the lindwyrm prince?

Oooh! Another Beauty and the Beast type! I've had the thought for a while that if I did an adapation of this I'd make the Lindwyrm female, as the two flowers the queen ate were supposed to give her a boy and a girl child, not a boy and a boy snake. And wouldn't you know it I had a cursed wyrm woman obsessed with getting married ready to go with my OC Lady Melusine from my Canon Descendants BatB story.

I don't have much of an idea yet but yeah if I were to do one she'd be the Lindwyrm. Cuz if I can give Hans a redemption arc I can give one of my other villains one as well x)

Probably have to cut out the actually eating people part though...(she may have eaten Gaston at this point though)

I think I'll name the shepherdess bride Amaryllis. And she'll either be responsible for releasing Melusine from the book she got trapped in in the BatB story or get pulled into it too.

Probably one of the biggest things that influences the ecologies, agriculture, and economics on Aran is the fact that there are giant fucking dragons that eat rock, ore, and crystals living under the surface of the planet that surface to either supplement their diet with vegetation and meat or to poop.

The poop mounds and latrines of these giant wyrms are full of so many minerals and good organic soil as well as lumps of metals and gems.

The richest centaur herds tend to have a wyrm latrine someone on their territory that they mine for fertilizer, gems, and metals. And they tend to keep wyrms frequenting their territory by leaving offerings of milk and cheese at wyrm holes.

"It's not all dragons ! "

"Ah yes " without really paying attention to the remark Ace pointed to a drawing .

"Oh this one is really cool, what's the name of this dragon ?"

"I like this one too but it's not a dragon it's a lindwyrm you see we recognize it because it only has 2 legs and has no wings"

"Oh and this one doesn't look like a dragon does it ?"

"That's a drake he has no wings but has 4 legs"

" But that's a dragon "

" No that's a wyvern, you see it has 2 wings and 2 legs, the only dragon on this page is the one with 2 wings and 4 legs"

"I didn't think it was so complex "

" But since when are you so interested in dragons and creatures that look like them ?" Deuce asks

" I've been interested in it for a few weeks"

" I didn't think it was a subject you were so passionate about "

A little later in the evening

" I am very happy that you invited me child of man"

A slight smile appeared on the face in front of Malleus . As Malleus' host had left to get my tea, the fae noticed the notebook that had been left ajar, curious as he is Malleus decided to take a look at the contents.

He was surprised to see that all of the drawings depicted dragons and the species we used to confuse them with , what really attracted him was the little note next to the first dragon drawings in the notebook " Malleus in drgon, I imagine him to be really cute, he must be @_@", a smile appeared on the handsome man's face.

The young old prince spent the rest of the evening with a big smile on his face (more than usual I mean) once his dear lover was asleep he couldn't help but mutter "Oh my dear child of man how lucky i am to have you, a real treasure and dragons must protect their dearest treasure"

When I was a kid, there were monsters in the world. There might still be, but nobody’s ever been far enough beyond the Wavering Wood to check.

There’s monsters in the Wood itself, everyone knows that. The few people who’ve been to the edge–or as close to the edge as anyone can get, these days–say you start to hear things once the branches close overhead. See things, too; eyes in the brush; figures in the corners of your vision; shadows with nothing casting them.

All of that, and then the Lindwyrm.

*wipes sweat from brow* oh this one. just the name alone already sets the tone for intensity. it's also my first time attempting something more solid in the nsfw/suggestive area though I'm no stranger to reading or thinking it. yeah, I know that sounds like a triple trainwreck from a rank amateur so if it ends up shooting into the trippy abstract area I like to go to, you know what happened.

Ahem. Anyways. This is the Jadorre smut. The big kahuna. The poison meant for Kuzco. It's got plot though, as I'm wont to do.

It's not non-con, so we get to shift away from the dub-con they had in their little marriage ritual. In fact, the premise is that Eight is the one that confronts Jadus first this time. He's interested in this darkness growing inside him. These new sensations. These new feelings, and the notion that he's changing; they both are across their bond, and he's not the type to leave a mystery unsolved especially with something as intimate as this. Keeper may be satisfied with dismissing it all as inane Sith nonsense and not asking those questions, but he is not, and he intends to wrest back some semblance of control or at least learn to cooperate with his new Sith master lest their work relationship die in the water from leaving each other in the dark. Literally. Jadus may benefit from whatever puppeteering this is, but that is not how Eight plays.

So he gets to stumble back after a time of noticing these inkling small changes happening after the inoculation ritual and actually go "what the hell was that," to Jadus' face. In a comedic light, it's like asking him to take responsibility. It's not a show of rebellion, and Jadus knows this, so he hears him out. After all, his prized agent has been sending a nigh amount of ridiculous emotions through their force bond all week, and not even a Sith Lord is immune to such things when they personally curated it.

But it's a dangerous game to confront the face of fear itself and parse why it wants you- and for what. But he's determined to understand Jadus and work with him without tripping all over one another. He's drawn to his power and how different he is. He wants in on whatever maze his mind offers, and he wants to cement their bond, not just have it be a one-way street with vaguely whispered Force riddles and the cold shoulder from his enigmatic boss. To be intertwined body and soul means it in every sense of the word, and while the Sith may find it easy to partake of him through the Force, Eight doesn't.

So he offers himself up, again.

There's nothing more intimate and understanding than the twining of flesh in bed for him as the language he speaks, and this time he wants to feel everything Jadus can give- physically and mentally. Let me in. Let me know you. Put your fangs on my bare throat, and maybe I'll understand the monster you are.

Hence the name, Lindwyrm. It refers to the tale of the transformed serpent prince who devoured all of his brides save for one who was clever enough to get him to shed all of his skins. I think you get the metaphor here.
