I was thinking about Lena (I do that a lot) and, don't you think Ty and Indy would give her a middle name?

Is a parent duty to name their child, I can see Ty and Indy telling that to Lena. Violet has Apollonia, Lena needs to have one too.

So, what name could Lena have? It has to be color theme, like all her family has. And, it has to be italian, to celebrate her.

The triplets and Gos teased her the second they found out. Webby loved it. Lena tries to look indifferent to the name, but she loves it too.

There is only 1 good thing about gay coded characters that never say their gay due to money hungry companies.

Countries will censor Violets 2 dads who never say a word and are on screen for a couple seconds but be completely oblivious to Drake and Launchpad being the gayest characters on screen.

So at least the lgbt community in those countries get a little hidden win.

Cyrus Goodman of "Andi Mack" was the first out gay main character on a Disney Channel series. He was also the first to say "I'm gay" on a Disney show. Played by Joshua Rush, Cyrus ended up with his crush, TJ Kippen (Luke Mullen), in the final episode, "We Were Here," airing July 26, 2019.

Violet Sabrewing's two gay dads were introduced on the DuckTales episode, "Challenge of the Senior Junior Woodchucks!" the Season 3 premiere airing on April 4, 2020. They are named Indigo ‘Indy’ Sabrewing and Tyrian ‘Ty’ Sabrewing.

Luz Noceda, the lead character in "The Owl House," was revealed to be bisexual in the episode "Enchanting Grom Fright," premiering on August 8, 2020. She had a romantic dance with her former nemesis and future girlfriend Amity Blight.

An out gay character, Alex, was seen and described as gay on “Ultra Violet & Black Scorpion." The character appeared in only one episode, "Ultra Matchmaker," airing on July 8, 2022.

Trans actress Juliana Joel introduced her out trans character Nikki on the "Raven's Home" episode "The Fierce Awakens," premiering July 8, 2022. Nikki became a recurring character as Raven's fashion design assistant. She is openly described as "trans" on the show. Shown above is Juliana Joel with Raven- Symone.

Disney Channel's first gay marriage proposal was seen on the "Bunk'd" episode, "No Pain, No Grain," first shown on March 3, 2023. Regular character Winnie helped her brother Wayne (Frankie Rodriguez) propose to his boyfriend Nicholas (Jacob Haren) during their visit to the camp.

The night was cold, autumn leaves swaying in the wind. Lena stood on the porch of the house that belonged to the Sabrewings.

It also belonged to her. Even after almost a year of living with them-as their adopted daughter no less-she still had to remind herself sometimes that she too was a part of the family.

The sun had only just set minutes ago. Ty was still checking test papers at school, Indy was in his office, and Violet was at the library. All three of them would be home soon, ready to greet Lena.

And she'd greet them back, asking how was their day. Indy would cook chicken curry for dinner (Lena loved how he made it), they'd all talk at the table, and after that Violet would probably tell the pink-haired teen about a new fact about ancient civilization customs, or something of the sort. It would be a typical, completely mundane day.

She exhaled and stared at the moon. It was completely clear this night, no clouds in its way as it stared back at her.

November 20th. 

It was the day Scrooge Mcduck and her aunt (she hated how she still referred to that woman as that term) Magica fought on Mt. Vesuvius. 

The day where Scrooge defeated the sorceress and trapped her in his number one dime. 

And, the day where in a last-minute effort, she brought life to her own shadow, giving it the mission to bring her back one day. 

The day Lena De Spell became completely sentient for the first time.

Patoaventuras (Ducktales) (2017-2021)

Violet, es amiga de Webby y los demás niños protagonistas de la serie, y tiene dos padres; Indy y Ty Sabrewing, que aparecen muy poco en la pantalla. Solo tienen un capítulo donde su hija participa en un evento y ellos van a alentarla, usando camisetas a juego que dicen “Estoy con el padre”. No tienen diálogos, solo se ven alentando y abrazando a su hija.

Penumbra es un personaje bastante secundario introducido en la temporada dos. Ella fue confirmada lesbiana por el director, Sam King, diciendo que le hubiese gustado que sea más evidente, pero tuvo que trabajar con ciertas limitaciones. La única muestra de su orientación es en el episodio “Pusieron un Moonlander en la tierra”, que le dice a McQuack “No somos enemigos. Simplemente no deseo salir con un hombre de la Tierra.", y para muchxs fans por la relación que tiene con Della Pato, que, aunque se llaman mejores amigas, también utilizan apodos como honey (cariño) en la versión en inglés.

También se cuestiona mucho la relación de McQuack y Drake Mallard, no solo por su interacción cercana, sino también por su dinámica familiar con Gosalyn. Gosalyn es una niña introducida en la temporada tres, que perdió a su familia y ahora vive con Drake, y McQuack vive con ellxs a tiempo parcial. Pero nadie de la producción de la serie lo confirmó ni se mencionó muy directamente en la serie, pero si se llaman a sí mismxs una familia. Y en la serie Darwin Duck (1991) Gosalyn si es adoptada oficialmente por Drake Mallard.

She didn’t see them, but they saw her. Looked at one another and then either Ty or Indy was like, “Okay we came here to have a good time. We’re just gonna walk on by, not make eye contact, and just enjoy our time here”
