➡️ PER L’IMPASTO:
☺︎ 125 g di burro morbido;
☺︎ 25 g di zucchero a velo;
☺︎ un pizzico di sale;
☺︎ 150 g di cioccolato fondente 50%;
☺︎ 100 g di zucchero semolato;
☺︎ 5 tuorli (90/100 g);
☺︎ 5 albumi (190/200 g);
☺︎ 125 g di farina 00;
☺︎ 15 g di cacao amaro;
➡️ PER LA FARCITURA:
☺︎ 300 g di marmellata di albicocche;
➡️ PER LA COPERTURA:
☺︎ 300 g di cioccolato fondente 50%;
☺︎ 270 g di panna fresca;
☺︎ 50 g di glucosio;
☺︎ 40 g di olio di semi;
👇 ℙℝ𝕆ℂ𝔼𝔻𝕀𝕄𝔼ℕ𝕋𝕆 👇
1. Facciamo la base: sciogliamo a bagnomaria il cioccolato;
2. Montiamo a neve gli albumi con lo zucchero;
3. Frulliamo il burro con lo zucchero a velo;
4. Aggiungiamo i tuoli;
5. Il cioccolato fuso lasciato raffreddare;
6. Gli albumi con calma dal basso verso l’alto;
7. Infine la farina e il cacao setacciati;
8. Ungiamo una teglia per dolci da 24 cm e infariniamo;
9. Cuociamo a 170° statico per 35 minuti e prova stecchino;
10. Cotta, la sforniamo e la mettiamo a raffreddare su una retina;
11. Una volta fredda, la tagliamo a metà e ci mettiamo la metà della marmellata di albicocche;
12. Chiudiamo la torta e con la restante marmellata spanciughiamo tutta la superficie, sopra e ai lati, poi mettiamo in frigorifero;
13. Prepariamo la copertura: con il coltello facciamo il cioccolato a scaglie;
14. Scaldiamo la panna con il glucosio;
15. Quando bolle, la versiamo nel cioccolato e giriamo per farlo sciogliere;
16. Aggiungiamo l’olio e lo mescoliamo fino ad incorporarlo;
17. Versiamo la salsa sulla torta appoggiata sulla gradella, aspettiamo che si raffreddi un po’ e con l’aiuto di 2 spatole la mettiamo nel piatto da portata; poi la mettiamo in frigorifero 3/4 ore prima di servirla;

➡️ PARA A MASSA:
☺︎ 125 g de manteiga amolecida;
☺︎ 25 g de açúcar em pó;
☺︎ uma pitada de sal;
☺︎ 150 g de chocolate amargo 50%;
☺︎ 100 g de açúcar semolado;
☺︎ 5 gemas (90/100g);
☺︎ 5 claras de ovo (190/200 g);
☺︎ 125g de farinha 00;
☺︎ 15g de cacau amargo;
➡️ PARA O RECHEIO:
☺︎ 300 g de geléia de damasco;
➡️ PARA COBERTURA:
☺︎ 300 g de chocolate amargo 50%;
☺︎ 270 g de natas frescas;
☺︎ 50g de glicose;
☺︎ 40 g de óleo de semente;
👇 𝕄𝔼́𝕋𝕆𝔻𝕆 👇
1. Vamos fazer a base: derreta o chocolate em banho-maria;
2. Bata as claras com o açúcar até ficarem firmes;
3. Bata a manteiga com o açúcar de confeiteiro;
4. Vamos adicionar as gemas;
5. Deixe o chocolate derretido esfriar;
6. Claras de ovos lentamente de baixo para cima;
7. Por fim a farinha e o cacau peneirados;
8. Unte uma forma de bolo inglês de 24 cm e enfarinhe;
9. Cozinhamos a 170° estático por 35 minutos e fazemos o teste do palito;
10. Depois de cozidos tiramos do forno e deixamos arrefecer sobre uma retina;
11. Depois de frio, cortamos ao meio e colocamos metade da geléia de damasco;
12. Fechamos o bolo e espalhamos toda a superfície com o restante do doce, por cima e nas laterais, depois colocamos na geladeira;
13. Vamos preparar a cobertura: com a faca fazemos os flocos de chocolate;
14. Aquecemos as natas com a glucose;
15. Quando ferver, despejamos no chocolate e mexemos para derreter;
16. Adicione o óleo e misture até incorporar;
17. Despeje a calda sobre o bolo descansando sobre a grelha, espere esfriar um pouco e com o auxílio de 2 espátulas coloque no prato de servir; depois colocamos na geladeira por 3/4 horas antes de servir;

Sacher Palmer
Age: 6
Affiliation: Shinra Electric Power Company
Occupation: None
Appearance: Sacher has short golden brown hair and gray eyes. He always has a tired and bored expression. He wears designer clothes picked by his aunt. He wears a white dress shirt, having a Peter Pan collar, with blue shorts and black shoes with white socks. He tends to wear a blue jacket when it’s cooler. Despite him eating large amounts of food, he remains to be in average weight. 
Abilities: Sacher is described to be very intelligent by his aunt and uncle despite his idle personality. He is a describe to have a talent for cooking as he is a “super taster”, very creative when it comes to food presentation, and balance of nutrition. 
Personality: Sacher has shown to be idle, apathetic, and bored most of the time. He is uninterested with many of the activities he was given and would rather spend his time with Vermilion, eating gourmet foods, and staying in his luxurious home, showing his hedonistic thoughts. He has very high standards for his food and desserts, such as him refusing to accept Jell-O because it is too “bourgeois” for his taste. As of recent, he starts to become more motivated when he learns of an orphanage in Nibelheim and how Shinra will be supporting it financially. He’s mainly interested because Vermillion is a part of the campaign.
Origins: Sacher is the nephew of Constantine Palmer, the executive of the Space Program, and his wife, Evangeline “Eva” Palmer. He was adopted by them when his parent died during the Wutai War as they were working there as doctors. Due to their inability to have children, Palmer and his wife would constantly spoil Sacher with luxurious gifts, gourmet food, and designer clothes. They want to devoid his life out of any discomfort and sadness. This led to him to be very unattentive and indifferent to his surroundings, thinking he just need to wait to be catered to. He is Vermilion’s only friend as she is the only child would interact with him and he would tolerate her bratty personality. He enjoys spending time with her since he loves to play “House” with Vermilion. This may sound innocent to many but once people knows the details, it becomes horrifying. It would have Sacher being a chair for Vermilion, tying up other children while “play torturing” them, and make the lives of those who work for Shinra hell. It basically mimicking what Scarlet did with her subordinates. Recently, Sacher’s aunt and uncle have come under criticism on how they constantly prevent any disappointment and sadness in his life resulted in him being unmotivated. However, he is not a lost cause as he has shown an interest in cooking.
