The Power of a Perfect Fit: How Men's Designer Suits Have Evolved
Introduction:
The men’s designer suit — a timeless symbol of power, sophistication, and style. But its journey from horseback riding attire to the red-carpet runway is a fascinating exploration of fashion journeys, designer menswear, suit fashion history, and the ever-evolving two-piece suit. This blog delves into the rich tapestry woven by the suit, tracing its evolution from its classic roots to the contemporary suit designs that shape it today. We’ll explore the influence of iconic menswear designers, the enduring appeal of a well-crafted suit, and the innovations that continue to push the boundaries of menswear, with a special focus on the versatility of the two-piece suit.
Tumblr media
From Doublets to Dandyism: The Birth of the Suit
The origins of the modern suit can be traced back to 16th century Europe. Back then, men wore doublets and hose, a combination of a short jacket and fitted leggings. The evolution towards the suit began with the jerkin, a sleeveless jacket worn over the doublet. By the 17th century, the jerkin had elongated into a coat, paired with breeches (knee-length pants). This two-piece ensemble, the forerunner of the modern two-piece suit, was primarily worn by nobility and upper classes.
The Sartorial Influence of Tailoring
The 18th century witnessed the rise of the tailor, a skilled craftsman who created bespoke Outfits for individual clients. This era saw the development of key tailoring techniques, like padding shoulders and shaping waistlines, which gave birth to the structured suit silhouette we recognize today. The iconic three-piece suit, featuring a jacket, waistcoat, and Kurtas, also emerged during this period.
The Beau Brummell and the Birth of Bespoke
Beau Brummell, a British socialite of the early 19th century, became a legendary figure for his impeccable taste and influence on men’s fashion. He championed a clean-lined, tailored look, favoring muted colors and emphasizing high-quality fabrics. Brummell’s sartorial choices set the standard for bespoke tailoring, which focused on creating suits, including two-piece suits, that perfectly complemented a man’s physique.

The Industrial Revolution and Ready-to-Wear
The 19th century saw a major shift with the Industrial Revolution. The invention of sewing machines led to the rise of ready-to-wear clothing, making suits, including the more affordable two-piece suit option, more accessible to the middle class. However, bespoke tailoring remained a symbol of luxury and status for the elite.
The 20th Century: A Catwalk of Innovation
The 20th century witnessed a dynamic evolution of the suit, including the two-piece suit. The early decades saw bolder patterns and looser fits, reflecting a changing social landscape. World War I spurred a preference for more practical styles, with wider lapels and double-breasted jackets gaining popularity. The post-war era brought back a focus on elegance, epitomized by the sharp, single-breasted suits favored by Hollywood icons like Cary Grant and Fred Astaire.
The Rise of Iconic Designers and the Two-Piece Suit
The mid-20th century saw the rise of iconic menswear designers who revolutionized menswear, including the two-piece suit. Coco Chanel, known for her pioneering women’s designs, also influenced men’s fashion with her boxy jackets and relaxed silhouettes, impacting the design of the casual two-piece suit. Christian Dior, on the other hand, introduced the “New Look” in 1947, featuring a cinched waist and fuller skirt for women. This concept translated into a more fitted and accentuated suit style for men, impacting both three-piece suits and two-piece suits.
Tumblr media
The Peacock Revolution and Beyond: A Celebration of Two-Piece Suits
The latter half of the 20th century saw a further diversification of the suit, including the ever-popular two-piece suit. The “Peacock Revolution” of the 1960s brought vibrant colors, bold patterns, and wider lapels, reflecting a more flamboyant and expressive era. This movement particularly embraced the stylish two-piece suit as a canvas for self-expression. Italian tailors like Armani and Versace championed a softer, more relaxed approach to tailoring, impacting the design of the modern two-piece suit. Meanwhile, designers like Yves Saint Laurent blurred the lines between masculine and feminine styles, even influencing the design of the two-piece suit.
The Modern Suit: A Blend of Tradition and Innovation in Two-Piece Options
Continuing our exploration of the suit’s evolution, let’s delve deeper into the world of modern designer and men’s designer suits, with a particular focus on the versatile two-piece suit.
Classic with a Twist: Timeless Appeal of the Tailored Two-Piece Suit
Classic styles with subtle updates in fit and fabric continue to hold their own. Modern tailors understand the enduring appeal of a well-crafted tailored two-piece suit. By incorporating high-quality fabrics with a subtle sheen or a modern weave, designers elevate the classic silhouette. A touch of contemporary flair might come in the form of a narrower lapel or a slightly slimmer fit through the body. These designer two-piece suits are perfect for formal occasions, business meetings, or special events, offering a timeless elegance that never goes out of style.
Tumblr media
The Rise of Comfort and Innovation: Modern Two-Piece Suit Trends
Modern trends lean towards slimmer cuts, offering a more contemporary aesthetic. This doesn’t necessarily mean sacrificing comfort. Many designers are incorporating innovative materials like technical fabrics that are breathable, wrinkle-resistant, and offer a comfortable stretch. These advancements allow for a slim-fit two-piece suit that still allows for freedom of movement, perfect for the modern man on the go.
A Canvas for Individuality: The Stylish Two-Piece Suit
The beauty of the two-piece suit lies in its versatility. It can be a canvas for expressing your unique style. Play with bold patterns for a statement look, or opt for textured fabrics for added visual interest. A well-chosen designer two-piece suit can be dressed up with a crisp dress shirt and tie for a formal event, or dressed down with a knit sweater and loafers for a more relaxed look. This adaptability makes the two-piece suit a valuable addition to any man’s wardrobe.
Finding Your Perfect Fit: Affordable Two-Piece Suits and Bespoke Tailoring
Men’s designer suits can be a significant investment, but there are options for every budget. Many brands offer a range of affordable two-piece suits that are well-made and stylish. However, for the ultimate in fit and personalization, consider bespoke tailoring. A skilled tailor can create a custom two-piece suit that perfectly complements your body type and style preferences.

A Tailored Journey: The Evolution of Men’s Designer Suits, Including the Timeless Three-Piece Suit
The men’s designer suit — a timeless symbol of power, sophistication, and style. This blog delves into the rich history of the suit, tracing its evolution from its classic roots to the contemporary suit designs that shape it today. We’ve explored the influence of iconic menswear designers and the ever-popular two-piece suit, but the story isn’t complete without acknowledging the enduring elegance of the three-piece suit.
The Three-Piece Suit: A Symbol of Elegance
The three-piece suit, featuring a jacket, waistcoat, and trousers, emerged in the 18th century as the epitome of formal menswear. The waistcoat, also known as a vest, added an extra layer of sophistication and formality to the ensemble. This three-piece suit was primarily worn by nobility and upper classes, signifying status and wealth.
The Power of Three: Maintaining its Relevance
While the two-piece suit has gained popularity in recent years for its versatility, the three-piece suit retains its power to command attention. Here’s why:
Undeniable Formality:The three-piece suit remains the undisputed king of formal attire. For weddings, black-tie events, or important business meetings, the added layer of the waistcoat elevates your look to a whole new level of sophistication.
Structured Silhouette:The waistcoat helps create a clean and structured silhouette, making the wearer appear taller and more statuesque. This is particularly beneficial for men who want to add some definition to their frame.
Endless Refinement:The classic three-piece suit offers a platform for refined details. From contrasting waistcoat fabrics to subtle pocket square additions, you can personalize your look while maintaining an air of timeless elegance.
Tumblr media
Modern Interpretations: The Three-Piece Suit Evolves
The modern three-piece suit has adapted to contemporary sensibilities. Designers are experimenting with slimmer cuts, lighter fabrics, and even bolder patterns for a more fashion-forward approach. However, the core principles of formality and structure remain, ensuring the three-piece Georgette Jodhpuri Suit stays relevant for the modern gentleman.
Choosing Your Perfect Suit: Two-Piece or Three-Piece?
Ultimately, the choice between a two-piece Italian Tuxedo Suit and a three-piece suit depends on the occasion and your personal style. The two-piece suit offers a versatile and contemporary option, while the three-piece suit exudes undeniable formality and timeless elegance.
No matter your preference, a well-crafted suit, whether a two-piece or a three-piece, is an investment piece that will elevate your wardrobe and leave a lasting impression. So, embark on your tailored journey, explore the world of designer menswear, and discover the perfect suit that reflects your unique personality.

Can you please explain what you meant by clothes not being meant for black men's bodies?
Much like how many black women are not built like the idealized body white clothing designers think are "ideal range", neither are black men. (And it's my personal experience that black women, whether cis or trans, usually have exponentially better luck shopping specifically at stores/within brands who cater to and are run by black women- prior to transitioning the clothes that fit me the best in the women's section were black brands or from black stores, and I know this is true for a significant portion of the women in my family as well as most of my black trans friends who are women or shop the women's)
Not in a "black men are intrinsically different from white men" manner but in a "clothing designers in this country are by and large looking at a eurocentric idealized standard that many white people don't even qualify for let alone black people whose measurements are even less likely to match up with said eurocentric standards"
I am the only black person in my family that can easily shop clothes without trying them on or ordering specifically from custom stores or black-owned businesses. Everyone else, regardless of gender, cannot.

let me know what you guys think🤍
Tumblr media
April 2022
I moved to Vancouver 2 weeks ago for work even though I can work from home. I wanted a change so I decided to move. I'm a clothing designer. I started the summer before I started going to university. It was hard trying to juggle a clothing brand and university at the same time especially since i was doing extra classes during summer since i wanted to be able to finish a semester earlier so i could go back home for summer & be settled in Vancouver for when i come back in September, but i was able to make it work.
