Was ist groß und passt nie aufs Blatt? Voilà - hat nicht draufgepasst, aber … man kann es einfach mal versuchen - unprätentiös beim Warten auf Crêpe au citron begonnen (Hauptgang, Vorspeise Crêpe … traumhaft) , während Johanna @jaykay2012 entschlossen losgelegt hat die Dunkelheit der Türen einzufangen, habe ich den Storch an der Fassade als meinen Anker benutzt, sonst weiß man ja nicht, wo anfangen… Chris @chrisfajen hat die ganze energisch aufs Blatt gebannt, Jörg @joergasselborn hat ein feines Detail in der Nachbarschaft aufs Korn genommen. Tut gut, mit sketcherbuddies unterwegs zu sein. Amüsiert und fabuliert haben wir über die Geschichte der Straßburger und den Hirsebrei! Wir bevorzugen crêpes zur Stärkung, aber sicher ist sicher, gut, wenn die Schweizer Freunde in der Not auch in 24h Hirsebrei liefern können. Lieferando anno 1456 quasi - und das sogar warm. La cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg est une cathédrale gothique située à Strasbourg, dans la circonscription administrative du Bas-Rhin, sur le territoire de la collectivité européenne d’Alsace. Siège, disputé durant la Réforme, d’évêques qui ont été suffragants de la province de Mayence jusqu’au concordat de 1801, elle est ensuite exclusivement affectée au culte catholique romain. Elle est depuis 1988 le siège d’un archidiocèse propre. Dans les années 2010, c’est la deuxième cathédrale la plus visitée de France derrière Notre-Dame de Paris. Fondée en 1015 sur les vestiges d’une précédente cathédrale, elle est élevée à partir de 1220 par la ville libre de Strasbourg, riche république marchande et financière, dans le style gothique, et est pratiquement achevée en 1365. Elle a la particularité d’avoir vu l’espace entre ses deux tours comblé en 1388 et se reconnaît à son clocher unique, surmonté d’une flèche qui lui a été ajoutée en 1439. Entre 1647 et 1874, pendant plus de deux siècles, elle fut le plus haut édifice du monde avec ses cent quarante-deux mètres de hauteur. Elle demeure la deuxième cathédrale la plus élevée de France après Rouen et la cinquième du monde. Ce « prodige du gigantesque et du délicat » admiré de Victor Hugo et célébré par Goethe, qui a connu là ses premières amours, est visible de très loin dans la plaine d’Alsace, jusque depuis les Vosges ou la Forêt-Noire.
