ok here's the hot goss from the nycc taz gn panel

i don't actually know whether or not it was recorded/ if they're going to put it online so here is my summary. also if i miss anything and u were there pls feel free to chime in. spoilers obviously!!!

got eight new preview pages (four two-page spreads), not the pages on the macmillan website!!!

ok i will tell u about those pages but the main thing discussed at the panel was how they went about adapting this arc into gn form. the actual time spent in wonderland has been trimmed a lot bc they had to think about what was actually important to the narrative as they are building to story and song.

basically in planning out the suffering game they also really had to decide what the rest of the series would look like, bc whatever they include now is seeding the stuff that's going to happen later.

cam is not in this book. it was implied there's less wheel spins. rowan/ash/sterling get much less screen time

almost half of this book is lunar interlude stuff (pre and post suffering game, INCLUDING REUNION TOUR!!! no word on where it ends but they made it clear that a LOT of thought went into what to include and where to end it, and what that would mean for the next book)

second spread was magnus visiting the voidfish, which now happens right before they leave for wonderland; the whole beginning of tsg from magnus trying to talk to pringles to him kidnapping those guards to the chimera fight was cut LOL bc it never really got… addressed again in the podcast

angus comes to get him for the mission but magnus has been going Through It (outright stated, they were like. he found out he's a red robe. he would probably not be handling it well. he has eyebags now. LOL) and snaps at angus when angus presses him on what's wrong.

more angus content, he will be investigating what's going on at the bureau more (his scene w magnus ties into this)

[ID: Card on the Fighting/Poison type, Strikeon. It is classified as the steadfast pokemon. It has a stout and sturdy build; with heavy brows, somewhat smaller ears, and a thick two-toned mane. Its eyes are a dark gentle violet. It has a long thin tail with a club structure at the end, the spikes tinted with purple. Three smaller, rounded spikes can be seen along Strikeon's spine. The pokedex entry reads: "Poison coats the spikes on this pokemon's club tail, which it keeps dutifully out of children's reach." The notes below read: He is a friend! Big heavy brows that don't get used much aside from really expressive moments. Very good with kids and you would likely see it with an NPC family in the overworld or keeping an eye on preschoolers. I think I was subconsciously inspired by Clifford. The blurb underneath that reads: "Gamefreak's fandom is on the verge of going FERAL. Alas, it's true! Those vile heathens are foregoing all sense of creativity in favor of tossing an eevee and two random types into a blender. DAMN THEM ALL! But there is still hope. There are 3 types left. [ID: Card on the Ground/Bug type, Burreon. It is classified as the cozy den pokemon. It's more similar in shape to the unevolved eevee than its brethren, but its fur has grown curlier and it wears a dark brown mane. Curly antennae sprout from the tips of its ears and have fluffy ends. Its hind legs are longer than the front ones. Its rear end boasts a thick fluffy striped tail that rivals the size of its body. Its little round wings are a pale gold. There are three bright gold points on Burreon's dark brown eyes. The pokedex entry reads: "It cohabitates with vespiquen, who will tuck combees against Burreon's fur to keep their offspring warm." The notes below read: Three shine spots on the eyes to resemble insect eyes! They are based off of ground bees which are generally harmless; only the females have stingers. The smallest eeveelution by far, though still larger than eevee. Body shape in profile made to resemble a bee! With the tail as its false abdomen. Longer hind legs help accentuate that shape. The blurb underneath that reads: "The fans scream with abject horror. 'ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What is a GROUND bug doing with WINGS! A loathsome oversight, the hack frauds!' 'Well dear, because ground bees really do have wi--' 'THIS IS DIFFERENT, PADME. It's a matter of PRINCIPLE!" End ID.]

[ID: A fake regional variant of Jolteon that is Steel/Electric. It is crouched with a battle-eager open mouthed grin. While it maintains original Jolteon's spikey fur texture, it lacks the white mane and instead has a somewhat scruffier neck with more fur-spikes along its spine. It is a reddish brown with darker toned paws, ear tips, and spine fur. It has a light gray underbelly. Its tail is a group of thick entwining growths that resemble copper wire but fade gradually to silver toward the ends, which have untangled and flick about with electricity sparking around them. Jolteon's eyes are a bright cyan blue, as is the tongue and inside of its mouth. A set of three inlaid orbs glowing with that same blue can be found both on the jolteon's shoulders and its haunches. The words on the sheet read: "... Okay. Alright. Whatever. SURE. Everyone calms down and goes home once jolteon's steel/electric regional variant is unveiled to the public. New and old fans alike delight in their boy's makeover. The Gen 1 Guard returns to their lair, saving their strength for another day. Another battle." End ID]

Castlevania (NES) Ending: And this time STAY dead!