When I first started I would only make 1 shirt in all sizes and sell them, it took a while to be able to make money off it, but now the clothing company is doing really well, It’s an online clothing store. I sell both Women & Men clothes from comfy to fancy.
I’ve always wanted to open my own store and I thought Vancouver would be perfect for that, most of my buyers are from canada.
I was born in Plymouth Michigan, i grew up in a lake house, my parent’s love it here, so do i, during winter my dad, my older brother and i would go skating on the lake, it’s one of my favorite things to do during the winter, during summertime we would go on boat rides almost every day.
I went to the University of Michigan, I graduated in June, it was the best 3 and a half years, now I'm on a new chapter of my life. I
I am still getting used to Vancouver. I don’t really know where everything is yet, it’s only been 5 days and i can work on my own time as long as i meet my deadlines, so i’ve been walking around Vancouver. It was a pretty chilly day but it wasn’t too bad. We are now at the end of April.
It took a while before moving here to look for an apartment, And to get everything settled since I’m American i needed to apply for a work visa, it took a while before i was accepted.
I finally found a cute coffee shop so I made my way inside and in line to order. I looked at the menu to see what I should order. Once I decided to go with (favorite coffee order) the line was shorter and it was only a cute guy in front of me and I.
When I finally ordered, I made my way to the pick up station. The cute guy got his drink before me and walked out. I got my drink a second later and left the coffee shot. I started walking back to my apartment since I still have some unpacking to do.
I’m walking and looking around me, Vancouver is truly a beautiful city. I looked in front of me and saw the cute guy was going in the same direction. He looks familiar but I can't figure out why.
I saw him getting in the same apartment building I live in, maybe he lives there too. I made my way inside to see the elevator doors about to close. The guy looked up from his phone and saw I was walking that way, so he put his hand to stop the doors from closing.
I smiled as I walked in and stood next to him, to see he selected the same floor as I live on.
“Thanks for holding the door,” I said thankfully.
“No problem,” he said. He looked so serious like he didn’t have any emotion in the fact that i said thank you.
“I’m yn” i said
“Quinn” he replied before looking down at his phone.
He looked pretty tired, maybe that’s why he doesn’t seem to want to talk. But so am I, so I can't judge.
The doors opened on our floor and we both started walking to our apartments. We are both going the same direction.
Once he stopped at his place, I stopped at mine which was the one next to him.
How have i not noticed him till today, since i’ve been here, it looked like no one lived there.
I saw him look at me before he opened the door. I looked at him as we made eye contact for a second.
“See you around neighbor” i told him smiling before walking in my Apartment and closing the door behind me.
I really hope I see him again. I smiled before continuing to unpack my stuff.
Tumblr media
1 week later, May 2022
I finished packing my suitcase to bring back home with me. I was finally able to finish unpacking the furniture and everything else in this apartment so I thought I would finally go back home, since it’s warmer there right now then it is in Vancouver.
I made sure everything was turned off and made my way out of the apartment with my suitcase. As soon as I locked my door, Quinn opened his and got out with his suitcase. Looks like I'm not the only one who seems to be leaving Vancouver.
I made my way to the elevator and I saw him do the same. I made sure to wait before pressing the lobby button.
“Thanks” he mumbled
“ no problem… Are you going to Vancouver?” I ask him, trying to make conversation.
He looked at me confused for a minute, before he shook his head.
“Going to see friends and family” he replied
“That’s always nice,” I say. All he did was nod, I guess he’s not one for conversation.
We both got out of the elevator and made our way outside, i had ordered an uber so that I wouldn't have to wait. It looks like Quinn did the same thing. Once my suitcase was in the trunk the driver started making his way to the airport.
I texted my parents to let them know I was on my way to the airport.
I got my bags checked in and made my way to my area. I found a spot where no one was sitting and sat down. My flight is only boarding in an hour but I like coming here earlier in case it’s ever busy.
I saw that my brother had texted me, he’s only 1 year older than me, he's 23 but he’s my best friend.
Big bro
Yo, are you on your way yet?
I chuckled, of course he’s impatient
Me
Just got my bags checked in, we are only boarding the plane in an hour
Big bro
Please hurry, I miss you!
Big bro
Also before i forget, apparently the hughes brothers bought the lake house next to us that was for sale, i met one of them yesterday and some of his friends they all play pro hockey, one of the brothers plays for Vancouver, Jack said he should be getting in today & the ones i met are really cool, they’re around are age, so looks like we’ll have a fun summer🤪
Me
Oh good, at least it’s not another older couple who would complain every time we try to throw a party when mom and dad go away for the 4th of July😂 & wtf obviously i heard about then you idiot, kinda hard not to when we both went to a school where a bunch of hockey players went to. Also I met the youngest Luke at university, Nick introduced me to the freshman at the beginning of the year.
Big bro
I know right😂 oh cool then i guess you’ll know one of them! Anyways see you soon kid!
Me
See ya!
I smiled, hopefully I won't be stuck hanging out with a bunch of idiots the whole summer, but at least we aren’t the only ones our age.
I was scrolling through instagram. In the corner of my eye I saw someone sitting in one of the seats in front of me.
I looked up and saw Quinn, looking like he’s going to Michigan.
He looked up at me so I smiled.
When it was finally time to board the plane, I went and sat in my seat. I'm thankful that i got the window seat, a few seconds later Quinn sat down in the seat next to me.
“Looks like we’re both going to the same place” I said.
He just nodded.
I looked back at him with a small smirk, I have a feeling that I’ll probably annoy him on the flight.
“You’re not much of a talker, are you?” I said teasing him, every time i try and talk to him, he looks like he ins’t interested in talking to me.
“Not really, do you need something from me? i’m not interested, okay, i get enough people trying to get with me just because of who i am i don’t need to have one who’s going to try the whole plane ride back to michigan” he said a little annoyed.
That was rude, why would he think I wanted anything from him… then it struck me that’s why he looked so familiar when i first met him. He’s the guy my brother told me about the brother who plays for Vancouver. He’s Quinn Hughes. He’s also Luke's older brother. How the hell did I not figure this out earlier? Luke told me that his oldest brother played for Vancouver, I just didn’t think he would be my neighbor and having him hate me.
Once I made the connection my eyes widened.
Quinn rolled his eyes.
“See you clearly know who i am, so just leave me alone” he said annoyed.
I scoffed.
“Don’t be so full of yourself, Luke’s my favorite anyways. I also didn’t recognize you until now, not everyone is going to recognize who you are. I’m also guessing you’re going to the lake house you and Jack just bought right?” I said. He’s pissing me off, and since he doesn’t know we are going to be neighbors or that I know Luke, I thought I would creep him out a little bit.
His eyes widened when I said that.
“Omg are you some kind of stalker?” He said in disgust.
I chuckled at his expression, he looks really creeped out right now.
“Not a stalker but according to my brother who met Jack yesterday we are about to be neighbor’s… again.” I said
“I’m sorry… what?”
“Oh My brother texted me earlier turns out you and jack bought the lake house right next to my parents house, looks like we’ll see each other a lot this summer” i said smirk
I heard him curse under his breath.
“You better not go anywhere near our house,” he said.
“that’s funny because i can promise the second Luke sees me, he’s going to invite me over”
“Like hell he is” he said laughing like there was no way that would ever happen.
“I don’t care if you guys play hockey, i’m going to go after you just because of fame or money. And Just so you know, I already know luke. I met him in September when he started at Michigan since I'm friends with Blanks. He's a good kid, i would help tutor him with calculus, i think of him as a little brother, same with the other younger guys. I even met your mom for fuck sakes and she was nicer than you are right now” i said,
I could see a look of regret on his face. He sighed.
“Look i’m sorry okay, a lot of people try to get along just because of who I am , same with my brothers. Can we start over?” He asked.
He looked sincere, and I nodded, i know my brother will most likely hang out with them a lot this summer, so we should probably get along.
“I’d like that” i said
He smiled
“I’m quinn hughes, it’s nice to meet you” he said
“I’m Y/n Y/L/N, it’s nice to meet you too” i said.
We ended up getting to know each other for the rest of the flight. I told him about what I studied at university and what I do, along with a few funny stories about Luke and some of the other freshmen. He told me about hockey and his family. It was nice actually talking to him, and I really hope we can be friends since we are neighbors in Vancouver and now in Michigan.
Tumblr media
Michigan
When our flight landed we made our way out, and went to baggage claim.
I texted my brother to let him know, he said he was waiting with Jack and Luke since both Quinn and I were on the same flight.
“Looks like my brother is waiting with yours” I told Quinn as we started looking for them.
“I see Jack, come on,” he said. I followed him to our brothers
When my brother saw me, he pulled me in a hug, making me laugh.
“I miss you too Y/B/N” i said
“Y/N” Luke said when he saw me and pulled me in a hug.
“Hey Luke” I chuckle.
“You guys already know each other?” Jack asked, confused.
Luke let go of me and looked at jack.
“Yeah, she’s friends with blanks, he introduced us in the beginning of the year, she’s also the reason why i passed calculus, thanks for tutoring me by the way” he said
“How did she tutor you if she lives in Vancouver?” Jack asked again, you could tell he was so lost, it was funny.
“I’ve only been living in Vancouver for 2 weeks now, i graduated from university of Michigan after Christmas” I said and he nodded.
“Oh make sense, and you’ve met quinn?”
“Turns out we’re neighbors in Vancouver” quinn answered, i smiled at him.
Our brothers started laughing.
“What are the fucking chances” luke said
“Yeah seriously, now you’re also neighbors here” my brother said
“I know right,” I said.
