"Did you know Japan actually has the longest roller coaster in the world?"

Kokichi spares you a look that comes across at a halfway point between bored and amused. "Is that so?"

"Yeah!" You're sort of on a roll now; the busy park and all its pairs of eyes seem to sort of melt away as you crane your neck up to look at the rides; they make colourful curves against the sky, huge and metal and hulking. They're beautiful creations of physics. You could honestly look for hours without getting bored.

"Mm, I don't trust them," Kokichi yawns. "Like, what if they decide they get sick of me and toss me out mid-ride?"

"Oh, uh, that wouldn't happen!" you hasten to assure him. "See, rollercoasters work on kinetic energy, since they don't have engines or anything. Basically, they use a lift or cable to haul them up the first hill, which builds up a supply of potential energy—the longer the climb, the more energy is stored, you see? When the rollercoaster goes down, that stored energy is released as kinetic energy, which gets the carriage up the next hill without the need for a cable!"

You stammer to a halt, suddenly conscious you've been talking for a good minute. Kokichi looks over at you, all focused eyes. If you didn't know any better, you'd think he looked a tad flushed.

"I love it when you talk physics to me, beloved," he says, fluttering his lashes. You feel heat flood your face.

"Oh, just... stop it," you say weakly. "C'mon, I wanna go on this one."

Kokichi eyes the thing warily. "I'm... y'know, I just realised, I'm probably too short! Gosh! Darn it!"

"You're five-foot-one, not a toddler." You curl your fingers around his wrist and pull him impatiently. "Come on."

Kokichi looks down at your joined hands thoughtfully, then shrugs. "Fine! But you owe me. I want a slushie after we're off."

"Sure thing."

"Like, literally the biggest slushie you've ever seen. Grape flavoured."

"I expected nothing less."

Idea for Clover’s relation to Flowey/Asriel in deltarune setting: Clover first met Asriel through a site that is like club penguin, neopets etc when they both young which they become friends in the site but eventually both stop logging in when both grew up until Clover encounters Asriel since they were attending the same college that Asriel is at and they recognizes him when Asriel talks about his old account on the site, Of course Asriel’s avatar is like Flowey while Clover’s avatar is a cowboy

when they’re roommates they like hey we should friend each other on (insert social media) and BOTH of them used their old users and they’re both like. hey that’s funny i had a friend with this exact name. and boom they were actually friends when they were like 10

The moment Tommy realised that he was stuck in prison with me and there was no way out was absolutely unforgettable… A mix of disbelief, frustration, denial, and fury, only masking his utter terror, was incredibly satisfying to observe :) Isn't it adorable just how long it took my beloved little hero to accept the harsh reality and the inevitability of staying with me? I can vividly remember the moment Tommy got exhausted from screaming for Sam to let him out, the way his voice grew weaker and quivered more and more with each new attempt, and how he was trembling like a leaf but trying to maintain a tough facade. Oh, and how wonderfully intoxicating it felt to hold my little fighter in my arms, feeling every fibre of his body trembling fiercely, and hearing him choke with suppressed tears- despite having cried in front of me so many times in exile, he still felt ashamed of showing me his vulnerability :) As I soothingly ran my fingers through his tangled curls and hummed the melody of Wait - our melody, he was starting to feel more comfortable and leaned further into my touch, before bursting into tears :) Isn't it hilarious just how quickly his attitude changed from being unwilling to see me ever again, to clinging to me like his life depended on it? It's yet another proof that I own him, body, mind, and soul… :) Perhaps the real reason behind his visits was his longing for exile and our fun time together rather than anything else :) He missed me so dearly, I know it- he was simply unwilling to admit it just yet, he must've been so confused, and those treacherous friends of his messing with his mind weren't helping either. But it's okay, I was more than willing to help him figure it out- I've always been better at thinking, after all :) And after having successfully escaped prison, I reclaimed what was truly Mine and rid him of questioning whether he really needed to return to me. Because of course he did, his only destiny was to belong to Me, wasn't it? :) :) :)

A random headcanon: ex is actually pretty intuitive with redstone/engineering! they made their own suit based on xisuma's, and it's not really as good, but they also had a lot less time to develop it, and like.. no real education on how to do it. After coming to Hermitcraft they also learned a lot from Zedaph. They don't realize that they have talent though because, I mean. Their frame of reference is The Hermits.

Their skill level as it is isn't anything special compared to the hermits but they definitely have the potential to get really good with it, it's just that they don't care all that much. For Ex it's something to fool around with now and then or use when necessary but megafarms and the like don't interest them. wait oh I just remembered I have something for this
