hobie came into the room looking for you, when he happened upon you in the small playroom reserved for mayday, he didn't dare approach you; he was entranced by how sweet you were while playing with mayday. he sat back on a chair without you realizing as he smiled to himself at how gentle your voice was as you played along with her a little game of peek-a-boo, and how bright your smile was as you pretended to disappear before the redheaded young girl's eyes and reappear by showing her your face the was filled with love and adoration for the infant.

hobie took out the small camcorder he made and chuckled lightly and sighed in adoration as he watched you two play. hobie absolutely loved mayday, and he loved you of course, it was a given–but seeing you both play and giggle together happily... it made hobie's heart melt. "hey, loves, what are you two up to?" he asked as he reached his hand out for mayday as he kept recording. you smiled and jokingly placed your hand in front of the camera. "just playing peek-a-boo." you said as mayday pat hobie's palm with her own tiny hands. "ooh, well, how 'bout we play a round of patty cake for a change?" he offered as mayday smiled up at hobie. you were onboard with it, and soon, you three were playing patty cake, with hobie only playing with one hand expertly.

"hobie, you gotta play with both hands, that's the rule." you said as hobie chuckled loudly as mayday followed him with her own peals of giggles. "screw the rules." hobie uttered, with mayday trying to repeat what he said. "scoo da woos!" "a little anarchist in the making, i'm damn proud!" hobie exclaimed as you shushed both of them for their language. hobie soon stopped playing patty cake mid-game to tickle mayday, with her erupting in small giggles. you then joined hobie to tickle mayday, with him putting the camcorder down and now tickling you. you tickled him back as all of you laughed and giggled throughout the tickle fight. mayday soon fell sleepy, and hobie scooped her up to take her to her crib. you noticed the camcorder was still filming, though you didn't want to end the recording right here and now when such a sweet moment was unfolding. you carried the camera with you and filmed you and hobie taking mayday to the crib and with him crooning her to sleep.

"sweet dreams, little rebel." he whispered to her as the infant smiled in her sleep. you closed the camcorder as you accompanied hobie who was sitting right next to the crib, watching over mayday as she slept. "no wonder you're peter's number one babysitter." you teased as you looked through the photos and videos hobie took of you guys taking care of mayday. he chuckled as he wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you close to him. "she's a darling, and she's got so much potential in the future. i want nothing but the best for her. and give yourself a little credit, too, okay? i don't babysit her alone, i've got you, love." he said as you smiled at him, with him reciprocating it with a smirk of his own.

as mayday babbled in her sleep, hobie found himself smiling wider as he hoped she was having good dreams. he held you close as he listened and watched the young girl take a nap and getting ready to play with and entertain her the moment she woke up again. hobie couldn't deny it any longer, he was an absolute sucker for the little anarchist, and he was just so damn happy to take care of her with you.

Today is an important day, the last game of the year before the start of the summer vacations.

Of course, everyone in school is here to watch how the match will go, the "Yellowjackets" home team against the "Wolves" enemy team. The rivalry between the two team-schools is decades old, with both teams having won and lost multiple times. This year, will mark the fifth year old win strike of the "Wolves", that is if you don't win, and you very much intend to.

Your team has suffered great losses this year: against the "Bears", against the "Hounds" and the "Hawks", the city's worst team -or at least they were before your loss-. And as if it wasn't bad enough, you lost a pretty important member of the team when she moved schools. So, the "Yellowjackets basketball team" isn't doing great, but you are determined to bring a win home.

The first days of June had proved to be hotter than usual, sunrays are scorching the field but the cool afternoon air is a welcome distraction.

All around you, people are cheering and booing at both teams actions. There is thrash scattered around the edges of the field, flies are buzzing around you and you're sweating under the afternoon sun.

You look around: despite having played again and again, you never really got used to the crowd's attention, and especially not to the cheerleaders team.

You find it especially annoying when they cheer at you, distracting you and making it possible for others to steal the ball. They had improvised a special tune just for you that they sang everytime you score a point: it was making you more flustered than anything.

Today, as per usual, the cheerleader team is here, ready to make you embarrassed again. Your shyness only seems to grow more when Lottie Matthews, the team capitain, cheers at you.

She is tall, very tall -she sholud be the one playing in the basketball team-, her hair is tied in two loose braids and her makeup empasizes her features. She is wearing the usual cheerleader uniform: a pink long sleeved shirt and a skirt of the same colours and she's holding a pair of yellow and blue flacks.

