"The Sval, pirates of the utmost north, are wreaking havoc all over the continent of Igrith.

Vowing to bring an end to their endless plundering, three kingdoms send forth their royal heirs to the High Council, a powerful and influential faction of magicians, to plead for their help during this time of crisis.

The High Council oblige, creating the Royal Order, and the heirs remain; however, political tensions are high as old grudges resurface between the three kingdoms. And, as the pirates continue to have their way, they are determinedly bound to reach their breaking point.

Play as Aarya, the newest member of the High Council, and help manage the Royal Order.

Can you put an end to the Sval’s pillaging while keeping the kingdoms at peace? Or will you bring nothing but war upon them?

This game is an indirect sequel to 'Royal Alchemist'. The story takes place in the same world, but follows a different cast. Both games can be played separately from each other."

my new brainrot is Royal Order from Nifty Visuals (available on steam and itch.ion. they also have a DEMO for you to try)

i believe that it just released about a week or 2 weeks ago? maybe? im not sure but i definitely recommend it! its an all romance, stat raising fantasy based game where you play as Aarya De Chabenet (choose between male and female, changeable pronouns and name) as she makes her way into the High Council to become a Royal Order member. Anyway, i wont explain much because im just here to post a related playlist for this game and most of the stuff i wanna yap about are spoiler stuff but if your interest is piqued here is a link that directs you to the game page itself! BUY IT. its worth it i promise ;3

The three romanceable leads are Emrys, Darryl and Iris. (Emrys is my fave ngl) they all have each of their own mysteries and backstories which really got me going to read it! So i highly recommend you go find out what their mysteries are :3 (all of them are introduced in the link below)

They also have a prequel to the game called Royal Alchemist. Although its not necessary to play Royal Alchemist before Royal Order because they are two seperate games in the same universe. I would still recommend it just because of the world building and immersion of the two games. However its completely up to you and completely okay to play both games whichever order.

Moving onto the next is one of my fave romance leads Emrys. I just absolutely ADORE companionship to lovers like it got my brain rotting sm i adore lucius and emrys :( but i cant really talk about it yet cuz its all SPOILERS AND MAYBE SOME OF YOU NON PLAYERS ARE READING THIS. pick up the game.

Im still contemplating whether to post Darryls playlist or not but maybe i will im just not sure of the songs yet meanwhile for Iris i still havent done her route and i will get to it the soonest <3

Making Hot Drinks and Warming Up With Iris

- Iris is self conscious, cause she fears that people will see her as childish for liking hot drinks. But you reassured her its not childish and that a lot of adults enjoys hot drinks like hot chocolate.

- After grabbing the ingredients you two made your drinks and head to the study room to sit and relax. 

- Iris begins to chill out and she’s thankful to have someone who is willing to see her for her. Not a lot of people do that, 

-  These kind of days in silence and peace is her favorite time, enjoying each other presence and company.

- Iris don’t get to this often due to working for the Royal Order but always look forward to it. She hopes the fight will end soon so can experience this even more.

Anonymous M Inspired

Do you know that Anonymous M song where people said that when Miku turned gray it was because she was expressing her true feelings, but when she had colors, it was when someone forced her to say something she disagreed with? I have been having some thoughts about Aarya since hearing that song and reading people's reviews on the game stories.

[Spoiler under the cut]

People said that despite being a 1000+ years old demon sovereign, Aarya was too naive and peaceful to believe in the high council when they discovered Nidhöggr's death. If we think about it, disregarding how grief affects people in different ways, they have a point!

If we choose the Emrys route, Aarya is said to be different from Nidhöggr. Where Nidhöggr wanted peace, Aarya wanted justice. Where Nidhöggr will forgive her enemies, while Aarya cannot do that. If we choose Emrys's route, the Aarya in that route is completely different from Aarya in both Darryl's and Iris's routes. Aarya in that route is closer and more in favor of the Sval than Aarya in the Iris and Darryl route. Also, Emrys's route is the only route where we can take revenge for Nidhöggr's death.

If we compare Aarya in Emrys's route with Darryl and Iris's route, we find out that, Aarya is more vengeful and rather intimidating in that route compared with the other two.

It makes me think, What if the same thing that happened to Miku, happened to Aarya?! What if Aarya's "true feelings" are deemed too "ugly" to be shown, that's why it will only end up in a bad ending if we choose to let Aarya act on their true feelings?! What if Aarya is forced to be naive and hopeful to the High Council when in truth, they're not hopeful or naive at all?!

What if the only thing Aarya wanted to do when they heard about Nidhöggr's death was to torture Harald and exterminate all humans, but "something" forced them to be peaceful instead?!

What if Aarya had no other choice rather to act on "naivety and peaceful" thought? I mean Aarya straight-up calls Ven a naive person for being unable to picture Aarya as a cold person. They called someone that unable to see them as their old persona as a naive person. They know hoping on High Council when they wanted to hide Harald's crimes is too naive.

But hey, at the end of the day, Aarya probably knows... If they wanted to reach their happy ending, then they needed to discard their "true feelings"
