Easy one ingredient breakfast
You will need:
Water
Ice (optional)
Its healthy, hydrating, very quik and very cheap as well.
To spice things up, serve it with ice and/or in a pretty cup✨️

The hardest part of having an ed is relearning how to eat.
Changing your mindset from “to live is to eat” to “to eat is to live” takes time, dedication, and restraint, but it’s so worth it in the end.
You got this!! Keep going!! You’re doing great!! :)
