I’m comfortable writing self harm, pregnancy is a bit complicated, it’s on my list of iffy things to write about. In the past writing pregnancies hasn’t worked out for me that well, I just struggle finding a connection to it if that makes sense but I’m not completely opposed to writing for it either :)