“Let’s get going” quinn said impatient
“Yeah, yeah let’s get grumpy,” Jack said.
Quinn rolled his eyes at him which made me laugh.
We made our way to the car and Jack drove us to the lake house.
Jack parked in his driveway and we all made our way to the trunk.
My brother took my suitcase before Jack turned to look at us.
“I don’t know what your plans are today, but we are having a bonfire tonight, you two are both welcome to join us” he said smiling.
“Thanks jack, that sounds fun” i said
My brother nodded.
“Yeah man we’ll be there” my brother said
“Great, then we’ll see you guys tonight”
“Blanks and a few other wolverines are here by the way, I won’t tell them, you’ll be able to surprise them” luke told me. I smiled and nodded before my brother and i made our way to our house.
As soon as we got in the house my parents hugged me.
I talked to them about Vancouver and how Quinn was my neighbor there and now here which made them laugh.
Then I went up to my room to unpack. By the time I was done it was 6:30 p.m. so I went to take a shower since I was all sweaty. Once I was done I got dressed in some Black Lululemon gym shorts and my blue Michigan hoodie.
My dad made food on the grill for dinner so I made my way down to eat since it’s already 7:30 and I am starting.
I sat down at the island counter on the chair and my mom gave me a plate.
“Thanks mom,” I said smiling.
“No problem honey” she said, placing a kiss on my cheek.
“When you’re done eating we’ll go next door. Jack said they started the fire even though it’s still light out, and you can bring alcohol if you want or he said they have a lot so we should be good.” My brother told me.
“I think you still have some (favorite alcoholic drink) in the fridge from before you left for Vancouver, bring it with you if you go” my mom said before making her way to the living room with my dad.
I finished eating so I put my plate in the dishwasher and looked in the fridge for the drinks my mom was talking about and there were still 6 of them so I put them in a bag. My brother and I made our way next door.
I saw Blanks was standing with his back to me talking with Luke. Luke saw me but I told him not to say anything. I gave my bag to my brother and ran up and jumped on his back.
“What the hell!” blanks screeched.
I laughed.
“Surprise!” I said before getting down.
“Yn?” He was surprised to see me. I nodded before he gave me a hug.
“I live next door '' I said happily, a big smile made its way on his face.
“This is about to be the best summer ever” he replied, making me laugh.
“Want to know what funny blanks she’s our neighbor here, and she’s quinn’s neighbor in Vancouver” Luke told him and i rolled my eyes, with a smile.
Nick let out a gasp.
“For real? Oh that’s awesome, like seriously what are the chances” he said
“I know right, also Luke, are you going to tell everyone?” I ask, chuckling.
Luke nodded, smiling.
“Everyone has to know” he said, like it’s the most obvious thing ever. He walked away leaving me alone with blanks.
“So, how is it like living next to Quinn?” He asked, smirking.
I rolled my eyes.
“Oh shut up” I replied, he laughed.
“No but seriously, how is it?”
“Fine i guess, he’s pretty quiet, but he kinda hated me until we got on the flight and sat next to each other, he thought i was some crazy fan” i said and nick burst out laughing i didn’t even know if he could breathe.
“What’s so funny?”
“Let me guess, you were nice and always tried to make conversation with him?”
“Yeah…” I said and he shocked his head.
“That’s what a hockey player with think most of the time when a beautiful girl tries to talk to him and especially if you see him everywhere and end up on the same plane as him, he’s gonna think you’re following him, it’s just an instinct” nick said
“Yeah i know, but i really didn’t recognize him until after my brother told me about them buying the house next door to me and then accusing me of wanting something from him, then i saw the resemblance to Luke, so i kinda creeped him out a bit about telling him i knew exactly where he was going “ i said and nick chuckled.
“Of course you did… Quinn is a good guy though so i don’t doubt you guys won’t become friends… or maybe even more than friends” he said smirking.
I pushed him back.
“Oh shut up, let’s go see everyone else” I said, laughing.
We made our way to everyone else. Blanks introduced me to the guys. They all sound really nice.
We sat around the fire and drank, the guys were sharing funny stories. Nick told the story about how Quinn and I met. I put my hands on my face to hide the embarrassment. The guys laughed
“Seriously Quinn?” Luke asked
“Look sorry but you never told me about her” Quinn replied.
We continued talking and sharing stories for the rest of the night. Some of the guys had already made their way inside to go to bed since it was late. My brother had gone back home, now it was only Quinn, blanks and i.
“I’m going to head up to bed before I pass out here” Blanks told us, making me chuckle.
“Good night blanks,” I said.
“Good night you two,” he said, smirking. I’ve known him for 4 years, he’s totally up to something.
“I should probably head to bed too, I don't want to be too tired tomorrow” I said, yawning.
Quinn turned to me and smiled.
“What?” I ask giggling.
“If I ask you on a date, would you say yes?” He asked, making me smile.
“I would,” I said blushing.
“Well, yn would you like to go on a date with me tomorrow night?”
“ i would love to” i said smiling
“Perfect, I'll pick you up at 6:30 p.m.” he said and I smiled.
We said goodbyes and I made my way home.
Once I got into bed, I fell asleep with the biggest smile on my face.

September 2022
Going on that date with Quinn was the best decision I could have made. It went really well that we went on 3 more dates until he finally asked me to be his girlfriend.
We spent as much time as we could together this summer. When the guys found out we were dating they laughed since Luke had told everyone what happened when Quinn and I first met.
We have been in Vancouver for a little bit now, Quinn came back in August for training camp, i got back last week. I know how hockey season can be, but I also know Quinn and I will make it work. We’ll be seeing each other a lot since we are neighbors.
Quinn had practice this morning but he told me last night that he would come by after lunch.
He’s been stressed lately, he hopes he can have a better season than last year, i don’t blame him.
It’s now 12 p.m. when I heard the door open.
“Babe, I'm here and I brought food,” I heard quinn.
“I’m in the kitchen,” I replied.
He made his way around the corner and smiled when he saw me.
“Hey beautiful” he said, making me blush.
He chuckled, he put the food on the counter and came over to me and kissed me. When we pulled away our forehead touched each other. I looked at his eyes to see he was doing the same.
“I love you” I said happily.
“I love you more” he replied before leaning in and kissing me again.
Being with him, nothing could make me happier.

The Most Handsome Man
Type- One-Shot! (First one of model!h so yay!)
Verse- Model!Harry x Fashion Designer!Y/n
Word Count- 2.02k
Warnings- Smut... and oh, this is not proofread. Heheh
A/N- I'm so sorry (or am I?) for not completing the last scene lmaoo
Silence fell after all the cheering for Harry's 'iconic model walk' at the 2023 Versace Spring collection for men. He had been wearing a pink shirt, fully unbuttoned with nothing on under it, and a pair of sheer white pants on his bottom half. Everyone had raved about how no one, no one but Harry, could pull off that outfit and steal the whole show.
The one clip of him taking a turn to the left of the runway and winking at the camera filming him from a lower level with his infamous lopsided grin had everyone drooling on the floor. It was reposted again and again on all of the social media apps, quickly becoming viral all over the internet.
"Well, Y/n. Enough about Harry, it's been more than 15 minutes talking about him, it's your turn now." Graham said, narrowing his eyes when Y/n mouthed 'Oh no'.
"How do you feel about Harry walking for another brand, wearing clothes designed by another designer?" he asked, leaning on the arm of his couch as if ready for a statement that he could use to spice up the interview.
"He really pulled it off damn well, obviously. The show was marvellous, the clothes absolutely stunning and the models killed it!" Y/n replied, realizing how disappointing that must have been for the media. "And, Harry hasn't like ...signed up a contract to walk only for Gucci and wear clothes designed only by me, you know? Like whatever he does, he absolutely puts his best into it, so it doesn't really matter who he is walking for until he decides to perform partiality and walk like a god for one show and bad for another" she finished, joining everyone else with the laughter.
She glanced at Harry once, just for some validation for what she said and immediately released the tension from her shoulders the moment he passed her that damn smile.
Graham passed her a 'well done' smile, sighing and letting out a "Hmm, nice."
He shuffled the question cards in his hands and almost in no time his head shot up with his brows raised so high that Harry and Y/n just knew that whatever was coming couldn't be so nice for them. It was, no doubt, everytime a question the answer to which could get them dragged if they were to answer it wrong
"I totally forgot about this!" He shrieked, chuckling a little what seemed like evilly. "Y/n," he dragged her name, looking at her with a playful expression that made the crowd laugh again.
She couldn't help but quickly go over everything that he could've found out about in her brain. With a straight posture, she let out a tense chuckle, adding to the humour unintentionally.
"Harry, here, is a well know good-looking young man, everyone knows that. But this week, he has been named the most handsome man! His face almost corresponds with the ancient geek measurement for perfect beauty and proportion. It's called the golden triangle, you see," Graham went off, not really showing where he is going with this.
Clearing his throat, he continued. "So tell me, y/n, what is it like to be dating the most handsome man in the world?" He asked and the crowd roared with hoots, cheers, and laughter.
Oh, it wasn’t as hard of a question as they were expecting.
Harry hid his face behind his hands, pretending to be blushing hard while kicking his feet.
"Umm... it's definitely hard because he's a narcissist. And, now it's pretty safe to say I'll forever hate you for telling him this and blowing his ego off the roof," looking at Harry she grinned. "But it's nice too, he's a lovely fella," she added, nodding along with Graham.
"Leave her, Harry. She doesn't understand how extraordinary you are!"
