next months print club piece is gonna be a laikas comet piece! i worked a bit on it during stream last night but im really excited. im pretty happy with the composition and im just working on details/anatomy sketching rn.

#print club has allowed me to really slow down and take my time on individual pieces rather than cranking stuff out for like #comms/social media #its really awesome. i kind of hit a point where i was happy with my line quality/colors/concepts #but i wanted more practice with like. Structural drawing. rendering. detail work #which isnt something that you can get better at with repetition alone. you also need time to sit and flesh it out #so thats osrt of what print clubs been letting me do #tackle more complicated pieces otherwise i wouldnt have been able to justify #scratchpost

This is my blog where every insane, intrusive and inappropriate thought can come spewing out at any given moment. Where my stories are a love letter to myself and the other blk women I write for. I am not a machine meant to constantly pump fics out for your enjoyment. I am a regular girl who uses this as my lil safe space of the hellscape we call the internet. Some of y’all got the game fucked up in thinking that being a writer is who we are and not just something we do. If you don’t like the way I or someone else uses this space, then leave the same way you came. I suffer from ADHD burnout horribly and I may go for days at a time without posting actual work bc my brain is in a fog and I can’t focus. When it begins to feel like a chore, I back out for a few days and if that’s not acceptable, then I truly don’t know what to tell you. Not apologizing for that shit.
