on the flip side: everythings okay with sarah, but after tommy and joel tuck her in tommy’s suddenly just like “fuck—fuck!!!!!” and joels like “what? what???” and he’s like “i didn’t get her number :(:(:(:( fuck” and so joel’s like “it’s okay, i see her friend there all the time” and so tommy’s like “omg :D do you have her friends number?” “well… no” “joel… what the fuck man.” so they make a plan to go back next week with the hopes of at least seeing tess and getting maria’s number from there—tommy also wants to get tess’s number for joel, but he doesn’t need to know that

little do THEY know, tess and maria are already plotting for next weekend. they show up to that bar looking fine as FUCK—they quite literally turn heads walking through the door. of course the miller brothers are there, sitting in a booth all the way in the back and waiting, making eyes. tess and maria are not shy, so they start making their way over. unfortunately, some drunk asshole decides to try to get handsy with tess on her way there—which results in her punching him in the face, which results in him trying to punch her in the face. she dodges, of course, but it starts a full-on bar brawl that the miller boys jump into without hesitation (joel manages to tackle and land a few good ones on og drunk asshole too so. slay.). none of them get arrested or anything, but they definitely don’t get eachother numbers on account of joel and tommy having to duck the cops

stardew valley verse thoughts! kira who works on her own farm in the forest (think stardew expanded) where she raises mostly chickens and ducks, plants her crops, and where she studies magic because she's secretly a witch. she loves fishing, she used to teach archaeology in the city so she helps out at the museum every tuesday and thursday afternoon, occasionally slays monsters in the mines for the adventurer's guilt to earn some extra money. if you want a void chicken, you can go to her and buy a void egg!

kira has her own crows, so if you give her amethysts, she will allow her own crows to chase away the ones eating your crops on your farm. plus, her crows enchant a specific area of your crops so they would grow faster for a set period of time. after all, it does have a price. she'll also brew potions of all sorts if you give her certain ingredients. her birds sometimes bring her items from different places, so you can also buy rare stuff from her at a specific time every other month. she has a horse, as well as a cat named fukumaru.

her loved gifts would be amethysts, blueberries (+blueberry tarts), strawberries, mango sticky rice, cookie, void eggs, fairy rose flowers, and wine. all fish are included in her likes as well btw.

her hated gifts are fried mushroom, all geodes, and she also dislikes parsnips.

speaking of aspirations. I'm working on a system to figure out aspirations for when sims grow into teens (then again for when they get to change during college, because how many people GENUINELY have the same goals in life that they did as teenagers). so far the factors are:

- parent aspirations (teenagers, especially early on, are still pretty spongey to what their parents tell them they should be like depending on the next factor)

- relationship with parents (see above, better relationship = they probably put some weight into their parents' ideas, lower relationship = more likely to do the opposite)

- other close adult/elder friends (grandparents, neighbors, family friends, etc that all presumably would have given the kid advice)

- childhood skills/habits (lots of friends puts points towards popularity, toddler skills + learn to study towards knowledge, nursery rhymes toward family)

- personality/interests a little bit

- probably more. also just pure vibes if they just make sense to be one specific aspiration