Stage 5 is uhh quite infamous you could say!

Now I think that most of the stage actually isn’t that bad, it doesn’t even have any insta kill obstacles for once. The main threat are those Knights who take a lot of punishment and will throw axes at two different altitudes without any warning, but here’s a trick I found out: throw some holy water and then back away: they will try to close the gap between themselves and you and in doing so they’ll run right into the column of fire generated by the Holy Water which will kill them in roughly two hits!

The big issue is the entire ending portion where you have to deal with two of these fuckers AND an endless wave of Medusa Heads at the same time, and right after that you fight Death, by far the hardest boss in the game besides the Count, who just floats around while spawning an endless supply of homing sickles.

The idea I guess is to use a throwing crucifix, which you can find in the room just before, to keep the sickles at bay while also doing your best to dodge them and Death. It CAN be done...but after that hallway of pain and misery you’ll most likely be at Death’s door not just literally but also metaphorically. I have done it this way in the past but I just couldn’t do it this time, what you see here is me going for the cheap strat: hold onto that Holy Water you get at the start and use it to burn the bastard before he even has a chance to know what hit him

The last stage is short but fuck that part with the fliying birds that drop an endless supply of Flea Men! I used the Stop Watch here otherwise urgh

Fortunately you can die as many times as you want against the old Count, there’s a permanent checkpoint right at the stairway

The first phase of the fight is...honestly the best of the entire game, mainly because he actually has a goddamn pattern and feels like a genuine test of your reflexes and skills! No wonder pretty much every game afterwards will copy this fight one way or the other!

Unfortunately his second phase is...much less graceful. He jumps around the room and occasionally spits fireballs. The issue is that given his size, the room’s size and Simon’s slow speed it’s almost impossible to properly slip under him in order to not get cornered. His only weak spot is the head so you’d think the Crucifix would be the best weapon against him...but actually the Holy Water is the better option! It may not hurt him but it does stun him giving you plenty of time to wack at his head during his second form

Here’s a really fun fact for you: you see those undefined sprites his body explodes into after the first phase? According to a developer interview featured in the Castlevania Anniversary Collection booklet, Castlevania Book of the Crescent Moon, those are the pieces of Dracula’s Body that you’ll later have to collect in the next game! Yep they were already sowing the seeds for a sequel! that’s so cool!

What’s also very interesting is that, also according to this interview, the monster we face during the second phase isn’t technically Dracula but rather “the manifestation of mankind’s evil” (Unfortunately I can’t find any scans online to post here but if anyone can add them feel free to do so). This is very interesting because the idea of Dracula gaining strength from people’s collective evil will be repeated several times in the game and Aria of Sorrow will show us a literal manifestation of humanity’s evil. And these base concepts had already been established, albeit from behind the scenes, all the way since this dinky little mid 80s NES game!

but separated for those who would only like to be babies

pre infection and post resi 4 he is thinking about retiring so you coming into his life is a blessing

a reason to cling to his sanity, someone he can protect and spend his ridiculous amounts of money on he gets either as a salary or as a pension

loves when you regress and show weakness as he isnt used to a display of that total daintiness. adores it wholeheartedly and wouldnt change it for anything.

loves the outdoors and car rides/roadtrips, if you accompany him on one he will be over the moon

camping trips with just the two of you, making marshmallows and stargazing are frequent with him

you can howl at the moon/ bring him cool sticks and rocks you found,/ you can even hunt and catch some insects, but he always reminds you to put them back to their place later as they are living beings too

you can play hunt with him tho as well, he is a master of hide and seek (but will tone it down for you)

you can watch movies in the car without headphones on

will teach you campfire songs and tell you o n l y the exciting and funny stories of when he was working

loves a puppy regressor, but is open to any other animal and he will be fascinated to learn to care for you in new ways

you two will visit pet shops and he lets you choose toys and equipment for helping you regress

will bake you cokies resembling dog treats/make you chicken strips and eggs (fox), i can see him fishing from time to time and he is happy to prepare his catch for you (cat)/ will keep gummy worms and sliced fruit in his backpack for you (rodent, bat) if you like them even different seeds, nuts and dried fruit (the student mix rocks imo) as well