"Oh yeah, but Graham totally does! If you take any advice from me, H, let it be this one- choose Graham," Y/n said in a faux serious tone, patting Hary's knee while looking towards the crowd, breaking out laughing when Graham too pretended to blush.
"Oh stop it, you. We know you had him at 'H'," he waved her off, looking at Harry who had his hand over his heart.
"Okay everyone, this interview has been going on for more than 30 minutes now," Graham panicked looking at his watch. "Please say a huge thanks to my guests tonight, Mr. Harry Styles and Ms. Y/n Y/ln!"
"Now what should they say, Harry?"
"They should subscribe to this channel."
"There you go, thank you."
The crowd cheered for them as they bid their goodbyes and left the stage. At the back, both hugged Graham, everyone in a hurry due to the unexpected delay. "I just can't keep up with time around you two," he said, laughing as he hurried somewhere else.
Y/n knew something was off when Harry didn't act much about being the most handsome man as they were being escorted out of the building to their car. Then, on the way, sleep overtook her. Not being a morning person and having to wake up at 5 in the morning over that was not something she could cover up with caffeine.
It was when they were nearing their home that she woke up. Something stopped her from raising her hand, turning to see she felt something heavy on her preventing her from moving even.
Just tilting her head, she smiled at the sight. Harry had intertwined their hands as his body had fallen onto hers, his head on her shoulders with his lips parted.
Thinking about all the stuff she had to do, she forgot about his tiredness. With all the shows he had done the past week, and then having to proceed with a meeting every single day and even online interviews, he hadn't even had the time to relax other than just straight up passing out the moment his head would hit the pillow.
He looked so calm that she didn't wanna wake him but the car turned in the driveway and she raised her other hand to tap his cheek. "Wake up, darling," she spoke slowly, lingering her finger near his open mouth to wake him faster.
It made her laugh, how he smacked her finger away before blinking his eyes open. "Hello there," she greeted him, feeling a lot better after her nap.
But he grunted in return, slumping down further on her.
"We are home, H. C'mon, you can go back to sleep once we're in," she said as she opened her door and dragged him along with her.
Quickly, she appreciated the driver, wishing him a good night as Harry rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, walking towards the door slowly. "I really want to have a drink, my head hurts like it's been hit so hard," he mumbled as Y/n caught with him with her heels in her hands.
"It was probably hit hard when you were a child, considering you are pretty dumb now," she laughed, making a face at him when he clicked her on the head.
After some fumbling for the keys and failing more than thrice because Harry wouldn't stop pressing small pecks of kisses here and there on the skin that was exposed and near to him, Y/n finally pushed the door open and pretended to bang Harry on the head.
"Dear God! You will accidentally kill me someday!" He claimed, laughing when she almost wheezed while clutching her stomach. "We haven't even had a drink and you already seem drunk," he mumbled as he took off his shoes.
He walked on behind her while taking off his suit, swinging it over his arm as she was already onto pouring their drinks. She didn't need to ask what he wanted, it was always the same. Whiskey. And he knew what she'd take- white wine, no questions asked.
It was fitted in her system, that white wine freshened her up. No one knows where that came from, it just does.
Y/n passed him his glass, filled with some ice and his drink, and came to stand just opposite him with her arms on the countertop, just like his. "Cheers," she mumbled and took her first sip.
It wasn't long before they both finished their drinks and went to pour some more, sharing a guilty glance.
One drink turned into another and the distance between them began to decrease enough to make them buzz with some sort of excitement. Then the slurs turned into their mouths moving in sync as one pushed another's clothes off.
Her hair curtained their faces from one side as he picked her up, wrapping her legs around his hips. He climbed the stairs knowing there was a hundred percent chance they could topple over just because of the force they were enforcing on each other. His hands hungrily moved on her body and her hands tangled their fingers in his locks.
Turning on his heels to push open the bedroom door by his back, his feet carried them straight to the bed. Their mouths parted then, her chest heaving quickly as she lay on the bed, seemingly not sensing the importance of breathing while going for the side of his neck.
But Harry rose up just as her lips settled on his skin, chuckling sweetly at her confusion and look of helplessness.
He dropped down on his knees, on the cold hard ground.
Looking up at her as if she were a goddess, he cupped her knees and pushed them farther away from each other. The slight hint of her smell alone snatched his focused gaze from her confirming eyes, to where her drenched panties covered her center.
Pupils darkening with each passing second, Harry placed his hand on her lower tummy, pushing down so that her hips slip, and her throbbing core grows nearer to him. "So fuckin' wet," he said in a voice so soft, and yet it sounded like a taunt.
A lopsided grin stretched out on his lips and carved out one of his dimples as raised his head up once more to take in her expression. Her eyes showered him in praise and begged him to go on, but her breath just hitched. He could tell she hadn't yet started breathing again as his cold hand started crawling up her knee, slipping up higher and closer with each drag of his palm.
His hungry fingers tapped and walked on her skin like a smooth metal ball bouncing up and down her body after slipping down from one's hand. Just as he hooked his finger on her panties elastic line, her thumb hooked itself on the other side and started pushing the thin clothing down. "Ow!" She exclaimed in a voice lower than a whisper when he slapped her hand away, clearly not expecting such harshness from the man who usually lays underneath her every time they're high on lust.
"Don't do that again," he told her, almost frowning, before pulling the clothing down her legs in a rush he's never had before.
Inhaling deeply, he hooked his arms under her knees and pushed them up till his hands reached her boobs and the elbows just a tad above her hips. A small crisscross of his two limbs and she was flipped on her stomach.
"Oh ...my god, H," she gasps, a chuckle leaving her mouth followed by a trembling breath.
"Raise that ass for me, please," he asked her politely, waiting for her to oblige and let her ass rest in front of his sharp V-line. Smirking in contentment when she slowly, but surely, did so. He landed a quick slap to her asscheek before he turned and rested his back on the curve at the end of the bed, quickly hooking his arms around her thighs.
He wanted to taste her first, just like she mostly does. "Ah, fuck," she shuddered as his tongue swiped between her puffy lips, separating them.
"So tell me, darling," he said, replacing his tongue with his thumb. "What's it like... having the most handsome man between your legs?"

Loving your new yandere set 2! I’m back again to ask a question for all the men (yandere set 1)
What would be each yanderes’ ideal outfit/clothing style they’d want to dress up their darling in? (Basically if the yandere had full control and decision making over their darling’s wardrobe from now on)
For example…casual outfit, fancy formal, the yandere man’s own clothing, etc. Or is there a specific piece/accessory that’d make them go wild like high heels, oversized shirt, sundress, etc.?
Also, will you do the same asks I’ve sent in before with the yandere set 2 once they’re completed? (Ranking as fathers, how they’d behave if their child/ren were yanderes, dream date…any other I missed that I sent in?)
Thanks as always, you’re the best! And I hope school is still going ok for you!
Yandere! Men and their Choice of Outfit for You
Heyya! Well, about the choice to make the second set of Yanderes with the same question. Not gonna lie, it sounds exhausting 😭 maybe if I felt like it, I will do it!
Tumblr media
YAN! ARTIST
Arlen wants to matchy-match with you, so he definitely would pick soft light academia looks. Cardigans, sweaters, a-line skirts, pants, with boots, loafers or kitten heels. Then a small, statement pin of a palette on you and him!
He will go crazy though if you wore his paint apron with nothing underneath. Let's just say you won't walk straight for some days if you did that. He'll paint you with his colors if you do that, that's for sure *wink
YAN! DRAGON
Lavish outfits just for you, his royal partner. Silk, satin, cotton of the highest quality, velvet, with golds and jewels to decorate your sacred royal body. And, he'll pluck a scale from his body and give it to a smith to create jewel out of it just for you. Vincent will personally put it on your neck. Then suddenly, the other jewels seems so insignificant...
Yet, he goes crazy whenever you will only wear a robe on your body. God, just seeing you teasingly show off skin to your dragon husband is enough to warrant his want to breed you. And that's like... Everyday.
YAN! THEATER ACTOR
Ignatius would want to match cosplays with you of roles and plays he was in. May it be from Waitress, Heathers, Ride the Cyclone, Dear Evan Hansen, Wicked... This man will conjure casual cosplays with you. Of course, not the costume and outfit itself, but like a casual iteration of it if warranted.
But, his most favorite is seeing you in outfits that he wore and that his character dons. Not the leading lady/man, but that character itself. Let's say, if you wore the JD costume that he wore too, he'll perform Dead Girl Walking all night with you.
YAN! BUTLER
Well, with Zero... In the earlier stages, he would be adamant of choosing outfits that you won't wear. So he'll still clothe you in noble clothes.
But once Zero has developed his own tastes, he'll want to see you in a maid outfit. Yes, even if you're masculine presenting. Something that's remotely lower than his personal butler status. He will have a field day watching you fluster and order you around for a change. And it will end up in a weird power dynamic that both of you will end up wanting for more.
YAN! SUGAR DADDY
Rowan loves seeing you in all of these high end clothes. No, not branded clothes that you can easily see from malls. No, definitely not that. But clothes from runways? Clothes that are exclusive from Fashion Week that has only a handful of copies? Outfits from fashion designers with fees so high it makes a person weep? Yeah. Those. It displays his raw money and prestige. And seeing them on your body is like owning you completely <3
Nothing beats it though if you incorporate his clothes with yours. Like you made his shirt as your dress with a belt on the waist to wear on dates or outings? Let's say that the both of you aren't gonna go to the outing after all.
YAN! JOCK
He will still clothe you on your normal clothes. He liked it that way. He doesn't remotely care about dressing you in clothes he likes, but buying clothes of your taste but with a higher quality is something he will like immensely.
