Wish 2: The Land of Dreams

Did some designs for how our main characters would appear in my hypothetical sequel. First and foremost of course we have Asha and Star, both learning to come to grips with being Magical/Human Shaped respectively, and seeping their relationship as they journey together through the ever shifting Land of Dreams on the Quest Queen Amaya gives them to find the long lost heir of Rosas…

Then there’s the Heir herself, Princess Maroula. A powerful sorceress in her own right, who a century ago defied her father to undertake her own Quest at the behest of The Blue Fairy, to protect the Land of Dreams against a the fearsome Lamia. For wishes and dreams are deeply connected. Maroula has made many allies in the Dreamlands, but her closest is the magnificent stag Selenos. Together they’ve managed to keep Lamia’s corruption at bay, but no one can battle forever…

And Lamia has recently found herself a new ally, one as deeply connected to dreams and wishes as her enemy is, and the best bet she has at finally overcoming Maroula. Of course the desperate, angry ex-monarch she plucked from the liminal slack of a mirror prison doesn’t need to know the foe she’s using his power to fight is his own daughter. Especially not when a couple of his own hated enemies show up at just the right moment to focus his attentions…

Name: Arin Radcliffe

He's the son of Roger and Anita Radcliffe from the story of "101 Dalmatians" (animated film). Arin's a student at Auradon Prep and a member of the school's band.

He takes after both his parents in personality; a kind-hearted, creative and playful individual. Arin holds appreciates for the Arts, music being his favorite. Like his father, he composes music on his free time. He plays multiple instruments which are the drums (what he plays in band), trumpet, piano and the guitar, which he favors the most. Like his parents, Arin adores dogs. His companion is a cocker spaniel by the name of Pudding. Arin also can't resist pastries. He favors his father more in physical appearance having dirty blond hair, but sometimes wears glasses as his mother does.

Much to the surprise of others, Arin gets along well with both Carlos de Vil and his cousin, Diego.

Name: Princess Kiyadeus of Atlantis/Kiya Nedakh-Thatch

She's the daughter of Kidagakash Nedakh and Milo Thatch, current Queen and King Consort of Atlantis and from the story of "Atlantis: the Lost Empire". She doesn't attend Auradon Prep as she is "homeschooled".

Kiya is an almost carbon copy of her mother, dark brown skin, light blue eyes and white hair. Unlike any of her parents, she has a beauty mark just below her left eye. Like her father, a bit clumsy and timid, but once she eases up, she shows her more adventurous and ambitious side. She's also highly intelligent from having read many books in her time as well as learning from other cultures from her travels, a favorite pass time of hers. Like her parents, she's fluent in many languages. Kiya is also a cartographer, just as her father, and a mechanic like her Aunt Audrey Ramirez. Despite her sweet nature, she won't resist defending herself if threatened and will express her feelings. Kiya is also a bit daydreamer.

She doesn't have many enemies and gets along with just about anybody she meets. She's close friends with Aziz, son of Aladdin and Jasmine, as they both enjoy adventures.

(Note: I was not going to pass up on the opportunity of naming an OC that is the daughter of Kida (my favorite Disney Princess & Queen) with the same name as me. It fits the Descendants-name theme, come on!)

Incorrect Quotes with my Disney/House Of Mouse OCs Ares and his bed of lambs

Ares: What? Not my lambs. [hugs his lambs] They've always been so loyal to me!

Daisy: But do you want to stay at this club?

Ares: [narrows eyes] Yes

Daisy: Then I'm afraid they'll be no more lambs

Ares: [tears in his eyes] All right, my children. You've got to go. I [sobs] can't keep you anymore!

Unnamed lamb of the bed: Ok Ares sir!

[The children all follow Minnie Mouse]

Ares: No, don't resist. This is how it has to be

[Ares begans crying as he watches his lambs walk away. Mickey, looking awkward and pats him in the shoulder]

[Hades and Dr Facilier get into an elevator, the lamb bed, Pain and Panic attempt to follow but Faciler blocks the flock with his cane]

Hades: Hold it here! [to Pain and Panic] You both are gonna watch those "cheerful cuties" and have em guard the front until i return

[Pain and Panic both salute and the lift ascends]

Unnamed lamb of the bed: Oh look. August is up here [points to the lift which August is inside, pounding on the glass]

Unnamed lamb of the bed: We have names?

