Making my planner somewhere for positive/funny quotes was a really good idea. Take this page as an example; the middle and bottom quotes were not planned to be funny but they keep cracking me up because ‘my aura is magnetic to golden opportunities’ followed by ‘you may test that assumption at your convenience’ is hilarious. How on earth do I expect that assumption to be tested? Am I going to have exciting creative opportunities fall into my lap out of nowhere the minute someone tries to say golden opportunities don’t come my way? Is this cosmic reverse psychology?

Another week of layouts complete in my Hobonichi Hon. I plan on testing out other types of layouts in the future - especially days that commemorate events - but for now, I like this particular style.
I think the layouts for January 17th and 20th are my favourite pages this week.
**| I’ve spent the last 30 hours or so speed reading through a novel I needed to have read for class tomorrow, but between that (when it doing other class work!) I’ve watched a few of those architecture in cyberpunk videos which are great, and now make me want to do up a whole hc about architecture in the Blue Light District, because logic and genre convention states brutalist, but each time I edge towards that the Vox muse gets touchy.
So clearly Vox can’t be your traditional cyberpunk dystopic corporate dictator because he fucking hates that style of building. Assigned weirdly helpful corporate overlord because of taste in building aesthetic. That’s how it works, right?
Also if you are a pen pal with me and you’re actually not needing stickers you’ve had kicking around, you could…. send them to me. I would take real good care of them. Just saying.
