to get it ready for when everyone gets back from break. You hear a motorcycle outside. The door bursts open and in walk two of your best friends/teammates. They're actively flexing. The one who killed it at tryouts last year says they both have an offer for you. The one who kissed you at prom last year asks if you're "into adventure". You can only assume they're proposing a threesome. And then, even after they tell you that's not what they were offering, one of them compliments your body and the other one says that a three way make out would be "a cool idea". i am so tired of the kipperlily hate train. i am begging you all to have half a modicum of care about kipperlily. yes, she went off on kristen in that preview. yes, she accused kristen of not caring. and you know what? she's right. kipperlily is very clearly addressing kristen's actions surrounding the student body presidential election, and not anything else like some of you are trying to make it out to be. and kristen doesn't care about the election!

you all agreed with sklonda when she said it never should've been kristen, it should've been riz. but when kipperlily, the girl who has put effort and time and care into her campaign gets a little angry that the girl who could not give less of a shit (presumably) wins the election, she's the devil? she's in the wrong? never anywhere did kipperlily say kristen wasn't a caring person, that she wasn't compassionate, that she wasn't a good person. kipperlily only sees what kristen puts out in the world, which so far....has just been fucking. bits! just bits! and kipperlily is reacting incredibly reasonably to what she sees and knows.

i love kristen to death. she's one of my favorite characters of all time and i will go to bat for her in almost any instance. but i understand kipperlily here. i get it. and i think kipperlily should get to bite her. for fun. and for revenge.

I've been moping around with art lately, but the nice old lady redesigns made me want to one myselffff. Pretty simple and lazy, but the 2008 model makes me grind my teeth.

I worked with the current 'old thin woman' model in mind, but I could see Elsa being more curvy for sure!! I think it'd be so nice for her and this design would work the same, I just wanted to give myself the constraints of working within a theme and parameter.

Does she make you hungry? She's using the certified hungry marketing colors. Truly a girlboss ahead of her time.

Dipping into videogame fandoms is always wild. Like fandoms of all sorts are bad at genre conventions, but gamers LOVE to praise or criticize things for, like, blatantly subjective gameplay styles that literally just are types of game that maybe they should be playing more (or less) of, and then cap it off with a suggestion that is obviously far beyond game engine capabilities based on experience, or would radically change or cripple the intended interactive player experience / replay value

You think the devs fucked up because the protagonist is a blank slate just dropped in the world with no backstory connection or driving motivations???

Bruh... Skyrim never even hinted to you what you had done to get thrown in a cart on your way to the death penalty

I think maybe you would have more fun stepping away from the RPGs. Grab something with a named protagonist on the cover and no character creator. If you don't want this canon character to have "OOC" dialogue options when you control them that make them sound like an outsider to the plot, well, they don't tend to do that when you play something with minimal / option-less cutscenes 🤷‍♀️ nor do you lose critical interactive experiences if you pick a game designed from that mindset

It's never something subtle, is the thing 🤣 always with the "TRAGIC - Amazing Game would be objectively better if only it was a Completely Different Game more suited to my preferred play style"

Does anyone else remember how during ACoC people kept trying to prove that Caramelinda was somehow in on [redacted's] betrayal and was actually evil? And do we all remember how many times Brennan had to say "No, she's not evil or Bad or anything, she's just a woman who is trying really hard to make the best decisions she can with the information she has in the heinous circumstances she's in"??? Do we remember Brennan having to tell the Bad Kids that Zayne Darkshadow isn't just some cringefail fucking edgelord but a child who suffered greatly in his life and then DIED?

Does anyone else remember Kalina literally having to snap her own neck to get the Bad Kids to realize that she might not be just *blanket evil*?

I feel like I'm seeing something very similar happening with Porter and Kipperlily and I really hope Brennan once again subverts the idea that just because a character is antagonistic they are inherently Bad or Evil.

Also, just a reminder Protagonist = main character Antagonist = person opposing/challenging the main character