[The lift reaches the top and opens, where Hades, Facilier and August walk out. August sees two other villains being Maleficent and Jafar enter. August watches in wonder. Chernabog stomps over her, which makes her move out of his way and falls over to the floor. August follows them in and stands near Hades' seat. Grimhilde, who was sitting next to Maleficent turns to look at August who is staring and waves at her with a smile]

August: [waves at Grimhilde] Your really pretty! By the way, why do you have a crown on your head? Does that make you [gasps] a Queen?

[Grimhilde transforms into an old hag and then cackles at August. August becomes startled, then hides behind Hades' seat]

[As many of the villains leave except for Hook, Smee, Shan Yu, Jafar and Maleficent, who go to an another room. As for August, Hades noticed her walking up to the lift]

Hades: Hey fuzzball. Yeah you, I'm talking to you, c'mere. I got a small job for you.

August: Oh. Yes dear god of the Underland!

Hades: Go follow those villain fellas here and fetch out this gold scarab beetle in here

[August salute and gives chase to the other villains who are in the other room]

[Scene changes to rest of the lamb bed attacking Pain and Panic while their yelling in pain]

[The elevator door opens and Hades is waiting for the lamb August to return after grabbing the gold scarab beetle. She was about to join the others when Hades stops her]

Hades: So, did you get the beetle

August: First, I manage to grab onto it, but they all saw what I was doing so, the pirate grabbed his sword, swiping it at me. Then I jump on top of the pirate's hat and ran fast to the lift, but i was stopped by a staff, but the top of it looked like a snake with red... eyes, and while i stare at the snake's eyes

Hades: And what was the last thing you did

August: ...tried to snap out of it–

Hades: Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Let's just keep this whole gold beetle thing [grabs August by the chest] between us. You... and me. Deal? [reaches his hand out]

August: Deal, dear god from the Underland! [reaches her hand out]

[Blue flames rise from Hades' arm, then it surrounds the entire place until it goes out]

[Scene changes to Ares getting ready for bed in his home with his bed of lambs in pyjamas]

Ares: Ah! How was your day with... Hades, my lambs?

August: It was awesome Ares, I went to this meeting and there was a Queen, a pirate and a literal demon!

Ares: Mmm, that's nice!

August: And the pirate grabbed out his sword when I grabbed a golden beetle from the top! And I... was not supposed to talk about it.

[Ares clearly doesn't understand about this]

Ares: Oh. I'm pretty sure that you'll might see the club tomorrow, but now is time for sleep. Goodnight my sheep.~

[The lambs walk to Ares and cuddle together as August yawns to sleep]

More Wish 2 stuff. Just gonna post it as I doodle it I think instead of trying to build up chronologically cuz I don’t want to burn out. But here’s some concept doodles for when Asha and now Human Star meet again

Star would still be nonverbal in this story and communicate with his star dust pictures, which I think would be a nice pair up with how I’d have Asha display her magic, using her wand to draw objects into reality (gotta use those drawing/animation skills they showed her using!)

And then I did a little moment of Asha and Maroula talking later in the story when they’re in the Land of Dreams

Maroula's been fighting against Lamia for almost 100 years now (I figure Magnifico's magic helps keep him and Amaya young), and while she doesn't regret taking up the quest she was given, she too is beginning to be worn down by her responsibilities.

Hannah Hook. My Friend, Comrade, and Captain. Or Carlos de Vil, because he was nice to my sister. Don't really care much for the others, to be honest. Jay needs to learn to keep his hands to himself, never really met Evie before her banishment, and Mal always goes on our ship without permission, soooo my opinions on them aren't very strong.

In your own words, tell us why you want to come to Auradon. There is no wrong answer.

Well, I don't want to go to Auardon, persay. I just don't want to be on the isle, near my father, anymore. I want to get out of here with my sister and never turn back. I want to go to France to trace back my history or to the Encanto where my father can't find us because we did nothing wrong and don't deserve to be trapped here.

But if I had to go to Auardon and had to give a reason why, I'd say so I can see and prank Hannah again. I miss her, she was a fair captain and things aren't the same without her. It's harder to defend the ship and our loot/supplies without her here.

Plus it would be nice to get me and my big sister away from this place and father. So she can go to an actual school and hang out with her friends and learn like she always wanted to-- ya know, since my father won't let her. She deserves to be an actual teenager for once. We both do. You owe us that. You owe us and every other kid on the isle that.

Wouldn't you agree? I know Hannah does. She use to rant and curse about it alot back before you took her off. Made a whole presentation about it. Wrote lots of letters to Auardon too. She and Luke even made alot of videoes arguing their case. You should watch them. Maybe you'll learn something for once.
