Design Process for my alien girl Sapphire :
First sketch
Second attempt, this time aiming for a more wild look to match her personality
And finally I decided to try giving her hair a weird but manageable look to it...well manageable in the sense I can draw it over and over without fail. Also I’d be lying if I didn’t admit her vampiric appearence wasn’t heavily inspired by Tsulala/Clint Bickham’s character Kazu from their webcomic. To celebrate the completetion of her design I drew Sapphire and Quinn together.
