Yesterday I saw a Robin clicking around on the grass, directly in front of me. He was a pretty little guy, and I am one of those people that looks for the symbolic language in every manifestation set before me. Sometimes you get that world voice breaking the noise barrier in your head; the feeling of dread… “It’s just a bird. A Robin at that, those are a dime a dozen, like blades of grass… calm down on the overlook little sister.” The spiritual being in me draws her sword. Logical vs analytical is another dance I learned steps to in my adult life. This world can press you to commit to its fitted silhouette, there is a placement for everything and as you know… my profile wasn’t made for such a mold. My child-like vision focuses on the Robin. It is a manifestation of the other side, making itself known in this world. Like a hand puppet in a play, there is a literal hand in it, that hand manifests itself as the puppet on stage. So I focus in further to understand it. I made sure to write out my journaling exercises concerning what an overplayed symbol in a world of overplayed everything could mean… as you write anything out, the meaning emerges because words are spells… and spelling is magic. The best magic is confronting what you are, not just the shadow, but the shine as well. Confront the times you tried to change it because the world said so. Confront the skeptical and the unrealistic. Become both sides of the coin, so you can be the coin itself. I have always been a huge journal writer and am big into Sadhana Journaling. Doing a huge symbolic language journal exercise with one of EPJ’s Patreon tiers. One thing I constantly do is quote The Little Prince in my head when I think of animals. What a profound impression a childhood book could have. My Grandma Veda read it to me and my cousin so much that I know the book by heart. See blog for full post. • I am going to go down a road that I never really travel down. Rarely. The years of 1993 and 1994 were red lettered years in my life. You can truly see everything that I am now because of these years. The events catalog, to this day, sections of my personality in the same way a table of contents identify chapters to a book. My ‘becoming’ nurtured by the care and tending of these years. • This was the year that I had an understanding of the left & right that coincide with the spiritual world and the physical world. In the physical world, when we want someone to STOP or when defending ourselves, we naturally raise our dominate hand with our palm facing out. Stop. This is also the hand we “give” with. We give direction, we hand an object to someone, we pay for items, etc. We are dominate in giving. In the spiritual world our subordinate hand is the hand we receive with. What we receive in energy we give physically . When someone attacks us physically we use our dominate hand. When someone attacks us energetically , many make the mistake in thinking their dominate hand is the hand to stop the attack with. This is incorrect. You receive with your subordinate hand, no matter if it is given or thrown, you MUST refuse and END the action with your subordinate hand. You must choose what you receive. Today is a special release! 5 of the Ancestry Heart Rings are back on the website NOW (actual 5 shown in last photo) and... The Amber version of the Vicarious Necklaces are available for order! These amber beads are hand carved and not machine cut. The majority are a honey color with very few in the mix that are a little darker. For this version, I am using a stainless steel metal cord for stringing. I like the way it looks through the bead and it has more metaphysical properties than the weight resistant cord I have used in the past. The Vicarious Necklaces in Amber are all limited to 6 in each style. The three options are; Skull in Medium bead, Skull in Large bead, or Cameo in small bead. The steel beads on these necklaces are handmade by lost wax casting and not mass produced factory beads. Including the little star flower spacer beads. They are stainless steel, hypoallergenic, and they are not hollow so the necklace has a small weight to it that feels handmade with each piece. • Each bead is threaded with a devotion to good things for the wear. It is said out loud and has a numeric symbolism beaded into the design. The necklace is then belled, saged, and wrapped. These are made after they are ordered so the wearer's name can be devoted into the necklace.