But, if you wear Damon's letterman jacket though... He'll get so pumped and suddenly, with you cheering on the bleachers with his jacket on, he's scoring points left and right. And when he inevitably wins, he'll have his celebratory win with doing his ways with you. Interpret that as how you like lol
YAN! ASSASSIN
You, in formal clothes, but with harnesses? How does that work? You don't know. But he makes it work really well. He loves seeing you in these corporate attires but with touches of his own tastes on your body. And, harnesses are restricting. Like he's restraining you, owning you, making a statement that you're his.
Although, he has twisted tastes though. If he just came from a mission a bloody mess? Let's say goodbye to the clothes you're wearing that day, and that you're gonna spend the rest of the day washing off blood from your body. Yeah, he's into that.
YAN! EX-BOYFRIEND
Lee would love to wear you in casual coquette clothes. He thinks it would look cute on you. And he's right! It fits so much with how amazing on you. And then, he would make you wear other styles too! Academia, cottage, even cyber. He will make it up to you by showering you with gifts of clothes that he knew will look good on you no matter the style.
He will go crazy if you did tropical stuff though. Tropical gyaru, beach core, sailor outfits... He's a sweating mess when he's watching you in that swimming outfit and it's not even hot out (The beach traumatized him and he's coping it in a somehow healthy way).
YAN! COWBOY
Is it obvious? Cowboy clothes all the way! Flared jeans, patterns, flannels, boots, he will have a field day deciding on a buckle for your belt. He loves seeing you in clothes from his daily life. It made it feel like you're integrating yourself for him (despite the clothes being his choice and not yours lol)
And this one is also obvious. His cowboy hat on you will never fail to make him excited in one way or another. If you wear it by yourself whenever you're doing the deed? Get ready. His stamina just increased tenfold and you will be needing a horse to transport you everywhere.
YAN! EMO
Ashton will dress you in Jirai Kei clothes! HOW THE FUCK DOES HE KNOW THAT? As a child of the internet, he of course discovered different types of alt fashion. He got too immersed and found Jirai Kei, and he absolutely loved it. So, expect frills, dark cutesy clothes with a hint of vulnerability due to it's origin, it's the perfect matching fashion with him despite not really being emo.
He's aware of Jirai Kei's dark history and implication though, and if he knows you're not comfortable with those, then, he'll completely dress you in emo clothes. There is a reason though why he went with Jirai first and not emo. Whenever you wore emo, he gets so aroused, especially it's the opposite of your original fashion choice. He loves tainting you with blacks and darkness, with the vulnerability and intimacy he enjoys so much.
YAN! WEREWOLF
Greens, blues, browns... Anything nature themed would do good for him. So, cottage core is the go to for this guy. He loves seeing you in these cute dresses that has floral hints that blended seamlessly with the nature of the place you both live in. Like you belonged, like you were his.
But, seeing you wear stuff you knitted from his wolf fur is what would set him off. Even if it's just a scarf or gloves, he WILL groan from the want he's feeling. Breeding you won't be enough, he wants you to smell like him completely.
YAN! EX-HUSBAND
Inigo, just like Rowan, would not want generic branded clothes on your body. But, unlike him, he will have a tailor to make formal, casual, evening, sleeping, active wear clothes just for you. Only one in the world. Even if the tailor or designer isn't well known, but if that designer is really skilled and do clothes that will fit you, then he's sold.
But, if he sees you in his shirt and nothing more than maybe your undergarments? Such a vulnerable choice of clothes is guaranteed to make him want to have more children from you ;)
YAN! HOSPITAL CHAIRPERSON
Xavier is a simple man. He would love to see you in flowy clothes. I mean, somehow, something on you should make you look free and not locked up in his mansion due to his anxiety and paranoia, right? So, light, airy clothes would ebb the guilt he's feeling inside from locking you up.
You wearing his white coat though would make him throw the guilt out of the window though. He'll go haywire, since his coat would probably have bacteria, virus, or anything that can harm your health on it! So, he'll punish you greatly by "sanitizing" you. Not medically accurate? Meh. He's too far gone to think straight from the pleasure.
YAN! VILLAIN
Eros on the other hand from the other nobility yanderes, he would love to see you wear simple clothes. Sure, he will gift you regal clothes fit for nobility, but nothing beats seeing you shed from your noble life and just relax in his arms in simple garments just like back in earth for him, and just like back in your childhood for you.
Although, seeing you in modern earth clothes for him is guaranteed to satisfy him. Not casual clothes, but in evening gown clothes with high slits, straps, backless, clothes that will kill a conservative lady in Saphiri. It makes him feel like he's in earth, and how he wishes to whisk you away in this life back home.
YAN! POLITICIAN
Maximus would give you clothes that is reminiscent of the 50's. Skirts and dresses below the knees, pearls, something not revealing yet so classy and elegant. It's okay if it's figure hugging, but he will pick something that is not short and with no windows to show off your skin. It's only for his eyes, and nobody else's.
He will go crazy seeing you in modern clothes though. It is a secret, and it's up to you if you decided to tease and test him and wear short, cocktail dresses with a backless design and tube tops. He'll "punish" you for it, burying himself deep in you as he whispers who you belong to.
YAN! MAFIA BOSS
Hades would dress you in something not reminiscent of his work. So light academia, cottage core, coquette, kawaii, anything that doesn't taint you with his job. Although, that "not tainting" bizz is just on your clothing though. Other than that, like your lifestyle will inevitably be tainted. Whether he likes it or not.
If you did decide to wear clothes that fits the "mafia" aesthetic (whatever that means), he'll get inexplicably aroused. Seeing you in this strong and authoritative style is making him want to put you in your place.

As I usually do when I've given the next chapter to Io to edit...
It's time for the Four Continents in Osaka!
“I know we’re all thinking the same thing and I don’t know why we aren’t asking, so I’m going to put a stop to this small talk.” Maddy stepped forward and planted herself in front of Yuuri. “What happens to you when you come to Japan?! You dress like all the other college schlubs in Detroit, but you come to Japan and then this happens? Are those Louboutins?” She pointed at his feet and Yuuri looked down at his shoes.
Yuuri lifted his foot and twisted his ankle around so he could look at the dark brown suede ankle boot. He had no idea how Maddy could even guess at the brand. He shrugged. “They’re… shoes. I didn’t ask. Why would I ask about my shoes? You know, I didn’t choose any of this. I had to film a variety show thing and this is what my manager told me to wear. She doesn’t think I should be allowed to pick out my own clothes.” He looked down at the dark plaid pants he was wearing. They wouldn’t have been something he’d pick out on his own necessarily, but he didn’t think they looked that bad. He kind of wanted to keep them. Was that even an option? He had been told to keep some of the pieces from the No Non shoot the day before…
Caro started laughing. “The best part of that whole answer was Yuuri lifting up his foot to examine his shoe, obviously trying to figure out how Maddy could tell what brand the shoes were just to give up while flashing the red soles to the rest of us mere mortals.”
“Red soles?” And sure enough, when Yuuri looked at the bottom of his shoe, the soles were BRIGHT red. “I thought that was a fancy high heel thing?”
Phichit patted his knee. “Oh, Yuuri, it’s a brand thing. He designs men’s shoes too.”
“Please someone text this to Viktor because he’ll probably start crying that his best friend is wearing Louboutins and didn’t even realise it and just shrugged. Please.” Matt laughed.
“Does anyone here have his SNS?” Steph asked. “Because I don’t. He doesn’t really give it out.”
“I do.” Yuuri grinned. “But I’m not texting him that.”

Securing Reservations | Billy Butcher x m!reader
『••✎••』
↳ ❝ heyyy bud, is me Aldo on a brand new blog and I have a request :]
If you could write the prompt "Try getting a reservation at Dorsia now you fucking stupid bastard! You fucking bastard!" Whit Billy Butcher from the boys and an m!reader I would absolutely adore that!
Like maybe getting kicked out of a restaurant somehow or just him arguing whit somebody about restaurant reservations, also some soothing from the reader afterwards, anything unhinged and possibly gore-y is welcomed :]
Have a nice night too! - @slutordo ❞
: ̗̀➛ getting reservations for swank restaurants is a ball ache, but when it comes to you, Butcher is at least willing to try... however that looks.
: ̗̀➛ eyeball gore, gore, fighting, swearing, smoking
•───────────────★•♛•★──────────────•
You and Billy had decided a while ago that Sundays would be your date nights, as usually, there wasn’t much going on those days and it tended to be a lot quieter than normal; you both took turns planning where you would go and when, and while his ideas were often relatively small and intimate, yours weren’t exactly huge and extravagant either.
The biggest thing that the two of you ever did for date night was when you had had the idea of going into the city centre to check out the holiday markets that were littered along the high street; stalls adorned with various cheeses and chocolates and beers, clothing and jewellery, different little trinkets as well as every form of media from old school vinyls to blu-ray DVDs.
Billy wasn’t huge on the big and flashy, the lavish and luxurious; a pint down the pub and a takeaway chip shop meal would do just fine and he could grin and brag about it for the next week.
Yet, he knew that you deserved better than that; he scrimped and saved and skimped whatever he could, knowing that you deserved better than a pint down the pub and some shit Chinese takeaway.
He was trying his best, for fuck’s sake.
It was Saturday night, when Billy found a fancy restaurant that was taking cash reservations, but there were only a select few left, and the queue consisted of him and some fucking Vought cunt who proudly wore the company’s name on his briefcase beside his full name - Sean Patrick Bale; Billy clenched his jaw, eyeing him up.
