“rin” you hushed with your eyes closed, hoping that rin heard you call out his name in the dark. “rin!” you say louder this time, in hopes your tone does wake him up. instead, you were met again with his quiet snores.

taking a deep breath, you slowly get your hand out and search for his own under the covers. when you successfully found his hand, you tugged it towards your waist. rin immediately stirs and wakes up from the sudden contact.

“y/n?” he groggily says, taking a peak at his alarm clock beside him which showed the current time, 3:46 AM

“hold me” you hushed once again, making yourself comfortable now that his arm draped around you. you hear him grunt as a response and not a moment later you hear his snores fill the room again, indicating that rin has fallen back asleep.

even if your eyes were closed, your mind was still wide awake. replaying all the scary scenes from the scary movie you’ve watched with rin earlier that night. not to mention that you really needed to go to the bathroom but with your mind replaying that one specific scene that still has you up at this hour, you’d rather wait for the sun to shine through to use the toilet.

you don’t know if it was just your mind playing games with you but you could feel someone or something staring right back at you from the corner of your room. you turned around to face rin’s chest in hopes that the tingly creepy feeling of being watched goes away but instead it feels like it made it worse.

with no other choice left, and too much of a pussy to open your eyes, you shake rin awake.

“rin” you mumbled, head tucked to his chest as he blinks up at the dark ceiling. “hmm?”

“i wanna pee..”

a moment of silence passes by. for a second you thought rin fell back asleep to you hear him shift around and grunt.

“then pee” he yawns, returning to his previous position, ready to go back to sleep til you shake him again.

“but i’m scared..” you sheepishly admit, not that he could see it but you could feel your cheeks burning up in embarrassment

“scared of what?”

“i’m just scared okay!” you whisper-yelled, hiding your face in his chest. you then feel him run his hand through your hair, his poor attempt to at least calm you down in some way. it was rin’s own way of saying “don’t be scared when i’m here”

rin isn’t as dense as you think he is. he was able to put two and two together on why or what could have caused you to literally have nightmares. it was obviously the movie you two have watched which was the new horror movie.

“then let me come with you to the bathroom-“

“no, i don’t want to go anymore”

even if you couldn’t see his face, rin was raising an eyebrow. were you literally about to hold your pee in just because you were too scared to go to the bathroom?

“i can accompany you because i want to pee too” rin tries to explain, for the record, he isn’t lying about wanting to pee, he actually does need to go as well.

as stubborn as always, you firmly say no. rin sighs and mumbles “okay suit yourself” and slowly gets out of bed to head over to the bathroom.

it didn’t take rin a while to get back to bed. the moment he reached for the covers, you instantly latched yourself onto him, scared that the same demon entity from the movie would come out and get either one of you.

it seems like you still weren’t falling asleep anytime soon with the way you were tossing and turning in hopes to block out the scary images burned into your mind. with no other option left, you shake rin awake again.

“y/n, please just fall asleep” you hear him complain as you woke him up again for the third time tonight. you almost felt a little apologetic to your boyfriend but it was his fault for even suggesting that you two would watch a scary movie in the first place. “could you open the lights for me, rin?” you plead as if this was your last resort onto having a good (not really) night’s rest

with a sigh, rin silently gets out of bed to groggily find your light switch to flick them on. you messily reached over for your phone that was at the foot of the bed to check the time. by now it was around 4:30 AM

“okay now get back in here” you pat the empty spot next to you as rin winces at the bright light. “you’re not gonna turn them off?” rin questions as he makes a beeline towards your bed. “no, that’s why i asked you to open them”

when rin finally snuggles in next to you, you made one last request and that is to drape his arm over you once again and repeatedly pat your sides til you fall asleep.

even if he was deadbeat tired, he still promptly complied with your request if it’s what would take you to finally sleep. slowly he notices your shallow breathing and that you’ve stopped moving all together and when rin was 100% sure that you were out like a light, he himself follows through.

you ended up waking up later that day with rin cleaning around your room. it was safe to say it was a good morning indeed

"Besides, do you see the chicken?" she adds, plucking a single fry from her meal box and waving it in the air, awaiting his response.

"You mean the fry?" Charles chuckles, pointing. "That's not chicken."

