In the recent photo with C, why does Tony’s face have a black outline on the left side?

Hi Anon. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I didn't notice this initially. I was too focused looking at Tony's sickly disposition (I really do hope he is ok). But here is the pic in question.👇👇

I lightened the image a tad in order to emphasise the black line that is so often seen in photoshopped images. Now, before the pitchforks come my way, I am not suggesting this is photoshop. I saw the video from which the screen grab was taken, with Cait's crocodile smile. Tony was moving slightly, maybe just a tad more than someone in a coma. On second thoughts, was he actually moving?? 🤔 LOL.

I am merely just pointing out what Anon has observed. It is most peculiar to be sure. I'm not sure what caused this black line.

at first, John is convinced you're pulling a joke on him

he'd smirk and snicker, saying something along the lines of "If you wanted my attention you could've just asked, y'know"

when he fails to get a response from you, he'd kneel down and lightly tap your cheeks in an attempt to get you to snap out of it

"Hello...? Anyone home?"

however, when you don't immediately come to, his demeanor would shift to that of concern

John would become incredibly anxious and pace back and forth, muttering curses under his breath

"Oh, shit... Christ... don't go dyin' on me now"

he'd place his hands on your shoulders and give you a gentle but panicked shake

when he sees your eyes begin to flutter open, he sighs in relief

John would stand up and clear his throat, trying his best to regain his composure and tough exterior

he'd slip back into his usual playful banter, jokingly blaming his own charm for causing you to faint

however, you can hear the concern hidden behind his teasing as his voice wavers ever-so-slightly

you laugh weakly, reassuring him that it just happens sometimes and telling him you'll be okay

regardless, he would be extra clingy for the rest of the day, remaining vigilant to make sure you really are all right

Paul

upon seeing you begin to faint, Paul is caught completely off-guard

he'd let out a shocked gasp (or perhaps a bit of a girlish shriek) and try his best to catch you

he'd react quickly but calmly, cradling you in his arms and calling your name to try and bring you back to consciousness

"Y/N? Are you there, love? I'm right here"

he'd reassure you, stroking your hair and fanning your face gently in an attempt to wake you

he would maintain his composure for your sake, but on the inside he's deeply concerned to see you like this

Paul would make sure you're comfortable, humming softly to soothe you until you came to

you'd open your eyes to the sight of him hovering over you, his expression softening as he realizes you've finally awoken

"Easy now, darling- no need to faint on my account" he'd jest, trying to lighten the mood

he'd fret over you for the rest of the day, offering you everything you could possibly need and treating you even more like royalty than he already does

George

George would be a bit more composed in his reaction, but his concern would be just as strong

he would kneel beside you, checking your pulse and making sure your breathing is steady

he would display a sense of urgency, assessing the situation to the best of his ability

when he's certain you're stable, he would fetch you a cool cloth and place it on your forehead

he would call your name gently, trying his best to create a peaceful atmosphere to cause you as little undue stress as possible

he'd place a steady hand on your shoulder to provide a sense of safety and security for you, even subconsciously

when you finally wake up, George smiles softly down at you

"Good morning, sunshine. I brought you a little something"

he'd hold up a glass of water, which you'd gladly take as you sat upright, leaning against George while he rubbed gentle circles into your back

Ringo

when he sees you start to become lightheaded, Ringo is already visibly shaken

his intuition immediately kicks into overdrive

he'd place his hands on your shoulders and steady you as much as he can, gently laying you down on the couch when you've finally lost consciousness

he would hover around you nervously at first, unsure of what to do

with trembling hands, he'd check your vitals to make sure he doesn't need to call for immediate medical attention

once he's sure you'll be alright, Ringo would hold your face in his calloused hands, caressing your cheeks with his thumbs

he'd lean down and pepper your face with gentle kisses, hoping the sensation will bring you back to wakefulness

when he hears you giggle from the ticklish feeling, he'd let out an immediate and heavy sigh of relief

he would pull back and look down at you with a comforting smile

"Oh, thank goodness you're alright. What would I ever do without you?" he says lightheartedly, but you hear the sincerity in his voice

you reach your arms up and wrap them around his neck, pulling him in for a long, appreciative kiss

At the start though, it's good. There's no pressure, no stress. It's just a good time. A great time, really.