He was muscular in build, but the type of muscle that was lended more to starvation and constant exercise rather than actual strength; neatly styled dark brown hair that came down to his white shirt collar; hazel eyes that were full of malice and contempt.
He wore a long black coat that went down to his calves, designer black shoes, designer black blazer, designer black trousers. Designer white shirt. Designer red tie with a subtle white pattern.
Billy knew the type, shallow and all shout flaunting Daddy’s money; he knew the type, middle class White men from suburbia who got into the big business because Daddy got him a high position job.
The type of cunt who went to that type of restaurant frequently; clearing his throat, Billy dared to approach, tapping him on the shoulder as he smiled falsely.
“Sean!” He hoped he sounded friendly enough as he leaned back slightly. “What are you doing here?”
Sean looked disgusted, sneering at Billy as he scoffed. “Who are you?”
Billy grinned, licking his lips. “Y’know, Donald! From accounting!”
Sean rolled his eyes, he never much cared about those on the floors beneath his office, so he sighed, and upon realising there were other people around, forced himself to smile. “Right! How could I ever forget! I’m so sorry, Donald! What are you doing here?”
Gotcha. Billy did his best not to laugh as he stuffed his hands into his pockets, smiling. “Well, I was just gonna book a reservation for me and my… partner.”
Don’t be too obvious, Butcher. He knew what Sean was like, the contempt held for anyone different. He had to watch his fucking mouth, but Sean merely shrugged as he nodded slowly.
“What a coincidence,” Sean hummed. “So am I.”
“Tell you what,” Billy hummed, taking a quick look around. “Why don’t we got a smoke, eh? Only us two here, anyway.”
Sean was apprehensive, but shrugged as he followed Billy into the alleyway; the fucking cunt kept muttering under his breath about how much he hated to spend time with underlings, and once the two were well out of earshot and eyesight, Sean sneered at Billy once again.
“Look, man, I’m not in any position to fucking promote scum like you,” he started, “and I’m certainly not going to fucking promote someone who dresses like he hasn’t seen an iron in years… do you even summer outside of the State? No. You’re just a-”
Billy didn’t hesitate, grabbing the back of Sean’s head and slamming it against the nearest wall; the bloody imprint stayed there as Billy dragged Sean’s face up and down the harsh bricks, slowly grating away the sloughing skin right down to the muscle.
But Billy wasn’t done, putting Sean on the floor and straddling his waist; he brought his fist up, slamming it down against his face again and again and again until he could hear the crunch of teeth falling from gums. The grinding of bone.
But the cunt was still breathing, so Billy pulled the knife from his back pocket, and shoved the blade into Sean’s eye; he could feel it pop as it deflated upon the blade, blood and fluid spurting as he dragged the knife out before slamming it into the other eye. He grinned as the blood spat upon his face.
“Try getting a reservation at Dorsia now you fucking stupid bastard!” Billy howled, plunging the knife into Sean’s throat and dragging it down to his sternum. “You fucking bastard!”
Panting heavily, Billy got up, and wiped the blood from his face on the back of his leather jacket before he went back to the restaurant; the only one in the queue, he managed to get the very last one available, and relief crashed over him like wildfire as he smiled calmly.
He checked his phone, and nearly grinned when he realised that he had a text from you asking to meet at the end of the street; a slight skip in his step, he was surprised when you prevented him from hugging you, tilting his head and furrowing his brows.
“What’d I do?”
You gestured to the wet patch on his leather jacket, daring to smile a little. “Care to explain?”
Billy shrugged, lighting up a cigarette and offering one to you. “Nothin’ really, just some cunt from Vought got in me way.”
“Billy,” you gently took his hand, examining his knuckles. “Look at your hand, love.”
He did as told, his gaze dropping to his knuckles for a moment before he opened his mouth to speak; but he knew that you were already a step ahead, as usual and as always, so he just raised his brow slightly, and frowned. “What?”
“I appreciate what you did,” you said soothingly, shaking your head before pressing a kiss to his bloodied and bruised knuckles. “But you don’t have to get violent, y’know. I would’ve been okay to have gone anywhere else.”
Billy scoffed, taking a step back as he lit up the two cigarettes. “Would you, though?”
You nodded, taking a long drag as you hummed. “Bills, as long as I’m with you, I’m happy to be and do whatever the fuck. I do not give a pig’s tit, as long as I’m with you.”
“I got the reservation.”
You grinned, doing your best not to laugh as you shook your head so fondly. “Fuck’s sake… you’re a nightmare, y’know, my favourite fucking nightmare.”
At that, Billy grinned. He knew that he had done right by you, and if he was honest?
The fight had taken a lot of the frustrations of the week from him as well; he was just about ready to take you home, to spend the night doing whatever you liked, and then getting to bed quite early.
He wasn’t so tense about everything, and he wasn’t so on edge either. But then he looked into your eyes, and even more of that tension dropped as he gently reached for your hand and held it rather tightly; not enough to make you uncomfortable, but enough that you would know he was actually listening, and that he did actually want you to open your mouth.
“You’re too good for me,” he told you. “Y’know that, don’t you?”
You rolled your eyes at the remark. “Billy. I’m your boyfriend. As far as I’m concerned? We’re good enough for each other as long as we’re happy.”

Esquire's 8 Most Stylish Men on TV in 2023, Ranked: Ted Lasso's Jamie Tartt
3. Ted Lasso's Jamie Tartt
Jamie Tartt: footballer by day, fashion god by night. In a year of quiet luxury, one man was brave enough to be brash, loud, and logo'd up.
Earlier this year, I ranked Jamie Tartt's best outfits of all-time, but there's one from Season 3 that truly takes the cake. Somewhere in his closet full of Gucci track jackets and Stone Island shirts, past his boxes of hair bleach and tiny silver earrings and more than one crossbody bag, Jamie Tartt scrounged up an outfit that I don't think I'll ever forget. Glossy black puffer vest: on. Dsquared2 hat that says "ICON" and absolutely nothing else: on. Nike waistpack that nearly perfectly matches the orange of his hoodie: ON!
This guy is every bit the star athlete, a haughty boy-prince getting paid a king's salary and seemingly spending every last penny on new designer clothes, and he wants you to know it. These are cool, trendy, modern brands on a cool, trendy, modern guy who doesn't give a damn about subtlety or understated drip. And when he can turn out looks like this, why should he? - By Trishna Rikhy

The Evolution of Style: A Deep Dive into Men's Urban Clothing and Fashion
Tumblr media
Introduction
The world of men's urban clothing is a dynamic and ever-evolving landscape where style meets the streets, and culture shapes fashion. In this extensive exploration, we delve into the essence of men's dressing style, highlighting the best men clothing websites and the latest trends in young men's clothing, particularly focusing on urban wear for men.
The Historical Context of Men's Urban Fashion
The tapestry of men's urban fashion is rich and varied, woven with threads of cultural, musical, and socio-political influences. Its roots can be traced back to the bustling streets of New York City in the 1970s and 80s, where a revolutionary movement was brewing. This was not just a fashion trend but a powerful cultural expression that resonated across generations and continents.
The Birth of a Movement
In the 1970s, New York City was a melting pot of cultures, ideas, and artistic expressions. Amongst this vibrant chaos, the hip-hop scene emerged, not just as a genre of music but as a lifestyle that encompassed a unique way of dressing. The attire of this era was more than mere clothing; it was a form of identity, a bold statement of presence and resistance. Early hip-hop fashion was characterized by oversized silhouettes, sports apparel, leather bomber jackets, and flashy accessories, embodying the gritty and raw energy of the streets.
Art and Fashion Intertwine
Graffiti, an integral part of the hip-hop culture, played a significant role in shaping urban fashion. The bold colors, graphic lines, and rebellious nature of graffiti art found their way onto clothing, making fashion a canvas for self-expression. Brands that embraced this art form quickly became synonymous with urban wear, creating a visual language that spoke of defiance, creativity, and individuality.
Influences from Music and Dance
Music and dance were pivotal in propelling men's urban fashion forward. Breakdancing, with its athletic and acrobatic style, demanded clothing that was not only stylish but functional. Tracksuits, athletic shoes, and caps weren't just practical; they were integral to the dancer's persona. Similarly, rappers and DJs donned outfits that would amplify their presence on stage, often incorporating bright colors, bold prints, and oversized jewelry.
Socio-Political Statements
Urban fashion was never isolated from the socio-political environment. In the 80s and 90s, as hip-hop began to address social issues like racism, poverty, and police brutality, fashion became a tool for activism. Clothing with messages, symbolic colors, and designs that reflected cultural heritage became mediums to express solidarity and raise awareness. This era saw the rise of brands that specifically catered to the urban community, creating fashion that was not only trendy but also carried a deeper socio-cultural significance.
The Evolution into a Global Phenomenon
As hip-hop culture spread globally, so did its fashion. By the late 90s and early 2000s, urban wear was no longer confined to a particular group or locale. It had infiltrated mainstream fashion, with designers and high-end brands incorporating elements of street style into their collections. This fusion brought about a new era of urban fashion, one that blended the authenticity of the streets with the sophistication of high fashion.
The Contemporary Urban Style
Today, men's urban fashion is a diverse and dynamic field. It continues to be influenced by music, art, and current events, adapting and evolving with the times. Modern urban wear pays homage to its roots while continuously pushing the boundaries of style and self-expression. From the resurgence of vintage styles to the incorporation of sustainable materials, urban fashion remains a symbol of innovation, resilience, and identity.