Y/N takes a bite of the fry, pausing to swallow before clearing her throat. "I'm aware," she says with a dramatic tilt of her head and a tight-lipped smile. "I just grabbed it because I fancied a fry." 

"But anyway," she continues, circling back to the initial question, "do... you... see... the... chicken?" Sensing his hesitation, she places her hands firmly on the table. "Look at me. It's a simple yes or no, Charles."

"Well, actually, it's yes or yes," she corrects herself with two affirmative nods, before redirecting her attention back to him.

Charles responds with a smile, though his expression betrays his confusion, evident in the different angles of his raised eyebrows. "Yes, I see it, Y/N."

"And do you taste it?" Y/N asks slowly.

"I haven't yet..."

"So, what are you waiting for?" she claps her hands together, motioning towards the untouched box of food in front of him. "Don't be shy now."

Charles chuckles as he sits up in his chair and leans forward, rummaging through the food before pulling out a chicken nugget. As he dips the piece in some ketchup, his eyes meet Y/N's once more, her wide-eyed nod urging him on.

"Go on."

"Okay, okay," he says, taking a bite. "Mmm," he nods, almost as if someone were holding a gun to his head, compelling him to do so.

"Oh," Y/N purses her lips and shakes her head, "I don't like it when people make noises while eating."

"Uh," Charles swallows and chuckles, "sorry?"

Y/N shrugs. "It's okay, I forgive you."

"Anyway," she inhales deeply, "what do you think? That's some good chicken, right?"

"Yeah, actually, it is really good," Charles nods as he speaks.

Suddenly, the video cuts to a staff member in chicken shop attire standing behind the counter, wearing a smile while staring at the camera, unmoving.

Then, the video returns to Charles and Y/N.

As Charles takes another bite of his chicken nugget, Y/N casually asks, "Do you think our children will like chicken?"

Coughing sounds interrupt as Charles drops his chicken into the box, knocking his fist against his chest until the sound clears. His voice croaks as he speaks, his brows furrowing, "Our children? We're talking about children already?"

Y/N's composure cracks slightly as she chuckles, clearly amused by his reaction, and observes him reaching for a glass of water, taking large gulps. However, she quickly regains control, shrugging nonchalantly before continuing, "Well, yeah. I don't know about you, but I date for marriage—I want a little family of my own someday. Don't you?"

Charles rubs his eyebrows and places the glass back on the table. "Yes, I do want to have a family one day. But this feels like it's moving very fast, don't you think?"

Y/N shakes her head. "Not at all. To be honest, I want one boy and one girl. What about you?"

At Y/N's continued forwardness, Charles releases a laugh, visibly bewildered, before scratching at his beard in deep thought. Propping up his elbows on the table, he finally responds, "I think I want a boy."

"—And a girl," Y/N interjects, smiling expectantly.

Charles blurts out a laugh, clearly taken aback, before nodding. "Yeah, a girl too. I don't really mind."

"Great, so we're on the same page then."

The video cuts off again, this time to the entrance of the chicken shop, slowly panning into the empty and bright interior with multiple tables and chairs. The camera stops on the large menu, featuring pictures of chicken and fries, lingering for a few moments before cutting back to Charles and Y/N. 

However, this time Y/N is holding a piece of paper in front of her.

"So, I hear you're French?" Y/N glances up at Charles, noticing the grimace on his face. Quickly realising her mistake, she corrects herself, "Oh, hold on, no wait, don't kill me please. You speak French, but you're from Monaco—you don't claim France at all."

Charles laughs and nods in agreement. "Correct. I am Monegasque. Those are separate countries, yes."

Y/N purses her lips, her eyes flickering from side to side. "I know, I literally just said that." Clicking her tongue, she exhales a long breath and continues, "Anyway, what a coincidence. I'm actually trying to learn French."

Something flashes in Charles' eyes as he suddenly leans forward in his chair, his expression filled with keen interest. "Oh wow, tu l'es ? Comment vas-tu ?" (translation: "Oh wow, you are? How are you?")

Y/N freezes, her mouth parted slightly in a half-smile. For a moment, she just stares, clearly startled, before scratching the back of her neck and humming deep in thought. "Oh, okay, straight into the deep end, huh?" she chuckles and then blurts out, "Oui, oui?"

