Saiki isn't exactly sure how you wormed your way into his heart, and quite frankly, neither are you.

We all know mental mutes annoy this boy to no end, and for awhile you were no exception. However, you and Nendo are complete opposites. Nendo is loud, abrasive, dumb, and quite frankly, ignorant. You, on the other hand, are perceptive, kind, and you listen when someone (Saiki) asks (orders) you to do something (go away). And that has led Saiki to respect you.

Teruhashi is 100% jealous when yall get together. I feel like even though saiki isnt necesarily a fan of animals (hes indifferent to them, much like everything else in his life) you guys would go to different animal cafes to hangout/study/relax/escape from the chaos crew. Today was (M/n)'s first day at PK Academy. Any normal person would be scared or even excited but (M/n)? He was neutral. Didn't hate it but didn't love it either. And now here he was walking into the gates of his new school. In class, there were a bunch of people talking about yet another new transfer student. The teacher walked in, silencing the chatter. "Alright class, we have a transfer student. I expect you to treat them with respect. You may come in." The (h/c) haired male walked in. "Hello, im (M/n) (L/n)." He then walked straight to an empty seat, Not even waiting for the teacher to tell him where to sit. 'He seems.. normal' a certain pink haired male thought.

It has now been some time after the (h/c) haired male transferred to PK Academy and needless to say, Saiki wasn't annoyed by this new student. The other ones... well that's different. But so was (M/n). He wasn't loud or obnoxious or anything. He was calm, normal, and quiet. Although, because of this some people describe him as boring or even at times, emotionless. But not with Saiki. When (M/n) is with Saiki he is something different. A sweet, kind, fun person. Someone who can be fun without having to yell. Him and Saiki are usually seen together at cafes or even sweet shops. The first time they went Saiki ordered some coffee jelly. (M/n), not having heard of or seen coffee in jelly form, was curious as to what it is. "Hey Saiki, what does coffee jelly taste like? I've never had it." The pink haired male looked up at the (h/c) colored male then back to his coffee jelly. He slid one cup of coffee jelly towards the boy, "Try it. It's good." (M/n) took a bite and enjoyed the jelly treat. He bought Saiki some more as a thanks. As they were walking home (M/n) said something, "Hey Saiki, aren't you glad you finally have a normal friend? Haha" This made the pink haired boy stop for a second. 'He thinks we're friends.. I'm.. glad' "Mhm".

Hey! I don't write fanfics but I can still give you my scatterbrained thoughts on this situation anyway.

You just gave me a flashback to chapter 97, don't do it again (jk)

You have to understand that at least 3 things went wrong before you could finish your dish. This happens everyday: someone gets knocked in the head, someone passes out, something fucking outlandish happens. That's the key point, you know something silly is going to happen every time you go to that class.

Saiki knows it too. He's silently accepted the fact that you might end up getting accidentally attacked by one of your classmates one way or another (mentally or physically because we all know these mfs are buffoons).

Despite Saiki knowing that Nendou and Kuboyasu being some of the best cooks in the class, he let your pair with them so you didn't have to go through unnecessary suffering. He's able to fix whatever his team's problems are without batting an eye...

Anyway he got stuck with Kaidou and Hairo again. He doesn't even know how he always ends up with them, he complains about it every time. Not because they bother him so much, but because he wonders how he always ends up in that situation.

He tries to give you live commentary on his situation when he knows you're not too focused on anything. Hearing his monotone voice say "They just broke the metal bowl" or "the microwave blew up again" does make the class 10x more interesting. It almost makes you look forward to going there. Sometimes he even says something like "does my struggle make you happy?" When he hears you laugh at him.

By the time you finished your dish, his team only seemed to be halfway done with theirs. It was honestly hard to tell what they were even doing at that point because everything was burnt, half of the things were spilled on the floor, and Kaidou was too busy being yelled at to help. Once again, you saw him standing to the side, doing everything on his own. You would've waited for him to finish his dish but he already knew that you were going to give it to him, so there was no point in waiting.

Giving him a kiss was practically second nature; you didn't even have to think about it. He didn't have to think about it either, it was a very smooth transaction, and despite him barely acknowledging it, you knew it meant a lot to him.

you went up to saiki asking begging to help you study since you are struggling in the subject.

saiki found you less annoying then the rest of the students at PK, so none the less, he agreed.

you said you’d meet him at his house around, 5PM. not immediately after school but way later since school ended.

when saiki agreed you smiled and said, “i’ll surprise you with something since i know you don’t like having people around, take it as my thanks saiki!”

when he heard you think ‘mh, he likes sweet stuff right? maybe strawberry cake’ll do it! god, i hope he likes it.’

yeah, saiki knew he was gonna love having you over.

when he got home, even though saiki can hear everyones thoughts, was lazer focused onto yours.