In essence, the historical context of men's urban fashion is a story of transformation and empowerment. It's a narrative that speaks of the streets, the struggles, and the spirit of a culture that has profoundly shaped the way young men dress and express themselves today.
Defining Elements of Urban Style
Urban style, a term synonymous with individuality and cultural expression, stands out for its unique elements that have continuously evolved over the years. This expanded section delves into the specific fashion elements that constitute men's urban wear, highlighting the innovations by designers and brands that have made certain styles iconic within this genre. We'll explore the role of color, fabric, and design, each contributing to the distinctiveness of urban fashion.
The Significance of Color in Urban Wear
Color plays a pivotal role in urban fashion. It's not just a matter of aesthetics; color choices often reflect cultural, social, and personal narratives. Early urban styles were influenced heavily by vibrant hues and bold prints, mirroring the energy and dynamism of the streets. Designers have used color to make statements, with black often symbolizing strength and rebellion, while brighter tones like red, blue, and yellow represent vibrancy and vitality. The use of color blocking and the juxtaposition of unexpected colors have become trademarks of modern urban wear, allowing wearers to make bold statements through their attire.
Fabric: Blending Functionality with Style
The choice of fabric in urban fashion is a careful balance between functionality and style. Initially, durable materials like denim and leather were popular due to their longevity and ability to withstand the rigors of street life. As urban fashion evolved, there was a shift towards more versatile and comfortable materials. Cotton, especially in its heavier forms, became a staple for t-shirts and hoodies, offering both comfort and a suitable canvas for graphic prints. The introduction of athletic materials like polyester and Lycra catered to the needs of those who sought clothing that was not only stylish but also adaptable to an active lifestyle.
Design Innovations in Urban Wear
Design in urban wear is where creativity knows no bounds. Oversized garments, a hallmark of urban fashion, are not just a style choice but also a nod to the hip-hop influences where larger-than-life attire symbolized presence and power. Designers have innovated by introducing asymmetrical cuts, layering, and unconventional silhouettes that challenge traditional fashion norms.
Brands have also embraced the fusion of streetwear with luxury fashion, creating pieces that are both opulent and street-ready. This blend has led to the creation of unique items like high-end sneakers, designer graphic tees, and luxury sportswear. Collaborations between leading fashion houses and streetwear brands have further pushed the boundaries, leading to collections that are culturally relevant and fashion-forward.
Graphic Designs and Logos
Graphic designs and logos are integral to urban fashion, often serving as symbols of brand identity and cultural affiliation. From bold statement prints to subtle logo placements, these elements add character and distinction to urban wear. Street art and graffiti have been significant influences, with many designs featuring intricate artworks that tell stories or convey messages.
Accessorizing in Urban Fashion
Accessories are not mere additions in urban style; they are essential components that complete the look. Snapbacks, beanies, oversized chains, and statement watches are more than just fashion pieces; they are part of the urban identity. Footwear, particularly sneakers, holds a place of reverence in urban fashion. The rise of sneaker culture has seen collaborations between artists, celebrities, and brands, turning sneakers into coveted items of fashion and collectibles.
The Role of Cultural and Social Influences
Urban fashion is deeply intertwined with cultural and social influences. It's a reflection of the wearer's background, beliefs, and experiences. Designers and brands have recognized this, often incorporating cultural motifs and social messages into their designs. This aspect of urban fashion not only adds depth and meaning to the clothing but also connects wearers with broader cultural and social narratives.
The Digital Revolution: Men's Clothing Websites
The landscape of men’s fashion, particularly urban wear, has undergone a dramatic transformation in the digital era. The advent of online shopping has not just made fashion more accessible; it has revolutionized how men interact with fashion. This section delves into the nuances of digital marketing, online retail trends, customer behavior, and the overarching impact of social media in the realm of men’s urban clothing.
The Emergence of Online Fashion Retail
The early 2000s marked the beginning of a new era in fashion retail. E-commerce platforms began to emerge, offering a variety of clothing options that were previously limited to brick-and-mortar stores. Men’s urban clothing found a new avenue, with websites dedicated solely to this genre. These platforms offered a wider range of sizes, styles, and designs, catering to a diverse audience. The convenience of shopping from anywhere and the ability to compare products and prices quickly became appealing aspects for the modern shopper.
Digital Marketing and Its Impact
Digital marketing has played a pivotal role in shaping men's urban clothing trends. Through targeted advertising, fashion brands have been able to reach their ideal audience more effectively. Social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter have become crucial for brand promotion, enabling labels to showcase their latest collections, share lookbooks, and even directly engage with customers. Influencer marketing, where fashion brands collaborate with social media influencers, has emerged as a powerful tool in driving brand awareness and sales.
Online Retail Trends in Men’s Urban Clothing
The trends in online retail for men’s urban clothing have seen a shift towards a more personalized shopping experience. Websites now use data analytics to understand customer preferences and offer tailored recommendations. Limited-edition releases, exclusive online drops, and pre-order options have become common strategies to create hype and exclusivity around products. Furthermore, the rise of mobile shopping has prompted websites to optimize their platforms for mobile users, offering seamless and user-friendly experiences.
Customer Behavior in the Digital Space
Customer behavior in the context of men’s urban clothing has evolved with the digital age. Shoppers are more informed and have higher expectations. They seek authenticity, quality, and exclusivity in their purchases. Online reviews and customer feedback have become significant influencers in purchasing decisions. Consumers often rely on these reviews as a source of trusted information, impacting the popularity and sales of specific items.
Curation of Collections on Online Platforms
Men’s clothing websites carefully curate their collections to align with current trends and customer preferences. This curation is not just about selecting items; it's about creating a narrative that resonates with the target audience. Websites often collaborate with designers, artists, and influencers to curate exclusive collections. Seasonal trends, cultural events, and even political and social movements can influence these collections, making them relevant and timely.
The Role of Social Media Influencers
Social media influencers have become integral to the fashion industry, especially in urban wear. Their ability to influence public opinion and trends is undeniable. Influencers often partner with clothing brands to showcase new collections, share outfit inspirations, and offer exclusive discounts to their followers. Their endorsement can significantly boost a brand's visibility and credibility.
The Impact of Online Reviews
Online reviews have become a powerful tool in the fashion industry. Positive reviews can enhance a brand's reputation and increase sales, while negative feedback can lead to a decline in customer trust. Men's clothing websites often encourage customers to leave reviews, as these serve as valuable feedback for both the brand and potential customers.
Youth Fashion: Pioneers of Urban Trends
The world of youth fashion, particularly in the urban landscape, is a continuously evolving tapestry of style, culture, and expression. Young men, especially, are not just consumers of fashion; they are trendsetters and pioneers, significantly influencing the direction of urban style. In this expanded section, we delve deeper into what drives trends in young men's fashion, incorporating insights from interviews and quotes from young fashion influencers, designers, and stylists. We also examine the impact of global events and shifts in popular culture on these trends.
The Voice of Influencers and Designers
"Young people are looking for authenticity in their fashion choices," says Jordan Lee, a noted fashion influencer. "They want clothes that tell a story, that resonate with their personal journey and the culture they are part of." This sentiment is echoed by Mia Wang, an up-and-coming urban wear designer, who adds, "Today's youth are blending traditional elements with modern cuts. They're not afraid to mix and match, creating a style that's uniquely theirs."
Renowned stylist Elijah James comments on the practical aspects, noting, "Functionality has become as important as aesthetics. Young men want fashion that suits their active, on-the-go lifestyle but also makes a bold statement."
Influence of Global Events
Global events have a profound impact on youth fashion. The recent pandemic, for instance, has seen a surge in the popularity of comfortable yet stylish home wear, with an emphasis on versatility. "The lockdowns led to the rise of ‘Zoom fashion’, where the focus is on waist-up dressing. It's all about striking a balance between comfort and presentability," observes fashion blogger Emma Liu.
Environmental concerns are also shaping fashion choices. "There's a growing demand for sustainable fashion among the youth," says sustainable fashion advocate, Ryan Gomez. "Young people are more conscious about the environment and are seeking brands that align with their eco-friendly values."
The Role of Popular Culture
Popular culture, particularly music and movies, has always had a significant influence on youth fashion. The rise of K-pop, for instance, has introduced a whole new aesthetic into the urban fashion scene. "K-pop stars are not just music icons; they're fashion icons. Their unique sense of style has a huge fan following worldwide," states music and fashion journalist, Sophia Kim.
Social media, especially platforms like Instagram and TikTok, have become a showcase for youth fashion. Influencers and ordinary young men alike use these platforms to display their fashion choices, often setting trends in the process. "Social media has democratized fashion. Now, everyone can be a trendsetter," says digital marketing expert, Tyler Chen.
The Future of Youth Fashion
Looking ahead, youth fashion is poised to become even more diverse and inclusive. "We're moving towards a more inclusive fashion world, where there are no rigid gender norms or rules. It's all about self-expression," predicts gender-neutral fashion designer, Alex Parker.
Exploring Current Trends in Young Men's Fashion
- Athleisure Evolved: Sportswear and casual wear merge to create a comfortable yet stylish trend.
- Retro and Vintage: The resurgence of vintage styles and their reinterpretation by today's youth.
- Eco-Fashion: The growing demand for sustainable and ethically produced clothing among young consumers.
The Future of Urban Fashion
As we gaze into the horizon of men’s urban fashion, the future promises an exciting amalgamation of technological innovation, sustainability, and evolving consumer trends. This expanded section offers a deep dive into the anticipated future trends, spotlighting emerging designers, cutting-edge fashion technologies, and the shifting paradigms of consumer behavior. Additionally, we will delve into the growing significance of sustainability and ethical practices in the urban fashion sphere.