Charles tosses his head back, laughing, while Y/N folds her hands together, waiting expressionless for his laughter to subside. When he finally regains his composure, his eyes back on Y/N, she says, "Great, thanks."

"I'm sorry," Charles waves his hand in the air, "I just thought you'd know the basics already. My mistake."

Y/N narrows her gaze at him for a few moments before taking a deep breath. "Well, that's what I've got you here for." Clearing her throat, she tilts her gaze down at the paper and asks, "Let's start easy, shall we? I'm going to give you a few sentences in French, and you translate them back to me in English."

Charles furrows his brows. "Wouldn't it make more sense the other way around?"

"What can I say, I'm special," she shrugs, "I actually learn better this way."

"Ah, of course you are."

"Alright. Je t'aime."

"I love you," says Charles.

Y/N places her hand across her chest. "Aw, Charles. Dropping the L-bomb already, are we?"

Charles drags his teeth across his lower lip while shaking his head. "Next one, please."

“Veux-tu m'épouser?" (translation: "Will you marry me?")

Charles tilts his head sideways, an amused expression spreading across his face. “Seriously?”

Y/N clicks her tongue and shakes her head. “No, that doesn’t quite sound right. I think you might need to brush up on your French, Charles, because I’m pretty sure ‘Veux-tu m'épouser’ does not mean ‘seriously.’”

Exhaling a long breath, she rotates in her seat and straightens up. “Don’t worry though, I’ll give you another chance.”

Charles rolls his eyes playfully before releasing a whistle. Rubbing his hands together, he begins, “Will you marry me. That’s what it mea—”

“Charles!” Y/N's jaw drops as she interrupts him. “Well, I’m a hot commodity, you know? But I want to know, how would our marriage work? I mean, how long are you planning on racing, anyway?”

Charles smiles, slumping into his seat as he reaches for a fry and tosses it into his mouth. “I’m not sure, to be honest. I love racing and I want to be a world champion, so we’ll just have to see how long that takes.”

“You want to be a world champion, yet you extended your contract with Ferrari?” Y/N's brows furrow inquisitively. “That’s an interesting choice.”

A couple of chuckles escape Charles as he runs his hand up and down his neck, his gaze fixed on the half-empty box of food before him. After a moment's pause, he replies with a casual shrug, “They're like family to me. And honestly, when I see myself winning, it’s always with the Ferrari team by my side.”

“Fair enough,” Y/N exhales, her eyes widening as she claps her hands together. “I suppose I'll have to stock up on red outfits.”

Noticing Charles’ puzzled expression, Y/N theatrically rolls her eyes before explaining, “For our next date, silly. I’ll be your lucky charm, and then you can finally start winning and have a real shot at the World Championship.”

“Wow, how nice of you, Y/N,” Charles responds with a lazy smile. “Merci.”

“Oooh,” Y/N points at him, nodding in satisfaction, “I know that one. You’re welcome…”

“…Boyfriend?” she asks, narrowing her eyes at him. “What—what are we?”

He ponders for a moment, swaying slightly from side to side, then relents, “Okay, sure… girlfriend.”

The video cuts to the outro, displaying various polaroids of Y/N flashing by, accompanied by a text reading, ‘If you enjoyed the video, please don’t forget to like and subscribe for more! xx’.

No one had, and the Ghost King's presence interfered with the camera's. A deal had been made with the God of the dead, and no one knew what had been offered. Constantine made it clear that if anyone of the League noticed anything amiss to call him immediatly, and it was well known how much Constantine hates being on call. So Bruce decided to patrol a bit earlier then usual, right after dark. He had been on his balcony, as the sun had just set, casting the city in darkness.

Then the sky was filled with familiar green/blue lights.

Red Hood was following the Aurora Borealis on his bike. Jason had been worried when he realised he and Phantom had forgot to exchange phone numbers, but it seems he has no trouble making his presence known. Jason was sure the whole city could see it! Noticing the light rippled from Gotham cemetery outward (because of course a ghost-themed hero would pick that spot) Jason got there so fast he doubted the Flash couldve done better.