any time you want to go outside he will go with you to the backyard and watch you explore and play and even join you if you ask i him, any way, he wont take his eyes off of you

likes playing chase or tug o' war and he commits to the bit with holding back and letting you win, but we can tire you out (either pre infection or post re4 that is very considerate and impressive of him with all that power and the physique)

you will have your own little playground with slides and swings amd monkeybars but he is perfectly okay with taking you to one in the neighbourhood

watching shows on animal planet about the one you regress to - will tell you if the cuties in the show act just like you and will praise you for it

if youd like he can give you a cute petname (there is a big chance it has the structure similar to  the codenames they used all the time)

not experienced with a little not as a pet regressor but regardless will be eager to learn and helps with the regression

is very patient amd lets you stay in the headspace as long as you like

prints you coloring pages (using the militarys money)

no but really scrap papers, templates noone will ever fill, he just takes and uses the other side

now your colored pages sometimes will have a military stamp of the branch he workes in on

and sometimes gets your art mixed in between his work papers

likes helping you out with your creative projects

very lenient on your bedtime as having the night to himself and passing out at 2am watching something with you on the tv, when the kids channels all have either switched to some other type, are repeating episodes or are playing really old shows is a rare treat he couldnt have without the consequence of being tired all day next day

now you two are sleeping in as much as you can and enjoying life

likes morning walks with you on the occasions you wake up early, when the neighbours are still asleep and the sun hasnt risen yet

if you get tired he can carry you

will cook for you but hasnt got anything against fast food

will surprise you with toys he saw you looking at online or you got mesmerised with watching an ad

some of the shows you two watch together are: bluey, jake the pirate, paw patrol, mickey mouse clubhouse, the crearure cases, scooby-doo, the garfield show, madagascar, barbie and the newest my little pony series - he likes the old one as well but thinks it may be a bit scary somstimes for a little

sometimes when he reads you a story his mother used to for him as well he gets emotional and may regress with you

this feeling isnt new to him but only since meeting you can he really word what he feels and needs

its perfectly fine he doesnt push you to be his caregiver if its not in your nature or put you of your headspace, he is content with playing and cuddling with you

but if you take care if him when little/pet regressed or if you arent a typical cg but as his beloved he at the moment doesnt wanna label his nature of relationship with, he will melt

will totally cry

will cry everything out those moments

slipping into littlespace especially, there is at least an hour of that always in the beginning

uses baby-talk or goes non-verbal

doesnt like to think of you as his mommy, because the relationship with his family is complicated: the relationship with his mom is sacred. this is not to say you can never fill the void in his heart left by growing up and away from her, he just doesnt wanna put that burden on you, this holy image of a guardian, kind of like God. his mom tried her best to keep him safe, yet he went off to the most tiresome, cruel and demaning job, he still feels ambiguous about it, thinking he upset his mom by going against her kind nature. his dad better not mentioned, doesnt like to think of him even not in littlespace, he absolutely forgets he has a dad when regressed.

sometimes he just repeats "im sorry" over and over. about his men, how he treated leon if he went the canon way, if not how he almost turned to the dark side.

wants you to kiss his scars better.

big hoodies to hide his arms, he still feels insecure about them. you can reassure him he is the strong and brave boy he was.

has a 50+cm plushie of his fave animal which he carries around everywhere

you will have a cd collection of all the shows and movies he liked as a kid

he will be commenting on them while you two watch it and introduce you to the characters. if you get lost, totally helps you out by telling you the story

if you make him meals he had as a kid he will cry happy tears

is open to modern media as well

at one point he totally was into pokemon, but seeing his beloved characters fighting is saddening to him so he only plays pretend with raising them

his plushie collection. totally has the cats legs hanging down to the floor. yall need to wash that one more or put socks on it so those will get dirty instead of the stuffie

gives names to all his plushies and has a journal where he writes down what happened with them in their day to day life

Oracle of seasons! Although I preferred Ages more, this was still a really fun game. It has such a fun plot and game mechanic revolving around changing the seasons in Holodrum. I really hope that this game is remade similar to Link's Awakening HD!!