Dick being caught off guard with how sexually compatible Jason and he are. And a little startled at himself for getting so addicted to it. How can he not love it though? Jason is -- wow.

It's not just the sex, either. They start to gravitate towards one another. It escalates from booty calls to hanging out. Sometimes fucking, sometimes just watching that movie they brought up as pretense to have the other come around.

It's Dick being at Jason's more often than not - crashing on his bed, his laundry mixed with Jason's. It's Jason having a meal waiting when Dick gets home so that he doesn't go from work to patrol hungry. It's Dick stopping on his way home for miscellaneous things that Jason texts him about.

And fuck, if it isn't laughter. Bantering and shooting the shit; Jason bemoaning all the puns but meeting Dick quip for quip. It's adventure as they go about the mundanities of life, challenges as they provoke one another - poking and prodding and playfully tormenting each other. It's easy. Comfortable.

Of course Dick falls in love. They're essentially in a backwards relationship.

A bit of time passes and all at once Dick becomes miserable. All the pride he had about the 'casual modern relationship'? Gone. Dick can't do casual to save his life, but he knows he sucks at commitment so he's (⸝⸝⸝･ᯅ･⸝⸝⸝)◞♥︎

Dick being stressed because this good thing he has going with Jason will be ruined because Dick went and caught feelings

He's a man in distress, help

Jason being sensitive to Dick's change in mood; the newfound tension in how he carries himself around Jason

Which leads to a fight because Jason takes it personal

Which makes Dick fold so fast. He caves, admitting the truth of his feelings to Jason and Jason is 😳 because omgomgwhat?

Because Dick, bless him, is all-in: "I love you."

And it feels good to say; it makes his stomach flip - all butterflies and wonder. And his heart is so warm and full, his smile devastating and Jason is ( ；∀；) because...really?

From Jason's perspective, he thinks of this development as natural progress in their months long relationship

All is well because Jason reciprocates, even if he doesn't drop the l-bomb yet. That's fine though. Dick is over the moon delighted that Jason is giving him a chance; it's amazing!

So of course Dick is on it. Just the sweetest a boyfriend can be.

Dick thinks they're on week 1 of a relationship, meanwhile Jason thinks they're on month 4 or something. Just a big discrepancy and neither of them realize the error yet.

Anyway, Dick finally starts acting like a boyfriend and the shift is a lot for Jason to wrap his head around. It's too sudden; it's too much and it overwhelms him enough that he starts flustering bad. Just. Jason putting on the brakes because he can't fucking breathe he's so flustered help

'Where did all this affection come from?'

'We're dating?'

'Well, yeah.' Jason says, 'It wasn't like this before though.'

Which leads to another error because Dick assumes Jason means that it wasn't like this for Jason before in other relationships.

'In your other relationships?'

'What? No, you're my first- uh, I mean-' Exposed.

Which. Oh. That's. Oh, wow. ///U///

So Dick is reeling from that, but then realization sets in and panic takes over because hold the fuck up. If it's not about that, then...'how long have we been dating?'

'Four months?'

Yep, panic.

'You mean days?'

Confusion twisting Jason's features, but he's always been quick so realization hits fast and his eyes widen because 'omfg, don't even-'

The guilt is immediate. Dick is actually mortified.

'No one told me!'

Jason full on screeching in mortification of his own because 'ffs we did xxxx and xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx!!!'

The two of them caught in a perpetual state of OTL until Dick starts laughing at it all. And Jason kicks at him, groaning at Dick to stfu Jason is so embarrassed he can't ahhhhhhhhh

Dick smiling at Jason, all warmth and wonder and it devastates Jason the same as it always does. His heart skipping a beat and his gaze softening because Dick looks at him with so much fondness and adoration, 'I still love you.'