When he parked his bike, Phantom had noticed him and waved. When he floated closer however, he seemed confused. 'Wait, you're the Red Hood?' Jason realised he hadn't been wearing his iconic helmet in the Watchtower, and got a bit nervous. Had Phantom been unaware of the blood on his hands? Suprisingly, Phantom got excited: 'That's amazing! You're my favorite hero!' Jason was suprised: 'Really?' 'Yes! So many ghosts found peace because you avenged them. You're like a celebrity in the Realms!' Not used to the praise, Jason switched topics: 'So where do you wanna go? Honestly, it's kinda late and I don't think much is open now.' Phantom apologises. He wasn't certain his aura would have been visible in the sun. But he came prepared! Holding up a picnick basket, he suggest they visit the park chat so they can get to know eachother a bit better. Jason liked the plan. 'Let's go then, ghost boy.'

It also contains speculations galore. This is NOT a meta essay.

Thanks to them, I was reminded of what Parts of My Brain had wanted to talk about:

Honestly I regret nothing Okay, memory water.

A little Kafka Aside: I'm gonna have to consciously ignore how... not-there the scientific backing for this is. Honestly, this Memory Water thing reminded me of the New Age/Pseudoscientific idea of "water memory" or Masaru Emoto's "water consciousness" thing or DNA teleportation. However, this is a story where weirder shits have happened, so suspension of disbelief willingly and gleefully granted. I just need to get this out of my head first.

To reiterate, Kaibara's experimental procedure involves

Extracting cells from a person's body

"Turn" it into water (how?)

Make a "clone" drink it (who?)

Who could these clones be?

The only clones we know so far are the Mizuha clones. Their existence seems to imply a similar purpose to Hayase's descendants—they are supposed to inherit Hayase's Will, which is 95% "get injected with a tumor we call the Left Hand Nokker."

But Nokkers have long become invisible and fully integrated into this ecosystem. In the Future Era, they are embedded in tag chips, and they grant the bodies they possess all sorts of abilities and augmentations.

What would an inheritance of Hayase's Will even look like here? At first, I thought it would be similar: a tag chip with the Left Hand in it. Mizuha's, uh, possession (for the lack of a better word) manifested through the same mechanism other Nokkers used, after all.

However, the story gradually told us that the clones had all been massacred via an unknown operation for yet-untold reasons. Why would they do that?

Were these clones failures?

If they were failures, then it would make sense why Kaibara treated them as disposable; after all, in the past, the Guardians always exalted Hayase's Descendant(s) no matter how incompetent they were at their mission. Failure to secure Fushi's seeds I mean love never made them disposable enough to be killed, right?

So, as branetheory (crediting my homie even though they might not see this ahahhahah) also thought—

Could it be that Hayase herself has been successfully reincarnated in the body of one of these clones? (8)

I assigned this hypothesis an 8, or "80% confidence level."

Is she who you're gonna see, Bon?

Why would Kaibara need so many Mizuha clones in the first place? They only need one Descendant. They only have one Left-Hand Nokker...

Unless these clones were made specifically for bringing back Hayase. They were all experiments. Few experiments ever go right at the first trial. But this? Experiments this challenging and important as "recreating our legendary progenitor, Hayase?"

It will definitely require a lot of trial and error. So these clones were made to be expendables.

Honestly, who would name their offspring with numbers if they weren't meant to be seen as expendables?

There is an interesting point to note: Memory Water only works if one has a Nokker implanted in them. Remember how Abel can't drink it and instantly know the answers to their stupid-ass questions?

So do all clones have Nokkers implanted in them? They all own a tag chip, after all. But there is only one Left Hand Nokker, and that bitch seems deadset on possessing only Hayase's appointed heir (or in this case, Hayase herself).

Does that mean

all the clones have their own Nokkers, but none of it is the Left Hand, until the Experiment? (3) OR

all the clones have empty tag chips until the Experiment, in which the Left Hand Nokker is then implanted inside before the subject drinks the Memory Water? (6) OR

other hypotheses I could not think of at the moment? (1)

Doro and Her Sisters: Were They Trying To Stage a Rebellion Against Kaibara's Highest Echelon? (7)

Assigned (7); "70% confidence level"

Could this scene actually depict a failed experimental result, where #32/Doro was the subject? After all, she didn't look like she died in a massacre. She looked like she died alone, leaving her sisters behind..

