The first sketch was a piece I found while going through my great uncle’s art books. There were several other thumbnail sketches I could’ve chosen to replicate, but this one seemed the most fitting.

“An Artist’s Farewell”

This is my fair entry for this year. A great uncle of mine passed away within the past year and I received most of his art supplies. So I’ve painted one of his sketches onto his painter’s palette. I used the oil paints and brushes he left me.

Itsy Bitsy paintings!

Each is painted on a gift-card. The left was based off of a painting I did for an Interview. The right is based off of a geocaching trip my family took back when I lived in Wyoming.

"Dad's Favorite Child" The best picture I have of my Father's Day gift at the moment. It's a white on black drawing I did of my dad's mustang. To be honest the paper I chose wasn't the best to work with but I'm glad it turned out well anyway.

Still bored... So more housed slugs!! This was made up as I went along so I'm not very happy with how the shell turned out, because I painted the entire shell then decided that I wanted to add what I wanted to be ice. I could argue that instead it has crystals but in my mind it was supposed to be ice and frost. Oh well...
