It's my birthday!! The Big 18™️.

Honestly terrifying that I'm now legally an adult. I don't know how to feel about (writing this early so I'm not even an adult yet when typing but it's 10:30 PM so I'm pretty close). I'm kinda struggling on what to say because this is just so unreal for me still.

Since this is the big adult birthday I decided for the background I'd include just a lot of important things. There's some OCs, interests that have definitely changed me, important characters, and honestly I couldn't fit everything there was just so much I wanted to keep adding. My life's been shaped by soooo many things!!

Also I had like no idea for the background and redid it 3 times and then while fucking around I put 2 lesbian flags on top of each other and thought it was so pretty and then I added confetti and BOOM background!!

That's kinda all I have to say. Wooo 18 I guess!!

Happy day 1 of Femslash February!! I actually finished this yesterday so I could post it on time but we're not going mention that!!

So my goal is to post hopefully all 29 days of February! That's probably not going to happen!!!! Listen I'm trying but man art takes fucking LONG. So I'm not really using any prompts. I have been looking at prompts but honestly I can't really restrict myself like that. I might look at prompt lists for inspiration but I'm not following any atm.

I messed around a tinsey bit here. Pink overlay put over Amelia and Marcy and ooooooo it cane out good. Here's the happy Marmelia that should've happened before Amelia got killed lmao.

Also life update! So I'm done with applying to colleges!! Now I just got to choose which major I want to pursue which would equal which of my top 2 schools I go to. But now since I'm all accepted that's one headache out of the way. Other life update! Senior privilege is amazing I just started my two end of the day study halls and can now just sign myself out like nearly 2 hours before school actually ends.

I don't really much else to say. My mental health was basically absent in January do hoping to get that under control again. But that's kinda it. HOPEFULLY I get more Femslash February posts out and don't immediately give up lol.

*Quick warning this post ended up a lot more bitter than I intended but once I started writing I could stop lol*

And that wraps up the worst year of my life!! I'm not going to bullshit any fake optimism this year fucking sucked. Good fucking riddance I will not miss this year in the slightest.

I'm so sorry that start is so mean but I honestly don't have anything nice to say about this year. I constantly had something bad happening whether it was because of life, school, and the mental downfall caused by either of those things or both combined.

Sure there was some positives like my summer internship, the trips this year (Connecticut, Virginia x2, and South Carolina), Junior prom, and more but this year is still pretty soured for me.

Art recap wise I will say I definitely improved a lot this year comparing January to December is WILDDDD. I didn't really have a lot of time for art this year (ex the sketch in place for November because I had nothing else to show LOL) but thankfully when I did have time it was usually a banger 😎😎😎

Soooo I'm going to end this here right now. Happy New Year!! 🎆🎊🥳🎉 Fuck you 2023, 2024 doesn't even need to try hard to be better than that mess.

So I'm like 40 minutes late but happy birthday to Miiko!!

On December 30th, 2020 I made probably one of the best decisions of my life and started a save file on my 2nd copy of X I had gotten earlier in the month with the intention of using the save to make an OC who I would call Miiko. Then like two weeks later I mentioned to one of my friend groups I was replaying X as an OC and then suddenly a good chunk if my friends were making OCs for XY and it turned into a group playthrough. I cherish this playthrough so much and the memories made during it and after it for those of us who continued to use the OCs made.

Sooo the drawing is not of Miiko's usual appearance. I'll be completely honest I did not have time to draw something for their birthday again but to my luck I had this drawing of Miiko merged with Bill fucking Cipher completely lined and base colors done and I thought I could finish it before midnight. Honestly I probably could've if I didn't take a 30 minute break lol. So yeah Biiko for Miiko's 3rd year of existence yippee!!

Btw I'll post my usual art recap post at 11:50 something PM like I've done the past few years. Might post it a little earlier? Not sure I'll actually but kinda busy New Year's Eve this year and I don't want to post it late lol. (Lil note I forget if I've posted my art recaps here like I do Instagram but I'll try to remember to post here too this year!!)