Doro liaisoned with Fushi in secret. So secretly, Tonari didn't know it happened.

Why would she do that? Way back then, me and the Discord gang had speculated some sort of clash between Doro and the rest of Kaibara. At that time, I think our speculation was that it had to do with the Wish-granting Orb specifically.

But now, with this new information in mind...

Could it be that the liaison was part of the clones' planned rebellion? (6)

Assigned 6; "60% confidence level."

It could be that, in addition to passing vital information about Kaibara to Fushi (who is still not exactly forthcoming about what they know so far), Doro was also trying to ensure that the Wish-granting Orb will never fall into the Highest Echelon's hands.

Was her conviction formed out of concerns about what Kaibara might do with the orb?

Or was her reasoning more pragmatic—she didn't want Kaibara to have the power to crush her rebellion?

Back to the number-as-naming convention. What if these weren't names, but the assigned turn of each clone for the ultimate experiment (6)? If that's the case, then Doro is the 32nd experiment that failed.

That's a lot. And the fact that she failed would mean the experiment will keep going. The clones will keep being bred to be used for these experiments. It's a conflict ripe for seeds of rebellion, right?

And so, there are extra hypotheses as to why the clones were massacred in the first place:

Hayase has been successfully reincarnated (8)

The clones' rebellion plan has been found out (7)

Hayase has been successfully reincarnated AND the clones' rebellion plan has been found out (5.6; 8/10×7/10)

Dolly's Purpose(s)

While Doll's original purpose might have been for amusement and fun—Doro rescued it from some trash heap and just engineered it to be a playmate—I had always found its ability to dish out powerful punches suspicious. Why would a playmate be good at granting people concussions in the first place?!

And it was good enough to take out mercenaries, right?

I'm quite confident that Doll's punch is a defensive ability to guard whatever's stored in its memory (9).

I should review what Previous Me had speculated:

Doll holds Doro's brainwaves or consciousness

Doll holds the Left Hand Nokker within it

Doll is a combination of Doro's consciousness/brainwaves and its original AI

There is also the speculation that Doll is the Wish-granting Orb itself, but I think the confidence level for that hypothesis has gone pretty low... at least to me, personally. It sits at less than 10%.

Now, I want to add new hypotheses and rearrange them from most confident to least:

Doll's memories include Kaibara's top secret: key infrastructures, their real master(s), their experiments, whatever information they have gained about the Wish-granting Orb, their master plan to counter Fushi, and the like. Things that could give rebelling clones an edge. (8)

Doll holds Doro's brainwaves/consciousness integrated within its original AI (7)

Doll holds Doro's brainwaves/consciousness AND it is Doro's consciousness/memories that possess knowledge of Kaibara's top secret (5.6; 8/10×7/10)

Doll holds the Left Hand Nokker (less than 2)

The first (and by extension, the third) hypothesis can be supplemented by the fact that Kaibara really wants the Doll. Why, if not because the Doll holds vital information regarding the entire company?

They could go after it for Doro's consciousness, sure, but the priority would drop a lot more, wouldn't it? ...Unless the third hypothesis is true!

The second hypothesis can be partially supplemented by Abel's dedication to possessing the Doll; he really cherished Doro, and to him, the Doll could lead him to her again. He also claimed that Doro "is still alive," though when pressed, he gave no evidence.

Was it wistful thinking, or could he have been privy to Doro's experiment to transfer her consciousness into Doll? Did he really know nothing about Doro's death?

There is also the "Now I am human" line Doro uttered while blindfolded. Given we now know what the clones are used for, Doro might see her existence to be inhuman/subhuman because of her real purpose. Maybe, to her, she could feel more human by being a doll than in her human body.

Hell, who knows? Doro might secretly envy Abel's humanness—a guy who was likely born from normal copulation and couldn't fit in with the rest of the Tagged society, yet all the more a genuine human being than the rest of them.

He had tears running down his eyes, in the corner of his eyes, he could see Techno not moving, with his eyes widened a bit.

He put his head on his son's shoulder, not paying attention that he was next.

The next thing he felt was his body changing, but he doesn't care.

At least Phil was next to Wilbur.

Phil was the first to wake up from his stony slumber.