Summary:

Although I enjoyed Ages more, Seasons was a cute game. A little frustrating at times, but I absolutely loved the return of all the classic bosses like Vire and Gleeok and the Aquamentus. I played hte linked version of Seasons and really loved the added gameplay. This added scenes with zelda and a fight with twinrova and beast ganon. Plus an alternate ending that "wraps up" each main character we've encountered, including Ralph and Nayru. I also thought this added quest was neat considering Link isn't even in Hyrule, which means the triforce will follow him no matter where he runs to. I focused a little more on weapons and rings and I'm glad I did bc boss fights were so easy after I got the master sword and red ring LMAO. Such a cute and silly gmae. I wish some of the puzzles/navigation wasn't that frustrating but oh well I got through it eventually. I recommend both games esp now that they'll be on th eswitch soon. I hop we get more 2D games in the future.

Dragon Booster remains one of my favorite life moments, and there have been so many since the show. It was a fantastic journey to be sure, and it often seemed the dragon was in control from the beginning, and the show was meant to be.

Our Canadian partner Alliance Atlantis (Ken Faier and Jennifer Bennett) came on board the very first time they saw the presentation. They learned about the show because Kidscreen Editor Jocelyn Christie loved it so much that she did a feature about it and put us on the magazine cover. We sold the show to CBC (Martin Markle) and Disney (Gary Marsh) with just one meeting.

We already knew Ace Fipke from another company called Mainframe, and NerdCorps in Vancouver was actually custom-built just for Dragon Booster. Our original sales video/animation test was made in a rented apartment that we filled with computer workstations, passionate artists, and animators. That apartment crew became the seeds of NerdCorps Entertainment.

Then, even more, amazing things happened:

Everybody found something different to love about the show and message, which was so rewarding. My co-creator Kevin Mowrer and I lived in the world for years. It began with a feature film prequel idea that takes place years before the series and focuses on Tannis Bllayrr. The world took years to plan and create. It was meant to function as a real place, and we'd hoped to make it into a sprawling online game.

I carefully scripted the show and story for you, the fans, and was thinking about what the story and each detail might mean and hopefully inspire. I wanted Dragon Booster to reflect the world and finding our place in it. Kevin Mowrer shared this vision and carefully put story, emotional content, and personality into every but of art and design he did. The NerdCorps crew picked up the vibe and expanded from there, taking the look and feel of the show and world to even new levels. As a result, the show itself is full of cool double and hidden meanings about culture and our world. Like Mortis might suggest, like Dragon City, and each of us, it all depends on how deep we're willing to look.

Obviously, I'm still a fan myself, and sometimes I look back, and wonder, wow, was I really part of all that? That for me is the best aspect of the creative process, when the community comes together, and when the characters and world take on lives of their own and begin to guide everybody together.

All of you are part of this world now, you have lived in and helped build it. You are part of a long chain of crews, dragon powers, Dragon Priests, and approaches to life that, like the history of Dragon City, have led here. It's a fantastic honor that you continue to explore and expand the history and world of Dragon Booster.

While much of the show still holds up today, one of the things I'm most happy about is the basic message that we can all be superheroes as long as we realize that true superpowers only work for moments, and that they only come out when we're genuinely balanced with ourselves and those around us. I'm super honored how the show has kept so many fans for so long.

A nature/land journal sounds super cool! If it’s alright, could I ask what sort of things are included in such a journal, or your ideas for keeping one? If it’s more of a personal thing feel free to ignore though. I hope life is treating you well!

Thank you, what a nice anon! I started a few weeks ago and am really enjoying it. So far, my entries have just included the date and things that I have noticed outside that day, such as:

Big changes - weather, temperature, leaves changing colour and falling. As seasons change this would also encompass snow falling and melting, first buds and shoots, etc.

Species IDs - "found turkey tail mushrooms on birch log in X park".

Descriptions/pics of species that I would like to ID - "tall purple flowers in Y park, bees seem to love them, still blooming in late September".

Changes in individual species - "goldenrod is starting to go to seed".

Interesting scenes and interactions - "a bunch of ravens were gathered and making loud rasping/croaking noises in front of Z school".

Right now I do everything related to my practice in a digital notes app called Obsidian, so I will link names of species and places to their dedicated pages if they have one. Apart from that it's super basic, though of course there is the opportunity to level it up if you want - do a fancy physical book, include illustrations, leaf rubbings, pressed flowers etc., perhaps dedicated to some land spirit(s). I could see myself doing something like that eventually, maybe in a few years as a big project. For now I just want to learn about and connect with the land, especially as I didn't grow up here, and this is a pretty simple way to do so.

Also I'm leaning towards keeping this a true journal, just including my personal observations instead of research (which I have in my plant/animal/place pages anyway). I find this encourages me to get my ass outside and build a personal connection instead of relying too much on books and online research.

