I’ve always been very interested in flower symbolism—maybe it’s in my blood lol 😅 I think I’ve mentioned before that my family’s business is a florist shop and greenhouses. (I’ve never worked there though). I’ll admit that I’m not the best at gardening myself though I do have 3 pet cacti named Rantaro, Harley, and Kel and they’re doing great! 😁😂 I love flowers a lot though and try to incorporate them into a lot of my stories. I think it’s one of my biggest go to motifs besides inclement weather and brothers getting along. 😊

On behalf of both Sprinkles and myself, it really means a lot to us to hear that you enjoy our blog so much. For a long time, it was just Sprinkles and I having private discussions about OMORI amongst ourselves, but when we decided to create a blog to house our When Sun Shines Again project, we thought it might be fun to share some of the discussions we had been having with the fandom too, especially since we knew the blog would be Hero-centric and I don't think he's really talked about as much as some of the other characters in the game. While Hero himself would probably prefer not to be talked about considering he is much more comfortable fading into the background and doesn't like to be the center of attention, we both strongly feel he deserves his moment and deserves to be discussed, analyzed, loved, and appreciated just as much as the rest of the cast. It's honestly very flattering to see that so many people have been interested in and seem to really like our takes on his character, and we really can't thank our fellow Hero enthusiasts enough for all of their support! 💕

Okay but actually the transgender agenda is to encourage living happily in your own body in your own way and the freedom to explore what will make you the most happy, isn’t it?

One of the argument for including trans and gnc students at historically women’s colleges is that their presence gives everyone the freedom to question their gender, to choose or reject womanhood (or manhood!) on their own terms. Having trans friends has encouraged me to examine my relationship with gender to see what combinations of feminine, masculine and androgynous presentations make me feel happiest. Knowing trans people exist helps my students develop a healthier relationship to their genders as well. A world without trans people is a bleak one.

So yeah, to every trans/gnc person reading this, no matter how much you’re struggling or feel like you’re unwanted, your existence makes the world a happier, brighter place. You deserve to thrive as your most authentic self, and I will continue to fight for your right to do so. Not just because your existence makes the world a better place but because you, the trans/gnc/genderqueer/nonbinary/genderfucky/questioning/maybe-trans-but-not-quite-sure person reading this, YOU, deserve to be happy just because you’re you.

And yes, before you ask, this applies to intersex people whether you identify as trans or queer or not.

So I typed such a long essay just to find out that terf blocked me.

No man ever oppressed or abused me. I was called ugly, stupid and pathetic by my own mother. We've started to mend our relationship now. All my bullies growing up were female (which led me to physically assault a boy because I believed that's how you become not weak). My father is the only person who supports me and stands up for me no matter what. When I was being crushed under the overwhelming expectations everyone had for me and sobbed he was the one who held me in his arms. I never interacted with any incels (except for throwing insults at them). It was seeing people like you which made me realize what a shitshow "equality" has become.

You think I'm young and it's embarrassing for me. I say it's embarrassing for you being older and more mature but still partake in "us vs them".

And I'm not fighting against those who fight for me. I don't need the support of those who put down others to lift me up.