He looked around the building, apparently the night guard said that the building they were in was called a museum.

"Strange name for a building this big."

Phil then realized something.

"The night guard forgot to tell us his name."

He sighed, not the first time someone forgot to tell Phil their name, definitely won't be the last.

"So now you're awake huh?" Phil turned to see the night guard at the entrance of their now called "room".

"How long have you been standing there? Waiting for one of us to wake up?"

"Just got here like a few minutes ago, as soon as I went inside here, your body was already turning back to how you used to look like."

Both of them stood there in silence.

"Is it alright if I can accompany you mate? I might not be much but I just don't wanna be here, feeling alone without my son and friend, you get what I'm saying?"

The night guard nodded, then started walking out of the room with Phil catching up to him.

Once they were out of the room, the guard took out his flashlight and kept walking.

"So you only have a flashlight to guide you in the darkness of the museum, and no weapon to protect yourself with?" Phil asked.

He was rather more curious than worried that the guard only had a flashlight on him.

"Yes, my boss only gives out flashlights. But my boss also allows me to bring a weapon just in case."

"Well, what did you bring for protection?"

Getting a new brother in a Giant Zoo

Again, thank u @wendy130 for letting me use the prompt, so here it is!!

If Phil was being honest, yes, he would like to continue the tour.

He felt pity for the giants that they were stuck in a cage like animals, just for entertainment.

He was the one who caused the breach, and he wasn't caught letting the giant free, but the poor soul got sent back to their cage.

He felt disgusted that people locked up giants just to show off like some animal.

But then again, he was also here for his son, Tommy.

The kid was excited to be here, and Phil won't deny the fact that he wanted Tommy to have a good life.

"Yes, I'm sure that I want to continue the visit. Afterall, don't want to make me kid upset."

"Ah, love your kid that you would do anything to keep that smile on their face."

Phil nodded.

"It's understandable, parents can be like that with their kids most of the time."

Phil was soon let go, he went to his son, who was sitting patiently on a chair.

"Ready to go, Tommy?" Tommy looked up at Phil, then excitement took over his body.

"Alright then, I think I saw another giant around these parts, do you want to go and check it out?"

Tommy nodded his head rapidly.

Then they went to the section that the giant was.

Phil took a second to look at them.

The giant had pink hair, red eyes, they seemed to have a pair of glasses on them and a book to read.

Tommy gasped, apparently, the giant seemed to hear Tommy gasp since they looked towards where Phil and Tommy were.

He saw the giant's eyes dilate at the sight of Tommy.

It seemed rather adorable, if it wasn't by the situation that the pink haired giant was in.

They seemed to put their book down and get closer to Tommy.

Phil noticed the pink haired giants eyes dilate a bit more now that they can see Tommy more close up in view.

Both of them were fascinated with each other.

Tommy began to squeal in delight at the sight of the giant being this close to him.

Phil looks to his right, seeing a stand that seemed to have information about the giant.

A Helping Hand

This gift is for @eyes-eye-eyes for @mcyt-gt-events, I really hope you enjoy this, I did my best to try and write this out for you. I might be able to do the second prompt but loss of motivation might get in the way but prompt 2 might happen.

Prompt #1: T!SBI are out on a vacation, and get lost on their way back to the place they are staying. They attract some hostile unwanted attention. Thankfully, a g!tommy saves them before they can get hurt. Hurt/comfort :))) VORE MAYBE!!

Phil knew things weren't gonna go well when they got lost.

He knew better than to trust Wilbur with directions.

But he did, and now he regrets it.

Him, Wilbur, and Techno were taking a vacation, it was a little cabin in a forest.

They wanted to have a picnic in a specific area where Phil went every time he used to come here for summer vacation when he was younger.

Of course, he wasn't allowed in the picnic area anymore due to rumors of people disappearing because of giants or dangerous creatures when they got to the picnic area.

He didn't and still doesn't believe the rumors. After all, those were just rumors.

He heard Techno sigh, "Dad, why did you let Wilbur take control of the directions when he clearly doesn't know where he is going?"

"Well then fuck you too Tech-no-blade, I'm no "Human Compass" like you are." Wilbur exclaimed.

"Don't say my name like that, you know full well that I could be a better guide than you could ever be." Techno exclaimed softly.

