AcroCat, Ben's Revonnahgander Form

DNA Sample taken/shuffled from Rook

like Rath, there is a glitch in the DNA's eye code. While his vision is just as strong as the average Revonnahgander, his eyes present as solid green. This really creeps Rook out, hence the shades.

The reason Ben never uses Acrocat was because this form suffered from some of the omnitrix's glitches, most notable being the clothing glitch. Since Ben knew from the start that Acrocat/Revonnahganders were not supposed to be walking around in the nude, he didn't use it. By the time the glitch was fixed, he'd forgotten he'd had it.

Idk if I've asked this before, but does anyone have any Revonnahgander hcs they'd like to share? And I don't mean like culture, I mean hcs about the species themselves and what abilities they may or may not possess. (PS asks are open if you'd rather share as an anon)

I don't have many myself, but I'll start.

-They don't have a superior sense of smell. In fact, their sense of smell is worse than a human's. I got this idea from one of the supplemental comics. I know they aren't canon, but it seems like an interesting idea. Also, Rook didn't visibly react when entering the sewer in It Was Them, but Ben did. It might just be a difference in character, but I like to think that at least originally, the lesser sense of smell was a canon thing that never got mentioned in the show.

-They do have better eyesight and can see in the dark. This is due to the markings around their eyes. Much like raccoons, their markings draw sunlight away from their eyes, allowing them to see better on sunny days or in bright light. It also helps them see more detail. Seeing in the dark is also helpful for spying critters in the field at night.

-Another big event in a Revonnahgander's life is losing their "baby" fangs. This typically happens somewhere in their teenage years, but exactly when depends on the individual. The baby fangs are much longer than the adult ones.

Tae Kwon Dude, Ben’s Revonnahgander transformation. In 5YL, Rook named Ben’s form. Half because it would be his way of approving of Ben’s ability to become one of him, and half because Rook was always a fan of Ben before they actually met in Omniverse. Perhaps he always secretly wanted to name an alien, and Rook getting to name a Revonnahgander transformation comes full circle.
