Sometimes the most humble of dishes can conjure up a lifetime of memories. One such dish for me is the Durban Style Viennas in a Tomato Chutney with a hint of chilli, masala, turmeric, garlic, mixed Herbs and crushed black pepper. I made this dish because it is time efficient, delicious, plentiful and cost effective. I have over the years made this hundreds of times. The taste and texture constant. Perhaps you should try this sometime. Use Viennas or any kind of sausage or wors. I added a handful of mixed veg to it. This goes well with rice, bread, roti, rolls, pasta or even as a pizza topping.