"Guys don't be so loud, we might attract-" Phil tried to explain but was cut off.

"Then go ahead Mister "Human Compass", show us the way towards the picnic site." Wilbur exclaimed as loudly as he could, just to spite Phil.

It was silent for a few seconds, before a voice came up.

"Well well, if it isn't more humans for me to have, I'm gonna be honest, it's been a real long time since I had humans for lunch, but today is my lucky day as it seems."

They all turned around to see a giant, he had brunette hair, with a coat on. The giant was smirking down at them.

They tried to run, but hands caught them before taking even more steps.

"I don't think so, you're not going anywhere except for my stomach."

All hope seemed lost in the situation that they were in.

"Tubbo, what the fuck are you doing at my side of the forest with humans who were on my side of the forest, I thought we had an agreement." Another voice spoke.

"Oh c'mon Tommy, just a little snack wouldn't hurt anybody."

"Then how would you like it if I come over to your side and take dear old Ranboo as a snack eh? Bet that he would be a good one too."

The giant holding them tensed.

"You wouldn't dare fucking touch Ranboo."

"Then give me back the humans, and nothing bad will happen to your dear old Ranboo."

The giant or Tubbo, thought about it.

2nd part: Getting to know of Each Other

It was Tommy's first night as the museum's night guard.

The museum contained things of the past.

Like Greek Mythology, ways of how to win a war back then in the early days, hell, even the types of gods and pantheons.

As boring as all that shit sounds, it sounded interesting to a lot of nerds who are into stuff from the past.

And it was safe to say that Tommy was one of those nerds.

Sue him for that, but was it worth it learning about the past?

To some no.

To others yes.

Tommy couldn't care less.

So back to what he was doing, he was just patrolling around the museum, making sure everything was in place.

He went to one of his favorite sections of the whole museum.

The SBI Section.

It's a section with three gods that used to be a bit problematic back then.

But, as every story starts, there will always be an end to that story.

The people of back then gathered together, and made the three gods into stone.

One by one.

The first one to turn to stone Wilbur Soot, God of Insanity, Music, and Trickery.

They manage trick him.

How? Tommy himself doesn't know since it doesn't specify how they trick a god of trickery.

The next was Philza, God of Hardcore, Void, and Life.

He was Death's Husband, they turned him into stone while he was grieving from his already turned stone son.

The last one to turn to stone was Technoblade, God of Combat, Blood, and Destruction.

A powerful warrior beat him in a duel, both of them made a deal.

If Technoblade wins, both Philza and Wilbur Soot would be out of their stone cages of eternity and punish the people who turned them to stone.

If the warrior wins, Technoblade would accept loss and would allow the people to turn him into stone with the two other stone gods.

Well, since you're asking!

Okay starting with Gloria: she is one of my latest OCs, even if she quickly gained a place of honour among them. Which is ironic, because I created her with the explicit purpose of clashing with me. So. In order.

As I already mentioned, Gloria Hirsch (no relation to the cartoonist, maybe some relation to the clockmaker that built my grandma's barometer) is an amateur cryptid-hunter, trying to get Tiktok famous but spectacularly failing at it. Not because of lack of cryptids, nay. There is a lot of weird stuff going on. Weird stuff that would love to not end up on Tiktok, thank you very much.

(I've also already said that I would love to introduce her properly with a Tiktok version of that meme that goes "About to catch Bigfoot I'll post the video later" "Bruh I've had my ass handed to me I ain’t posting that shit")

She is, for lack of a better word, a bastard. Completely insufferable. Arrogant, cocky and stubborn, and not good kind of stubborness. Has gremlin energy. Cusses like a sailor. Brutally honest. 50% sass 50% bisexuality. A temper shorter than the fur of a sphinx cat, and explosive tendencies. (Metaphorically, thank goodness). The most likely to start a bar fight, so to speak.

But all of this is has its bright sides too. Does not back down, especially if she has to fight for her friends. Loyal. Caring. Does not forget a thing if it has to do with the people she cares about. The kind of friend that would slap away the bad thoughts. Or slap you if you try to think them.

I would have the best kind of frenemies who would fight in a Denny's parking lot relationship with her. Even if 99% of our time together would be spent cursing each other's bloodline.