‘i gotta taste the batter, what if it’s too bitter? nevermind, i think it tastes good!’

‘i just gotta pack these slices then it’ll be good! im so excited to see him, gosh what if his family’s there?!’

oh yeah. he didn’t tell his parents he’s gonna have you over.

“ah, hi ku! is everything alright?”

“kusou! your father needs some help with somethi-”

“no. and i’m going to have someone here in awhile. so please, do not be weird and swarm them with questions.”

the two of them looked like they were gonna cry.

they were shouting stuff like “our baby ku is making more friends than we though?!” and “oh my! we MUST make dinner to greet them, gosh i hope they like the food!!!”

this is what he didn’t want to happen, but it was too late to stop them because a bell rang at the door.

how did he miss you? he would’ve prepared sooner!!!!

suddenly saiki’s father appeared behind his mother tearing up in excitement.

“i’ll just open the door.”

“too late kusou, your mothers already opened the door and is obsessing over them and- OH MY GOD IS THAT STRAWBERRY CAKE?”

saiki just stood awkwardly in the back as he watched his parents force you to sit onto their dinner table as you three ate the cake you brought.

“me and y/n have to STUDY. please leave us alone.”

“c’mon ku! eat this delicious cake with us, your friend worked extra hard for this!”

saiki sighed and sat down in the wooden chair beside you as you passed him a slice of your cake.

“i hope you like it saiki, i made it with you in mind. we can study later!”

he grabbed his fork and stabbed a piece of the fluffy cake and put it in his mouth.

when the cake touched his taste buds his aura totally changed!

he had a cutesy, happy aura around him instead of that cold feeling that surrounds him at all times.

he’s smiling while going for the last bite of the cake but suddenly drops the smile as it hits him thats that is the last bite of his slice.

saiki rushed you out of the door and wished you well and quickly teleported to his room to avoid the questions he knows he’s gonna get drowned in.

in the blink of an eye saiki was in bed ready to sleep but he couldn’t.

not because of the incoming thoughts from others 24/7, because he was fantasizing about that coffee jelly he was gonna eat tomorrow.

saiki may be an all powerful being with no weakness, but your treats made him feel normal.

warnings. pure fluff. ooc!saiki i think. corny and cheesy story i thought of at 12:47 am after thinking of the guy i like. mentions of yn. grammar mistakes. from saikis pov kinda. being in love. sweet fluff before all the angst (707 angst coming soon.) i just love saiki a lot :(.

The clock read 3:30 am, and the pink haired boy still couldn't sleep, so deep in his thoughts. But, what was he thinking about? Could it be a plan to become average and leave his friend group forever or the amount of noise there is in the middle of the night that the average person couldn't hear? or maybe it's the girl with [h/l] [h/c] hair. Probably the first one, or maybe it's the last one. It's definitely the last one.

He doesn't know how he began to think of you this late, one moment he was getting ready to sleep, the other, he was thinking of how pretty you would look if he wasn't a pyschic and without his powers. He hates how you left him in this position, while you were sleeping without a care in the world, Kusuo Saiki had just began to fall in love with you. He absolutely hates it (he doesn't. he's lying to himself again.)

He just hopes it's a one time thing, that your playing mind games with him (how is that possible??? he's a god damn psychic!!) and that when he does go to sleep, that it'll never happen again. Yeah, this is just a one time thing...

It's 9:76 am. Six hours after that predicament. And he was so wrong, since that night, he couldn't bring himself to sleep without the thought of you within him, each time he did try to sleep, you were in his dreams. One way or another,you started to appear in his daily thoughts more and more often. When he was getting ready for school, everything and everywhere he went and did, you were in his mind. Like a lost puppy you were following him around in his thoughts, he absolutely hates it. He hates how when he gets to school you're there and you're talking to your friends and spot him and wave at him with your dumb smile. He hates how after class you greet him and both of you hard to lunch, he hates how you know that he likes being alone and leave him to himself, knowing well enough that he doesn't mind being with you, even if it means he's sacrificing his own time just to be with you.

And he's back at square one, the clock ticking and the time is 3:30 am, thinking of you again, how candy can't compete with how sweet you are, that the way you smile might as well be on par with Teruhashi, how your kindness and friendliness can make someone's teeth fall out. Everything about you is on his mind, and while you're sleeping again, like a baby, he's falling more and more deeper in love with you.

Sweet and Kind YN LN stuck in Kusuo Saiki's head, and he's beginning to like it, he likes everything about you, he likes how you always get him coffee jelly, even though you don't like coffee. He likes how you try to get him away from his and yours friend group just for you and him enjoy the silence for a while, he loves loves loves the idea of being your boyfriend one day.

And maybe that idea might become true. He just hopes that when it does, the both of you will be in bed together awake at 3:30 am and in love.
