Shang-Chi vs Danny, but Danny can't use the Iron Fist. Who do you think would win?

On this blog? Danny would win if I decided that in this universe he learned a variety of fighting styles that he mixed to counter Shang-Chi’s master of Kung fu. If I wanted Danny to be defeated to add more fears of being unworthy, I would do that!

Like Stan said, as the writer for this blog, who would win would be based on the skills and luck I want to give to the winner. In the official comics, Shang-Chi is said to have a higher master level than Danny, but I could so easily change that on here and say Danny has a higher master level. This blog is technically an AU!

Also should note, I don’t actually know a lot about Shang-Chi. I did a quick google to look him up. Very interesting dude, I like the fact that he tends to fist fight gods with no powers, just decides to go ham and wins. Good for him.

Hey so I'm a lil worried about your depiction of flashback luke rn. It looks a lil ape-ish and I'm not a fan of the racist undertones of that. I'm assuming it was unintentional seeing as your other drawings of him don't look like this but I wanted to give you a heads up. Maybe try softening his features a bit?

Ah I’ve never meant to make it seem this way!! And I’m so sorry if it does! I was playing around with some shading lines (like black used as shading instead) and copying some of the face shape from the older comics! (You know what that’s probably where the issue is coming from) I’ll be sure to jump back to the original face shapes I’ve been leaning towards, thank you for bringing this to my attention!! I want to portray Luke to the best of my ability and avoid racist stereotypes like that! I’ll be sure to also look into other tips and tricks to avoid something like this from happening again!

I want to make it very clear on this blog, I will never want to depict any characters of colour in a stereotypical way. I’m still learning to draw humans, and this helps me expand my skills while also practice it. When certain stereotypes are brought to my attention, I can take it and find ways to fix it. I take a lot of inspiration of their designs from the comics themselves, but also try to expand from it.

Racism is a shitty thing and this blog will never support anything of the likes of it.

Hows the leg, Danny?

Danny: It’s in the zombie dimension being munched on like gourmet steak. The good thing is that I can’t feel it anymore. Since. It’s not attached to my body anymore... I’m looking for a prosthetic at the moment but I’m told I have to let the part I mangled with a laser knife heal before I even consider that. Misty has been helping a lot. And I’m getting pretty good with using my crutches for fighting. Which Misty doesn’t approve of.

Danny: You can tell a lot about a person based on their applications, Wade has a very unique type that resembles closely to child-like drawings, and I can tell he worked hard on it. (Not to mention the hearts were a very interesting choice.) One of the main reasons why I convinced Luke to give him a chance, was because he at least applied to heroes for hire, which as a mercenary he could find a lot of work in other places, as well as with an application he worked hard on that was done with crayon. It’s childish but it displayed his personality instead of just his skill set, which is more than others did. It’s an honest application, and I thought it was better to give him a chance to see how he would do instead of turning him away based on rumours and stories we had heard about him at the time.

Yo Danny, you still super hella rich? Weren't your parents millionaires?

Danny: Honestly? Running a company like Rand is exhausting. Big companies means lots of dark corners and things that are easy to miss. I do try to pay all my employees the best for their work, keep enough to keep the company running smoothly, then donate whatever I have left to charities. I don’t need a ton of money, years in K’un-Lun taught me to let go of earthly possessions so I keep what I need to live well. And I’m not going to pretend that the world doesn’t suck. Luke and I grew up in different ways, with different hardships, and he did show me how terrible it is to live in poverty. I can’t fix these issues, but I can damn do my best to try and do what I can with what influence I have.

Responsibilities aside, I do use some of the money for gifts or my own desires. But I don’t need 20 boats. Only villains buy 20 boats for themselves.

Hey all!

So I’ve made a few changes with the revamp! Most notable is I have improved. In art and stuff.

Second, the heroes for hire have four official members and I’ll be trailing from the official comics and Netflix series! The four members are DANNY RAND, LUKE CAGE, JESSICA JONES, AND MISTY KNIGHT.

‘But Misty, Luke, and Jessica don’t wear costumes anymore or have alias’s in the comics or series.’ They do here! Why? Well that’s a good question.

Will the events that happened on here 3-4 years ago still be canon on this blog?

Yep! Danny still lost his leg to zombies, they both missed civil war, and other shenanigans have still happened!

How often do you plan on updating?

As often as I can! I’m in university taking a design course! Which can get HEAVY and TIME CONSUMING. But I’m craving some heroes for hire content. So as some extra fun, it’s time to raise this group from the dead. (Hehe zombie joke)