Gloria is a petite jewish girl, around 5'4'' tall, with pale skin and dark green curly hair that reaches the jawline. Has heterochromia (the right eye is grey, the left one is half brown half grey) and a few freckles on her cheeks. Fights using a spiked baseball bat, later e enchanted to sprout thorny vines and ice spikes on command, for ✨extra damage✨. Has a thing for denim clothing, and always wear a denim jacket covered by hand-made patches, featuring a bisexuality one, various cryptid-themed ones and a Plupple one.

Because, I forgot to add, she is a BIG Buzzfeed Unsolved fan, the show being what gave her the push to start cryptid-hunting. Boogara, starts all mighty and though and ends up panicking. (I also have a shaniac character btw, William. I created a world where the supernatural is proven and I still have a shaniac character. Like a boss)

She is quite new to town, her older brother and his joyfriend (is that the neutral for boyfriend/girlfriend? I read it once and I liked it but I never found it again) are university students renting a student apartament amd they took her in after she fought with her parents and ran away from home. But she is quick to clash with other people.

A few fun facts about Gloria: her favourite cryptid is the Jersey Devil, her pizza order is the same as my brother (wurstel and french fries with no tomato), when she listens to "When he died" by Lemon Demon she can't help but singing along and has an annoying allergy to bunny fur.

Then, Plum! His real name is actually Maurice. Idk why he goes by Plum. I am the author, and I don't know. Oh well. His name is Plum. I think that only his grandma would call him Maurice. Let's go on.

He is a faun. A mythologic, classic faun. Goat hooves, goat horns, goat ears, all the jazz. Rarely uses pants and shoes, only does so when he has to pass or is doing something that requires armour. Has a quite dark tan skin, with hair the colour of Coca-Cola, black but turns warm brown when the sun hits it, and pink-reddish eyes. Likes to have Milo, his fiancé, and his friends braid his hair and beard with small flowers. He is a bit shorter than 6'0", but the horns make up for it. Ripped as a classical dancer (have you ever seen Roberto Bolle?). He is on the asexual spectrum, but prefers being unlabeled. Gay as hell for Milo, tho.

A quiet person, but not because he is shy. He just doesn't talk much and observes a lot. Incredibly skilled at finding details, quick-witted and with a tremendous memory. He would make for a great detective, but is too pacific for this. Instead, he and his fiancé opened a B&B and shelter for other travellers, supernatural and not. As long as they need help, everyone is welcome here. They also adopted a small dog called Mr. Pudding Puddle.

He likes to play his guitar (I posted a picture of what it looks like a while ago) that can turn in any kind of guitar-related instrument: electric guitar, ukulele, banjo etc. He is very, very good at it. Fights a bit like a DnD Bard.

Plum has a soft spot for ice-cream, especially cookie-flavoured ice-cream. Loves the smell of honeysuckle.

For starters, he is a trans nonbinary witch (he/they) of korean descent, specialized in herboristery, potion brewing, healing through concoctions and spirit summoning. If the latter seems out of place, it's because it is. They have a magpie familiar called Magpie, they were 3 when they named her, show a bit of mercy.

He is 5'10", with a fair skin, floaty black hair with light blue bangs, and black eyes with silver irises so light that they seem white. Has a lot of thin scars. Loves acting, is an actor and children drama teacher at the local theatre. Their powers as spirit witch comprehend summoning giant ghosts in the shape of koi fish, and controlling them. Can get overwhelmed easily though.

Light-hearted and sweet, he is often described as "someone with the breeze for the soul". They are not sure of what does this mean, but they try their best to refresh people around them. He is a tad shy tho.

When he was little, he was trained to be a potion maker. But soon it became clear that spirits often made their entrance in his life, so his training became even stricter. This gave them the scars, and PTSD from spirit intrusions outside their control. However, they kept on honing their herborist skills, wanting to preserve the family tradition.

Deeply in love with Plum, those two are by far my favourite pairing. Plum proposed, and now we'll see how it goes :). Full time herborist, part-time spirit expert, part-time B&B owner. He is the one who named Mr. Pudding Puddle. It's a name with a story. I'll let you guess what it is.

His hobbies are baking and retro videogames, they are quite good at both of them.
