your new friend vernon is walking you home one night, telling you all about the date his mom is setting him up on in an attempt to “get out there more”. he admits it’s been a while since he’s taken somebody on a date, and he’s sort of nervous and half dreading it. he doesn’t even have any idea what he’s going to wear.

the two of you reach the front of your apartment building, and you face to look at him. placing your hands on his shoulders you teasingly say, “wear that navy blue polo shirt of yours. it almost makes you look nice.”

he huffs out a small laugh in response, but the truth is he’s sort of spiraling. you notice what he’s wearing beyond an aesthetic sense? do you pay attention to how the shirt fits him perfectly, how it hugs at his chest and shows off his arms? of course, vernon knows he’s attractive — people swoon over him on the daily, and many times he can get away with not paying for ramen at the convenience store if the girl at the counter is young. but, it never crossed his mind that you thought about him in that way. it was different with you, wasn’t it?

he thinks about that, and you, on the way back to his dorm.

you text him to ask about his date the next night, the curiosity getting the better of you.

how was ur date? did she appreciate the polo?

he admits he didn’t wear the polo, but doesn’t offer any explanation as to why. he adds that the date was going fine until they were saying goodbye and she went in for a kiss on the cheek and he held out his hand. he probably won’t see her again.

you laugh out loud at his message.

when it’s your birthday a week later, he wears the polo to the casual dinner you host at your place with your closest friends. he notices when your eyes linger on his lean figure, and the way you blush when you know you’ve been caught. you’re almost sure he’s worn it on purpose.

how his presence alone can be almost overwhelming, how his massive body cages you everytime without a chance to escape. you wouldn't dare to try anyway, knowing that you don't even have a say against a creature of his caliber. he will find you. in your dreams, in your nightmares. in your room.

how he will be intense and vague about everything just for the sake of it; to confuse you further, to see the conflict of emotions in your eyes merge with arousal. eventually your hesitance turns into acceptance, a desperate need to feel his hands all over you. and he will be oh so grateful to fulfill that desire.

how his thick tongue pushes past your lips and into your mouth, reaching almost the back of your throat, relishing in the muffled little sounds you make. your drool mixed with his saliva drips down your chin, and your hazy eyes look up at him when he finally pulls away, giving you a second to breathe.

how his hips are slamming into you relentlessly, your wetness and lack of resistance allowing him to move almost effortlessly. forced to hold onto him for dear life instead of pushing away. all of your morals and principles are being tossed out of the window every single time he comes to you. he has you where he wants you, and will not stop until he feels like you can't take it anymore.

and how in the morning he vanishes away, leaving you guessing: was it just another wet dream? but the cold stickiness between your legs tells you more than you need to know.

It has meaning and emotional weight. However.#JC really said: 'this little boy keeps getting underfoot and lost in crowds. I'll put a bell on him'.#Its stated that *all* the yunmeng jiang disciples had a clarity bell. Which is 1) funny to think they all wander off at times 2) owwww #Also extra 'Owww' the audio drama adds with this scene is the weight on how wwx never got to give baby JL the bell he carved as a gift #That little bell can hold so much significance to so many aspects of these character's lives.#'Clarity' as an adjective here is also pulling some fun weight. JL slowly coming to truly see myx/wwx as someone more than the rumours #have made him out to be. Teen discovers that you should make your own decisions about someone! Good for him!#JL is a great character and I like him more than my silly little comic design implies.

I love how thoughtful Jamie’s uncles day gift to Roy is because I cannot imagine Roy is a good gift giver. So, I like imagining Jamie’s birthday rolling around & Roy is Stressed about what to get him. Jamie is his first close male friend in years so he’s sort of out of his league here & nothing he comes up with measures up to the Kunt jersey. Jamie doesn’t really drink much, he’s rich, his fashion confuses Roy, Roy’s not shallow enough to gift him any Roy Kent things (even though I think Jamie would like that), and he’s on a strict diet. Roy’s just stressed the hell out and ends up getting him something sort of terrible. my prediction is a Richmond T-shirt, £1000 & a card with a joke that no one finds funny

I know the main theory about why Nell has Billy is that he was passed on from captain Jackson but that would explain Roxy's magic/ whatever she has. I think he's maybe come from their mum, but only appeared in Nell's life when she needed him. Roxy's magic showed up when she needed help, I'd love it if all 3 girls had some kind of power/ magic/ whatever that only came into their lives when they need it and George just hasn't needed it yet because she's got Roxy and Nell instead.
