I got a random art itch after I saw some cool art on tiktok and decided to try a new style and rendering style for my art. I actually really like this drawing. It could be better, but I had fun and thats all that matters. I took more time to think of the saddle shape, basing it kinda off real horse saddles.

Watchers

I felt like people draw the Watchers a little too much like humans, so I tried to make a less human looking version. it didn't quite work out how I planned, but I still like it

first we have the natural born Watcher: around 20 feet tall

and then the player born Watcher: around 10 feet tall and they keep their original hair color. this one is Watcher Grian

they are based a bit on peacocks with their face markings and eye tail/cloak thing. anyway, I just thought it would be a fun thing to try

I love how, if we accept Real Life as cannon, that basically means the Watchers got bored and decided to give everyone an inner ear infection(especially Joel) and plonk them down while also messing with their heights. I just love how chaotic it was. Give everyone messed up perception and turn em loose, see what happens. The Watchers were laughing their a- off I know it.

What if...

What if when Grian was put in witness protection after Yandere High School, he had been given a new name, Xelqua? What if the person who gave it to him was a Watcher who had taken an interest in him, choosing to follow him? What if he had been given a grave with the name Grian on it? What if none of the Hermits knew, not even Pearl, as by the time Evo started it was safe for him and Taurtis to go by their original names? What if Etho was the only one to know because he lived in Japan and saw a grave with the name Grian? What if that was why he reacted strangely to meeting Grian the first time because to him, Grian was dead?

Since I joined the SoD( school of dragons) emulator discord, people have asked me to draw different dragons. Someone asked for a zipplewraith so here it is!

I hadn’t drawn a dragon with this head shape before so it was a nice challenge for me. I tried so new shading techniques and overall was really happy with how it came out. People in the discord also said they would read a comic of my oc’s so I might start writing out their story to make a comic, not sure yet.

Dragon art

Back before School of Dragon's shut down, I participated in one of the art contests. I drew Gririck and Kriket together. Now that my art has improved, I decided to redraw that piece of art with the new designs of Gririck and Kricket, which admittedly look nothing like the originals.

I'm very proud of the redraw. No idea why the original has such CRUNCHY quality. Anyway, I hope you like it!

So I recently discovered there was a group that runs an emulator for School of Dragons. I played that game all the time when I was younger and seeing that made me so happy. It also kickstarted the return of my HTTYD hyper fixation. Oh well. I made art of the character I made named Gririck. Gave em a fresh new design, and re designed their dragon Kriket. Anyway:

First piece of art I did of them in almost a year or two. I love it. I might post more of them while still working on my Minecraft YouTube channel.
