I really enjoy playing around with lighting in my head . Staring at this shot I noticed the book almost seemed to glow so I thought what if the book was the primary light source and then picked my two favourite colours. 🙂

Are you going to write to Maizula about murderer Lewellyn's candlelight dinner?!?!???? I will definitely read it!
Thanks for the question, Amor!
It's just an idea, I'm not going to write it down!
I'm not a writer and I don't plan to be! I only post my ideas so writers can write or get inspired.
I'm sorry you were excited! It was not my intention.
PS: But it is undoubtedly a great idea.

AU WEEK DAY ONE!!! (Hear me out bc this one is highly-specific,,)
Lewellyn is an archeological student in the 1920s sent to look for a mysterious cursed artifact with her colleague Umbra. Somewhere along the way, Umbra touches the artifact and becomes possessed by it's evil previous owner; cheesy horror ensues—

Yes, my comfort character, an autistic criminal loosely connected to Ben Schwartz
Another autistic teen(-ish) character who happens to be a criminal and is loosely related to Ben Schwartz?
ANOTHER AUTISTIC CHARACTER WHO IS A YOUNG PERSON AND ALSO IS A CRIMINAL (works for the government) AND IS LOOSELY CONNECTED TO BEN SCHWARTZ?

Favourite season of red dwarf?
I'm inclined to say series 5 because it houses my favourite episode of all time (s5 e4) 'Quarantine' but series 2 has more solidly great episodes like 'Queeg' and 'Stasis Leak' and it introduces the character of Kryten.
Also, while series 1 has one of my other all time fave episodes (s1 e5) 'Confidence & Paranoia' I still have to say series 2 is the best.

Murderous Lewellyn’s Enchanting Dinner Invitation
Plot : 8/10
The yandere : 8.5/10
Artwork : 8/10
Author : Sum na gi
Artist : Muk bu
Alternative title : Murderous Lewellyn’s Candlelit Dinner
Ah, I am still recovering from all the feels, completing this gem of a manhwa. It is definitely original, following a coherent plot with a satisfying conclusion. I tend to favor plot before artwork, so I really like when an author is taking their time crafting a memorable story. I appreciate how the earlier chapters foreshadow the later part of the story. A plus, the artwork of this manhwa is quite pretty, and it is fully colored.
So this one is a BL, the seggs are not explicitly shown. But when the main characters are together, there are undeniably sparks.
The yandere is absolutely devoted and obsessed towards the MC. He is the worshipping type, sprinkled with self doubt and low esteem. His dialogue and personality quirks are fascinating to read. As a character, he is full of contradictions. Same with the MC, his inner musings and anguish felt real, he could be a real breathing and talking person. If there is any downside, it is the villain. It is not that they are badly written, trust me there are many other worse ways to write villains… but I tend to expect higher standard when the story is already good.
Compared to the MC and ML, the villains felt flat. There were some potential, but not fully fleshed. Like, why the obsession? Why the distorted view of human v beast? What compelled them to be this f up?
Then I remember that at some stages during the flashback, I found it so hard to read. It was so gloomy and sad, full of despair and hopelessness. Like, how could humans be possibly so evil? After reading to completion, I realise that the author purposefully wrote the story to mirror tragedies that happened in real life. I forgot that sometimes people indeed can be evil without any real reason, except for having a different race and ethnicity. Ugh.
Anyway, this is definitely an underrated memorable read. The yandere-ness is pretty satisfying, but what stays with me is the story.
