Was hast Du davon das es mich gibt…? Oft hab ich mich gefragt warum ich das was ich tue eigentlich tue… Auf diesem Bild sieht es zwar so aus als ob ich mir gerade genau diese Frage stelle, aber genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall! Auf diesem Bild darf ich gerade miterleben wie einer meiner Teampartner die Ehrung für seine erreichte Vertriebsstufe erhält. Lob und Anerkennung… Für so viele Menschen etwas das sie leider nur allzu selten erhalten und damit meine ich nicht nur im Berufsleben…! Bei mir war das auch so. Als ich in dem Unternehmen für das ich heute tätig sein darf anfing, habe ich es auch aus der Motivation heraus gemacht Lob und Anerkennung zu bekommen, der Verdienst stand im Hintergrund, weil ich es nur nebenbei betrieben habe. Der nächste Schritt aber war, mitzuerleben wie schön es ist anderen dabei zu helfen Lob und Anwrkennung zu bekommen, oder was auch immer ihr Motiv ist. Und nun zurück auf Anfang - ich warte kurz bis du nach oben geschrollt hast um zu lesen was am Anfang stand😊 Meine größte Motivation ist es Dich bei Deinen Herausforderungen zu unterstützen.