Many have at least a sort of crush for her, and so do you. You've always seen her at pratice, whenever you'd pratice your shots, she and her cheerleader team were at the far edge of the field, trying to remeber all the steps. Many times you've caught her looking at you when you trained; all the times she did she rushed to whisper something in her friend ear, Jackie, and everytime both of them let out small laughs. You always thought they were mocking you, up until today.

You eye her out with interest and she meets your eyes: she looks at you like a siren would, alluring and deadly. She smiles sweely and sends a wink at your direction.

This is the first time she aknowledges your stares and reciprocate. A hot sensation warms your cheeks: Lottie -fucking- Matthews winked at you, at you!

The pure euphoria that wink gave you makes you feel like you could jump to the sky. The rest of the game goes surprisingly well, you even make a winning shot of five points just at the very end, giving your team their earned victory.

Everyone cheered, the Wolves and their fans leaving the court with disgruntled mubles while you were basking in glory.

You feel something nudge your arm lightly and look around your shoulder to see Lottie towering over you with a genunie smile.

"Hi, I saw how you played early... You did a really good job!" her fingers close on your wrist, a gesture too intimate to give to someone you've barley talked to up until now. "You should get a reward." her breath tickles your ear as she whispers to you so no one of the other cheerleaders will hear, but so all of them watch your exchange.

"Say... there's a party friday. Want to keep me company?"; it's hard to ignore her requests while she runs her nails on your arm.

When friday comes, you're beyond nervous. The last hours have been spent discarding and choosing all the different types of clothes. Minutes pass by then, half an hour after the party started, you spot Lottie walking in with her friends. As soon as she spots you Lottie eagerly walks up to you, earning her friend's snickers -mainly Natalie's-.

"You came!" she says while trapping you in a bear-hug. Today she wears a pink fuzzy cardigan and a same coloured skirt. Her hair falls freely to her sides, her lips curl in a grin when she looks at you. "Follow me" she pours a good amout of alchool in your cup then leads you to a couch at the far end of the room, away from prying eyes.

When you sit down, she's starts to ask you every kind fo question, almost as if she wants to study you and when the alchool starts to flow in her system, her hands start to roam on your skin.

Her words slur inside her mouth "That last shoot you did in the game... It looked hard to do. You must be pretty strong huh...?" while she palms at you arm. Lottie's attention starts to slip as she listen to you explaining that -"No, that isn't called a 'last shot' but a 'buzz beater' and I made a 'Slam Dunk', it's pretty hard if you don't know how to make it right 'cause then you could break your hips when you fall down and-"- you feel Lottie's lips on yours.

For a second you can't move your lips back, too shocked by it all, when Lottie's hand cups the back of your neck and deepens the kiss, prompting you to move back. All around you the world swirls in touches, lips against lips, the taste of alchool and heat.

It's almost pathetic the way you cling onto her when she starts to pull away, but you're rewarded with view that many would fight for: Lottie's lips reddened, her cheeks have a deep shade of red, her eyes unfocused and hair messy. "Do you... want to take this somewhere else?

I hope you’ve been well since the last time I came on here!! (little update on my test results: everything came back clean except a few things came back indecisive but nothing to worry about! Chronic illness doesn’t seem to be getting any worse as of right now.) but asides from that here’s a little drabble as I was re-reading a few of my earlier drabbles from last year!

We know fragile!reader despises examinations and having to endure the painful injections every few weeks when Dottore batches up a new medicine. However, what if it backfires completely? Causing fragile!reader to be in an even weaker condition, barely able to move and clinging onto Dottore as tightly as they can. Perhaps running a fever, feeling miserable as they feel as if though their whole body is being pricked by thousands of needles as they shake from their fever. Dottore would try his best to not let his emotions show, but deep down he’s panicking and trying to figure out how he can cancel out the current “medicine” running through their body. To say Dottore feels guilt is an understatement, he knows that any medicine that they take can easily backfire quickly, but he never would’ve thought the symptoms would be so severe. :( once their condition stabilizes I like to think Dottore keeps them close for at least a few days, just to make sure everything is fine. Even if it means they’ll be all clingy to him, he’d rather they be safe and alive rather than induced in a coma once again.