And Jason melts, pulling Dick in for a chaste little peck that Dick chases after before laying Jason down, content with the way Jason's arms wrap around the back of Dick's neck and how Jason laughs, incredulous at their accidental shenanigans before breathing the softest, 'i love you, too'

Extra: they have three anniversaries and it's ridiculous but they won't have it any other way.

The hero didn’t know that the receptionists at the agency had guns. He learns this fact incredibly fast when the villain wanders through the main doors to find several barrels aimed at her chest.

The hero’s on his feet immediately. “You shouldn’t be here,” is the stupid statement that comes out in the confusion. The villain throws him a lopsided smile, unbothered, as she puts her hands up in surrender.

“So where would you suggest I be?” she asks lazily.

The jail in the basement, obviously. The hero wastes no time marching her downstairs, and the villain is quite happy to trail along with him in cuffs. “Ooh, did you revamp in here?” she questions once they get downstairs.

“I think they might’ve redone the walls,” the hero tells her, and carelessly throws her into the cell to admire the paintwork.

Two hours later, he’s in the interrogation room on the superhero’s instruction, opposite the villain. She looks positively ecstatic to see him.

“Do I get a lollipop for cooperation?” she asks sweetly, and the hero scowls.

“No.”

“Aw, shame.” The villain leans back in her seat, obnoxiously more relaxed as a prisoner than her interrogator. “I’m sure your boss would love to hear all my secrets, huh?”

If looks could kill, the villain would be naught but ash. “I’m sure,” he says through gritted teeth, “but we’re going to focus on what he’s asked for, okay?”

The villain shrugs idly. “I imagine he’s got some real head scratchers.”

The villain’s working in a network, nothing the agency didn’t already know. Her co-workers, as she so lovingly calls them, are hiding all over the city. They have turf, different areas each villain is in control of. The supervillain watches over all of them, keeping them in check, running operations, from a secret spot somewhere in the hubbub of the city. She laughs when the hero presses for a location.

“Ah, that’s the one secret I can’t give away.” She gives him a cat-like grin that is frankly unnerving. “You’ll need better questions than that to get anything juicy.”

The superhero’s happy after an hour, and he trusts the hero to throw the villain back into her cell. The hero turns off halfway there, shoving her into a corner where no one can see them.

“What is wrong with you?” the hero hisses once they’re out of sight. His hand is anxiously tight on her arm. “What the hell are you doing here?”

“I was under the impression I was being interrogated,” the villain says with an innocent frown.

“You walked through the front doors,” he points out savagely. “Why– why are you risking this? You have as much to lose as I do.”

The villain tuts like he’s disappointed her. “Yeah, no, I don’t have shit to lose. You, however…”

She hums thoughtfully, and the hero looks impressively distraught at her nonchalance. “You could– we could lose everything if anyone finds out, [Villain]. We agreed we wouldn’t tell anyone.”

“I haven’t told anyone,” she defends lightly, and the hero recognises that smug smirk on her face. She’s playing a game he could never hope to win. “Not my fault if someone figures it out on their own. You don’t help yourself when you act so obviously agitated.”

“I’m not—” The hero forces a deep breath that does nothing to settle his nerves. “We have to do this together, like we promised. We only have each other to do this.”

“You only have me,” the villain corrects slyly, and her smirk only gets more elated at his horrified confusion. “I know how to make a plan b, unlike you.”

The hero’s mouth opens. Closes. Opens again. “We’re supposed to help each other.”

“And I’m getting close to helping myself.” The villain wriggles her arm out of his ever-tightening grip, pushing past the hero with a content sigh and starting on her own way back to the basement. Her heels echo damningly against the pristine tile.

“I put it in his head that something was happening between us long before I got here,” she continues brightly. “I suggest you find your way out before I say too much to [Superhero], huh?”
