While not doing freelance this week, I did some character design work for fun. I've been listening to "Peter & the Wolf" a lot, and the different music motifs are so clever. I wanted to make designs that incorporated the music motifs in some way, big or small, as well as play with colors like old Soviet-era animation did. I might do more with this later..

The second of my Bonfires, Beaver Pelts & Bogeyman retellings! This one is longer...and gorier, oops. This one is apparently so popular it has a bunch of different adaptations, but I enjoyed the Fort Nisqually retelling of it the most.