I'd really like to hear more about the magnesium flakes and oil spray! how did you make the spray? how do you use each of them? where does one get the supplies for such things?

muscle tension/spasms are one of my primary sources of chronic pain and exacerbate the others. I would be very grateful for any of the tips and tricks for reduction, management, and coping you'd like to share 🖤

Of course, happy to share what I've learned/experienced so far. I can't believe I didn't think to try this sooner, as magnesium in this form is more easily used by the body than epsom salts. It makes sense that my muscles have been chronically starved of magnesium for so long since we excrete it during stressful times and that's like. Been my whole life lol. It's been great so far and I hope to continue to do this daily to keep myself more balanced. You can buy the spray pre-made, which I've tried in the past (but wasn't consistent enough to see these results) but it's way more affordable to just buy the flakes and use them to make oil. You just dissolve the flakes in hot water, let it cool, and put it in a bottle. That's all it takes. For a foot soak, 1 cup of flakes is suggested. For a fullbody soak, 3-4 cups is suggested. So just to start, I used 1 cup of flakes dissolved in 1.5 cups of water. It's a pretty low dose so I was able to apply 3x a day to start getting my levels back up. But I don't necessarily want to have to apply it so often, so for my next batch I'll use 2 cups of flakes to make it a bit stronger. A little bit of a higher dose will definitely help me maintain the effect. It does sting a bit at first. Some doctors have said that's a sign of magnesium deficiency in that tissue. It no longer stung after a few days of application. It did break my back (and chest when it dripped) out a little bit but that's a problem I have throughout the year. I did start doing aerobics again and sweating usually triggers my body acne anyway. I've just been using my usual acne body wash and salicylic acid body spray to help it calm down and it's almost healed now. Skinfood's Peach Sake Toner helped a lot too. Tons of people online said that applying it topically helped with constipation and I didn't believe it could work that way, but sure enough it does. I've even been skipping my usual anti-constipation smoothies (chia/flax seeds/gel, sea moss gel, etc) to test it out. I've been having a muuuch easier time which is impressive considering a few weeks ago my colon was acting miserable and I had to do an enema on Christmas Eve. Colitis is a hassle. The relaxing effect on my muscles and on my general state of being is pretty impressive. It has a lot to do with regulating glutamate and GABA. Some doctors online have good info on their YouTubes/Instagrams where they can explain it better. My magnesium flakes are from the Now brand. I found the price for the size of the tub reasonable since I'm mostly using it topically and not for soaking. I'll still do a soak every once in a while (maybe on my period) to give my levels a boost. I have a few spray bottles around so I just filled one of those for easy application. It takes a little bit to rub in and can potentially stain, so I've been wearing my grey pajamas after applying and haven't had any issues. I also added a little bit of peppermint and clary sage oil to mine just for the tingle and aromatherapy but you can add anything or nothing at all. If you're also consuming plenty of magnesium in supplements/diet, just make sure to do your research on dosing because there is such a thing as too much. Hope this helps!

Week 2

Monday

The morning session launched the employability section of the module. It intended to plant the seed of thinking about how we will start to market ourselves once completing our degree.

We spent the rest of this day with our group attempting to come to a conclusion of where we should base our project. After contemplating for a good while, we decided to put it to a vote just so we could continue on with the project, moving on to thinking about the contents of our shop front.

The majority came to being in support of being in located in northampton as there is an old bank on the corner of the drapery, facing all saints church that sparked our interest. it has an aesthetically pleasing, original facade. The building also would have a nice view out as it is a curved corner building that can see onto one of the better looking high streets in Northampton’s town centre. To see if we could find out who owns the building without being in Northampton, I emailed the council from their website quoting the most recent authorised planning permissions so that they would know which building we were on about. I explained our situation (being students and our brief) and asked if they had any information on the building or if they had any contacts they could give to point us in the right direction. The council’s website say they should get back in contact with us within 5 working days so hopefully we have a response by the end of the week.

Tuesday

I came into the studio Tuesday evening as we were going to be in contact with Chicago via the ouija board that Sarah had made. It was really cool to see the interactions taking place and seeing their responses to our questions. I found it hard to think of questions on the spot but we did find out some interesting information about how their courses work and a bit about Chicago (having their first snow).