Emergence of New Designers and Aesthetics
The urban fashion landscape is continually refreshed by the influx of new designers who bring with them innovative ideas and unique aesthetics. These emerging talents are redefining the boundaries of urban style, infusing traditional elements with futuristic designs. "We are witnessing a renaissance in urban fashion, where new designers are daring to challenge the norm, blending cultural heritage with modern design," notes fashion critic Lara Edmunds. These designers are not just creating clothes; they are crafting narratives that resonate with the modern urban dweller, often drawing inspiration from global cultures, street art, and contemporary issues.
Technological Advancements in Fashion
Technology is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of men's urban fashion. Wearable technology, smart fabrics, and digital customization are areas ripe for exploration. Tech-infused clothing that can change color, regulate temperature, or even display dynamic graphics is on the horizon. "Imagine a jacket that adapts to the weather or a t-shirt that reflects your mood through dynamic designs. These are not far-off concepts anymore," states tech-fashion innovator, Raj Patel. The integration of virtual and augmented reality in fashion retail is also transforming how consumers interact with clothing, offering virtual fitting rooms and immersive shopping experiences.
Shifts in Consumer Behavior
The urban fashion consumer of the future is expected to be more informed, discerning, and value-driven. There's a growing emphasis on personal style over blind trend-following. "Future consumers will look for fashion that aligns with their personal identity and values," explains consumer behavior analyst, Mia Zhang. They are likely to favor brands that offer customization, personalization, and a strong narrative.
Sustainability and Ethical Fashion
Sustainability is no longer a choice but a necessity in the future of fashion. Young consumers, in particular, are increasingly conscious of the environmental and social impact of their clothing choices. "Sustainable practices will define the future of urban fashion. We're seeing a shift towards eco-friendly materials, ethical manufacturing processes, and circular fashion models," notes sustainable fashion expert, Oliver Greene.
This movement towards sustainability is driving innovation in materials, with the emergence of biodegradable fabrics, recycled textiles, and plant-based leathers. The concept of circular fashion, where clothes are designed with their end-of-life in mind, is gaining traction. This approach not only minimizes waste but also encourages practices like recycling and upcycling.
Ethical Practices in the Fashion Industry
Ethical practices in the fashion industry are becoming a significant factor in brand perception and consumer choice. Transparency in manufacturing processes, fair labor practices, and support for local communities are aspects that modern consumers are increasingly prioritizing. "Brands that are committed to ethical practices are not just doing good; they are building trust and loyalty with their customers," states fashion industry analyst, Sarah Kim.
Conclusion
As we culminate this comprehensive exploration of men’s urban clothing, it becomes evident that this style transcends the boundaries of mere fashion. Here you go! I really hope this is okay. I know absolutely nothing about how fashion brands work. Thank you for sending the request! @sumzysworld
Tiniest little hint to some possible smut at the end
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
“Sir the quarterly reports are in and the company sales are down 54% from this time last year. I don’t know how much longer we’ll be able to hold out at this rate.”, Jin spoke slowly sliding the reports over to his boss, Jimin Park, also known as the the ceo of Filter, a once very popular fashion house that was slowly failing.
Jimin sighs, “I know, I know. I’m going to figure something out. We need to bring the brand back into the spotlight.”
“What about a collaboration with another brand? You know like Fendi and Versace or Dior and Nike did. Something to get people talking.”, Taehyung, one of Jimin’s top designers spoke up.
“That could possibly work. Let me think about it for a while and see where we go.”, he replied gently shooing the other two men out of his office.
Jimin spent days calling around to any and all contacts he had trying to get a collaboration going, but no companies wanted to associate themselves with a failing brand such as Filter. Jimin had one final number he could call, but he was really really dreading it. After hitting call he waited a few seconds before hearing a familiar voice on the other end.
“I’m sorry, you what?”, you laughed into the phone.
“Y/N, please…We really need a good collaboration to get Filter back in the game or we’re going to shut down and lots of people will loose their jobs. I really think working together with your brand can help save us.”
Jimin nervously chewed on his lip while he waited for your response.
You sighed into the phone, “Alright fine. We’ll meet in one week and you can present your ideas for this collab, but you better bring your A game Jimin because I’m not going to risk loosing everything for you.”
“Wait so we’re going to collab with Y/N? Like Y/N from Purple You Fashions? I’ve heard she incredibly hard to impress.”, Taehyung asked after being informed of the upcoming meeting.
“Well we’re going to try. It’s all we really can do.”, he replied.
Jimin along with the rest of his team spent the following week coming up with branding, markets strategies, new clothing designs, and anything they could think of to convince you that working together together would be a good thing.
Jimin stood outside your office trying to catch his breath with the few minutes he had to spare. Of course the first time he forgot to set an alarm since he was in high school just had to be the night before the big meeting. He took the fastest shower of his life, nicking his neck when he tried to shave a little too quickly causing him to be even later and also having an unsightly cut. He grabbed the wrong tie, but didn’t realize until he was already half way here so he spent the rest of the drive trying to convince himself that his tie printed with a chicken wearing dark sunglasses and the pun ‘What the cluck are you looking at?’ (a gag gift from his best friend Yoongi) actually looked nice and professional against his tailored suit.
After taking one final breath he knocked twice on your door before hearing your faint voice giving him permission to enter.
“Nice tie Park. I didn’t know that chickens were in this year.”, you smirked.
“Uhh yeah well you know me, always trying to be a trendsetter.” Quickly he took the tie off while you weren’t looking and shoved it in his pocket mentally smacking himself for not thinking of doing that earlier.
He placed a to go cup down in front of you, “Here Y/N, I got you a Caramel Macchiato. I wasn’t sure what you liked so I hope this is okay.”
“With almond milk?”, you asked. “I’m allergic to dairy.”
Jimin felt his stomach twist, “Oh I’m sorry. I did not know that.”
You chuckled before handing the drink over to your assistant for her to enjoy.
“Sit down Jimin. I don’t have all day and we’ve already wasted quite a bit of time.”
“Oh sure sure.”, he said frantically trying to set up his laptop. He hit the power button and nothing happened. No lights no sounds. Nothing. He pressed it again and again, but nothing. Then his hand came up to smack his forehead. He’d forgotten to charge his laptop last night after double checking everything one more time.
“Sorry I seem to have forgotten to charge it. Let me just grab the charger from my bag.”, he awkwardly chuckled. He continued to dig around in his bag trying to find the elusive cord when like a truck it hit him that his charger was in fact neatly wound up and sitting safely in his kitchen drawer where he put it last night to stop his cat, Mr. Fluffybutt McWhiskers the fourth (yes that’s his real name), from chewing on it.
“Umm I really apologize. It looks like I’ve left my charger at home.”, he nervously chuckled.
Feeling kind of bad for the guy you decided to throw him a bone, “Call one of your team members and have them email the presentation directly to me. I’ll go through it on my laptop.”
Frantically Jimin called Jin and asked him to send the file over to your email. A few minutes later a notification popped up on your feed showing an email from a sender listed as Mr.WordWideHandsomestFace7. You chuckled, but Jimin just wanted the floor to swallow him whole at this point. Jin must’ve forgot to switch to his professional email.
You clicked on the link but no power point popped up as expected.
“Oh I am so sorry.”, Jimin whispered in disbelief. Instead of the presentation that he had spent hours and hours working on he was looking at an email he had sent to Jin in the early morning one day last week after a particularly exhausting night and one too many glasses of wine. He didn’t think his face could turn any redder.
You on the other hand found it hilarious and started reading the email out loud for all to hear. Detailing how Jimin referred to you as an evil snake queen that he’d still very much like to touch even though he knows he’d probably end up dead. Jimin groaned from his seat next to you and made a mental note to remind Jin to double check his work.
He knew everything was falling apart around him so he resorted to what he knows best. Last he heard he was still a legend at his old college for being the only person to ever get an A+ in Ms. Yen’s World Literature class and it was all thanks to his shameless flirting abilities.
After reading the letter you looked over noticing Jimin staring at you seductively. He had hit bottom lip between his teeth while his fingers gently rubbed a small circle on the back of your hand. Somehow his eyes sparkled like little diamonds. His voice lower and more sultry than normal when he spoke, “You know Y/N, how about we just forget this whole presentation and I can take you out for lunch. Get a few drinks. Maybe we can just discuss things that way.”
As you watched him smirk you seriously considered it for a moment until you shook that thought out of your head, “Not a chance Park. You’re not going to buy my business with flirting and some cheap drinks.”
Jimins shoulders dropped as he came to realize that he was about to loose his only chance. He started to pack up his belongings when you stopped him.
“You know I don’t think that it would be a good idea for our brands to collab. It’s just not going to work.”
He nodded, “I know Y/N. Thank you for your time though.”
“But I do know of this up and coming brand. They’re newer, but already making a ton of noise especially with the younger crowds. It’s called HopeWorld. The owner is a good friend of mine, Hoseok Jung. I’d like to get you two together and see about working something out. I think your two brands would compliment each other well.”
Jimins face lit up, “Y/N thank you so much. That would be amazing and so incredibly helpful!”
You smiled as you gathered your things and headed for the door.
“Oh and Jimin, I expect you to pick me up at 8pm tonight. We’ll go have dinner and some drinks and who knows what else. We’ll see how the night goes.”, you said with a wink.
He nodded in agreement as he watched you walk out the door before popping your head back in a few seconds later, “And maybe don’t wear the chicken tie tonight unless you want to bring it for uh other things.” You walked back out the door and he smirked to himself making sure the tie was still safely secured in his pocket.