A bit of fluff: I like to think Zandy definitely also tries to cheer you up after the whole ordeal. He’s not sure why you weren’t visiting or reading books to him anymore, other than that “you were busy with Dottore”, is what you had told him. But even the little baby knows you look more weaker (even if it’s been a few days, your condition had still worsened anyways). So perhaps he tries to draw you adorable silly drawings, and also show you his “safe” experiments. (Lest he get a scolding from Zandik or the clones again…)

Dottore, being the skilled scholar he is, never fails to concoct new medications and treatments for you in hopes of creating something that sticks, along with the actual cure. These meds always go through a few rounds of testing, on his experiments of course (as you said before) but sometimes there is only so little that can be done. After all, your body is very different from the average person's. So, there have been times when the things he's given you didn't agree with your body very well, but they were never anything drastic. However, that was until this instance.

Dottore is a confident man. He's smart, he plans ten steps ahead, and things always go exactly as he orchestrated or predicted them to. So that's why he expected nothing different to be with this batch, maybe you'd have a few minor side effects that he'd note and so on, but he expected you to be fine, to then whine about how all of this was so much work, and he'd only hum at your complains to which you'd pout at. In the beginning, you seemed fine. Looked fine, your vitals were fine. But in a matter of minutes, when you got off the operating table, all of that changed, as dizziness and blurriness.

You tried to wave off Dottore's concern, observing your worsened state immediately, but your resistance was futile as your knees buckled, though your husband caught you before you could fall. Your skin was on fire, sapping away your strength as you couldn't even bring your hand up to stop your hacking and coughing. You try to speak but everything hurts far too much for you to muster your words, and you can barely process the muffled voices, footsteps against the floor, and hands running over your body (he must have called a few segments in too.) You pass out soon after, unable to see the blank look on Dottore's face, how his hands don't shake, how he is unfaltering and flawless in his steady work to counteract what he put in his body. Unable to see what only you can see - what he's really feeling underneath everything.

You don't wake up until a few days later, to which Dottore spent trying to figure out where he went wrong constructing this medication. If only he had been more careful, if he had run more tests, perhaps this may not have happened. Perhaps he wouldn't be the cause of your even weaker state. But even when you wake up, you just smile at him, assuring him that you're okay. You'd never blame him. Even though this was all this fault. He despises it sometimes, how you're so kind and forgiving. It's a weakness.

Sure, Dottore has a lot of work to be done, and having you around so much serves as a distraction to his work... but he'll let it slide. Just for a bit. At least it is a reminder to him that you're not permanently sleeping again.

Zandy, despite being left out of the loop many times, mostly due to your insistence that he not be burdened with your own troubles, can still sense something is wrong after a while. Yes, he's a child, but he's a rather smart one. And a very attentive one when it comes to his favorite person, you. He can see how much time you spend for "check-ups" with the segments and Prime now, far more than what it used to be... how you always look exhausted but force yourself to perk up and smile around him, assuring him you'll play with him "next time", even though numerous "next times" have passed. Zandy doesn't know the exact details, but that's okay, he can see what you're going through. So obviously he's going to try and make you smile! In the time he's not with you, he spends it doing all the things you like to do too. Drawing you two together of course, in a happy little house in Sumeru where the two of you play outside together all day with no worries! Maybe he even tried baking by himself to surprise you with something yummy (quickly stopped by a segment before he hurt himself or perhaps blew up the lab.) Maybe the child should take up sewing... maybe he can sew a little Puffttore squish ball for you! Oh, but you always told him to stay away from needles... well, it's okay if you don't find out until after the fact, right?

You were a scientist, he was a scientist aswell. You both have a passion for redstone, both of you caught each other eating redstone a few times.. Ok maybe more than a few, but anyway.

You both loved working on little projects together, they usually involve redstone.

During those projects, Tango liked to flirt with you randomly just to get a reaction out of you. He found it extremely cute whenever your fur poofed up everytime he had flirted with you, it made him laugh. He especially finds it cute whenever you start angrily pouting when he laughs at your fur poofing up a lot as you blush, he pats your head and gives you a kiss on the cheek. You immediately switch moods after he gives you a kiss.

You both like to give each other little kisses randomly, mostly during when you both are working together. It can be just a small little kiss on the lips or a kiss on the cheek.

Everytime Tango had to do something like working on a project involving redstone, he likes to have you in the same room or even helping him in anyway you can.