Wednesday

We had our scheduled feedbacks for the previous modules in the morning. I wasn’t feeling very well unfortunately so opted to receive my feedback over teams. I have been struggling mentally since being back this semester which i think stemmed from being burnt out and has spiralled. As a result of this, i will be commuting in on a Monday morning and returning back to northampton Wednesday night and remaining in Northampton until the following Monday. This will either be until i can find someone to take my tenancy at my student accommodation or until i am well enough to take care of myself. I think my grade from the local brief represents this as i feel as though i could have done a lot better if i had engaged more with the module.

We had organised as a group to take the free time in the afternoon to come in and discuss/ brainstorm ideas for the space however as I wasn’t in, I couldn’t be much help. By the sounds of it, no decisions were made as Rachel wasn’t in either so we will reconvene on Monday instead.

Thursday

Rather than attending the adobe workshop on the Thursday, i had opted to go on the school of art trip to London. We started by going to a small cafe connected to an apartment hotel that i had found online. The colour scheme and decor were really nice, choosing browns/oranges and greens. There were many plants scattered across the foyer that made the place very cosy.

We then made our way to the Victoria and Albert museum. I would’ve really liked to have seen the Chanel exhibition however it was completely sold out. Instead, we had a look around the main exhibition that they have open to the public for free. This included a range of sculptures, ironwork, garments, accessories and other objects. I had taken a range of pictures of my favourite pieces to either do some studies of when i had some free time (I would’ve liked to have sat and done some sketches but we were limited on time and chose to see as much as we could in the museum instead). The images that i had taken are now lost as i had my phone stolen 5-10 minutes before getting on the coach to leave London. While it was good to see the different exhibits, none of them spoke out to me in terms of our current project. As it was mostly traditional art there also wasn’t any creative technologies used in the free exhibits either.

Over the weekend i learnt that the gunpowder plot was conspired in Northamptonshire (Ashby house) by some wealthy men of high standing, this could be something to explore within our concept or proposal for the shopfront.

I've been on the hunt for another pumpkin bread recipe since the one I've become known for in my family is strictly a Thanksgiving treat. Well, I found one, from one of my favorite online cooks: The man, the myth, the legend himself, Chef John.

He shared this recipe recently for not just pumpkin bread, but CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD! Um, yes, please. The original recipe also features pumpkin seeds, which I didn't add both because I didn't have any and I don't like crunchy things messing up the otherwise-fluffy vibe of breads, cakes, muffins, etc. But whatever you add, like Chef John says, "I really do hope you give this a try soon. And as always, enjoy!"

CHEF JOHN'S CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD

1 3/4 cups flour

1 1/4 t. salt

1 t. baking soda

1/4 t. cloves

1/4 t. nutmeg

1/2 t. ginger

1 1/2 t. cinnamon

1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree

1/2 cup white sugar

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 T. milk

2 large eggs

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 C). Butter a loaf pan.

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside.

In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, sugars, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs. Fold in the dry ingredients until incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and/or pumpkin seeds.

Pour the batter into your prepared pan and tap it a few times on the counter to bring up any large air bubbles.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the loaf rest in the pan for about 45 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack. Let it finish cooling completely before slicing and serving.

In fact, he is taken aback on how special her gesture was: four leaf clovers are rare, or so it is believed, so having someone go out of their way to find such a rare sight associate with good look and fortune for him? ❝ It was already amazing that you found one. ❞ if he had to guess, Shirou would say that her chances would be one in a few thousand (unless you buy the seeds online, but that would be cheating). ❝ This is a pretty cool gift, Vivian. Grilled Herbs de Provence-Crusted Lamb Loin Chops

This combination of Dijon mustard, white wine, and dried herbs is so flavorful. Dried lavender, thyme, rosemary, and basil are the typical ingredients of Herbs de Provence, although the precise blend varies by brand. Try this rub on chicken, beef, or pork tenderloin for a change of pace.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

  Ingredients:

1 Tbs dried herbs de Provence

2 Tbs Dijon mustard

1 Tbs olive oil

1 Tbls Dry White Wine such as chardonnay

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 garlic clove, minced

8 1” thick lamb loin chops, trimmed

Cooking spray or olive oil for pan

Directions:

Preheat indoor grill pan to medium high heat.

Lightly brush pan with olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine Herbes de Provence, mustard, olive oil, wine, garlic, salt and. Mix well. Brush mixture evenly over all sides of lamb.

Place lamb chops on grill. Grill or broil 4 minutes on each side, cooking to desired degree of doneness.

Serve with a fresh garden salad and hot crusty bread.
