Hey so for all of you not up on Canadian politics the Ontario Premier Doug Ford has decided to use the sex ed curriculum from 1999 in all Ontario Schools. This curriculum is missing topics like:

•Sexuality/ Gender

•Consent

•Internet safety isn't discussed until 7th and 8th grade

•Puberty

Many school boards have stated that they want teachers to disregard this and teach the current curriculum. Ford has stated he will discipline any teachers found teaching the current curriculum and has set up a snitch line for parents to anonymously report schools and teachers not teaching the outdated curriculum.
