Sinclair Feed n' Fuel
But where did Sinclair's Dino the Dinosaur come from?
Sinclair's advertising writers first had the idea to use dinosaurs in Sinclair marketing back in 1930. They were promoting lubricants refined from crude oil believed to have formed when dinosaurs roamed the earth.

I NEED TO YELL ABOUT THE SINCLAIR OIL DINO LAND BECAUSE IT'S BUGGING ME, DOWN HERE IN GOOD OL MISSOURI WE HAVE REPLICAS (AND MAYBE ONE IS ORIGINAL IDK) OF TWO OF THE SINCLAIR DINOS. This is all good and dandy but the thing that bugs me is how did we get these? I cannot find any real record of them and they're kind of a bizarre community thing that yk if you know about it cool, if you don't you'll never know. But apparently the sinclair's t Rex was "mechanized" according to what I've found and looking at the model and photos, and even the one here I cannot tell how and can't find any record on how it was mechanized. Honestly if anyone knows please help me out, I love my funky 60s Dino statues and I need to know more about them other than where they're from, when, and why. I can't quite remember the artist who created them but if you look up sinclair dinoland you'll see them.
But honestly I just need to know how the t Rex was supposedly mechanized
Also for your amusement there's been a constantly used birds nest between our dinos teeth for at least as long as I can remember, probably longer
The Missouri dinos for reference

James Arnold Ross Jr., nicknamed “Bunny,” is the son of a self-made oil millionaire. As he comes of age, Bunny’s sympathies for oilfield workers and socialists often clash with his father and his father’s business partners, forcing him to confront the ethical implications of his family’s wealth and power.
As Bunny witnesses the devastating consequences of his father’s unethical business practices, including accidents and a worker strike, he finds himself torn between loyalty to his family and his burgeoning friendship with an oilfield worker, Paul Watkins. Paul, influenced by his experiences in post-World War I Siberia, becomes a fervent advocate for labor rights and embraces communism. The novel explores the complex dynamics of family, loyalty, and the pursuit of justice in a society driven by oil and power.
Sinclair’s narrative satirically critiques the flaws and weaknesses of all the characters, shedding light on the human condition in the face of greed and inequality. The book offers a profound examination of societal issues, delving into themes of corruption, greed, and the struggle for workers’ rights.
Oil! inspired the 2007 film There Will Be Blood. The novel’s enduring relevance lies in its exploration of the interplay between wealth and morality and its scathing commentary on the oil industry.