One day, you decided to scare the crap out of Tango being sneaking up on him.

"BOO!" You yelled as you pop out from the ceiling, Tango got extremely startled as he screamed and almost fell backwards. He was panting like crazy, you gave him a real fright. Meanwhile, you were just laughing so hard.

He glared at you for a moment which made you stop laughing, he then start laughing as he rolled his eyes.

"You're such a nuisance sometimes." He said, chuckling. You pouted at that, he brought you in a hug and patted your head.

"I'm kidding I'm kidding." He said, you hugged him back

"You're such a silly little raccoon." He said

"But you're my silly little raccoon that I love so much." He said smiling down at you lovingly, you smiled back at him.

"I love you too." you said back, Tango leaned in for a kiss. You 2 shared a soft yet loving kiss, once you pulled away you 2 couldn't stop smiling widely like idiots.

You then cuddled together for the rest of the day <33

The first thing you gotta know about Ace's sex life is that he's spoiled - he's needy, he's clingy, he'll get all up in your face for attention and even if you don't give it to him right away, Ace knows exactly how annoying to be to make you

Even as far as regular romantic interactions with you go, you're well aware that Ace acts cool but all he wants to do is be cuddled up in your lap or vice versa with you in his, utterly unable to keep his hands to himself when he offers that charming smile of 'apology' following a few inappropriate pinches here and there

Nothing and no where in situations where it would make you actually uncomfortable, though, he's here to be cute and have fun and if his partner's not feeling it then neither will he

The way they weave words together feels right out of a fairytale with this whimsical magic to it that gets me lost in the moment!!! i can’t help but get swept up in their beautiful prose!!! @dynamoprotocol BRO lowkey i remember being shocked when I saw he followed me. From the writing, the care to detail, the art, Clarissa/Chance’s development, the worldbuilding, AND he’s CHILL AS FUCK??? and you wanna follow ME dude??? for real though, i cant sing enough high praises!! @natterghast i stumbled upon her by chance and sooooooo happy i did <33 their ocs absolutely captivated me, each one has this cozy cosmic horror vibe that im? obsessed with?? AND THE WAY SHE WRITES IS SO GORGEOUS AND FULL OF MEANING AND CARE THEY PUT IN AND [wrattling the bars in my enclosure]

there are so many more i can shout out but i will have to cap it here since this post has gotten ... so long and i am now so sleepy. Genuinely though, everyone I follow and get to see pop up on my dash both makes me day and inspires me as a creative each and every time!!!

pet peeves/dealbreakers: the biggest ones for me rn are like … needlessly aggressive ooc attitudes, be it towards anons, in rules, in posts— esp if someone is flaunting about being mean i uh. have fun i guess? not for me.

Condescending rules, especially those geared towards oc’s, might even result in an insta-block from me. (i promise it’s okay to just say ur selective overall and leave it at that).

muse preference ( fluff, angst, smut ): I generally like to lean more into light-hearted & comedic stuff, esp when first interacting but cus it’s fun! Once I get comfy with my rp buds tho i do loooooove to get into the meat n potatoes— the drama, the action, THE DRAMA!!! <- but a nice balance is important to me!

if everything is doom n’ gloom all the time without either a break, some sort of bitter-sweetness, and/or light at the end of the tunnel— then The Dread™ starts to feel too much for me :0 that being said … horror is … so much fun too <3

plot or memes: memes are a life savior esp when it comes to breaking the ice— i wouldn’t be cookin’ up like. any of the delectable plots i got brewing in the dms without em >:0

long or short replies: BOTH! i tend to naturally lean towards longer replies, moreso because i always have A Lot To Say™️ but i love goofing around with shorter stuff <3

best time to write: if i had my way it’d be an hour or two after i wake up in the morning and made myself my fancy energy drink + did my n.eopets dailies 💕 i try to make sure i get one day off like this each weekend it’s so lovely. Otherwise, i try not to stress about it too much and do what i can. i want my rp buds to know i genuinely dont mind waiting for replies or anything and i think it starts with how you hold yourself to that same degree too

are you like your muse?: ooooo aren’t we all in some way? it’s important to sprinkle some part or facet of YOU into them, especially ocs!

i will say, Doc is far closer alike to me versus anyone else on this blog, esp when it comes to values! he’s just far more gung-ho that i could ever have the energy to be tho. also i hope im not as stubborn as him 💀
