6. Which artists inspire you right now?

Oh so many. Catbat, jadequarz, chaoticcomposition, casukaga come to mind first. For leatherwork, Redbird and @warclad are two people whose work I love seeing.

12. Show your favourite drawing from this year

Well I have a lot of favorites but the first two that live in my head rent free currently are this watercolor of Ynvele and the little mischievous face of Roxanne on this page which captured her vibe pretty well.

As for leatherwork, these were great fun (and I need to post the finished product oops)

24. How do you deal with artblock?

Well, sometimes it's just identifying what's stopping me (easier with leather work where 90% of the time it's just needing to punch stitch holes lol) and kinda, powering through it. Other times I just switch to different art. Ditgital sketch not vibing? Time to sketch on paper. Drawing in general not working? Well there's always a queue in leatherwork.

For context: Surina(right, who belongs to @chaoticcomposition ) has a habit of. Um. Not being the most delicate person in social situations. Sometimes, usually unintentionally, she’s rude as hell.

Many moons before I got a tumblr account, the wonderful @chaoticcomposition made a wonderful commission for me of one of my old Pathfinder characters. I figured it’s about time I show him off here.

This is Raz, my catfolk rogue from my second ever campaign: a perpetual wisdom-lacking dumb sneaky cat boy. Actually in the years since it ended I’ve been working on a story featuring him and his backstory, which currently is ~160k words long and growing. If there’s any interest I might start uploading some of it here.

Since you’re into Archfey, can I tell you about my warlock’s patron?

This is Lord Kallus Tom Tildrom, also known as the Cat Prince, King O’ Cats and Cat Lord. A cat sith Archfey he rules a Court of cats and wanders the material plane at times as a black cat with a white chest punishing those who are cruel to cats.

My tiefling warlock won his favor as a little girl after chasing down some asshole teens who tried to throw a sack of kittens in the harbor. He offered her a boon, and being a lonely orphan girl, she asked only for his friendship.

The party is confused as she seems to sometimes have a familiar and she talks to the cat, but she has no control over what the cat does and it doesn’t change shape. But it seems smarter than an ordinary cat.

She doesn’t want to explain that it’s more that she’s his pet and familiar than the other way around. She’s his apprentice and he’s her master sure, but he’s also just a cat with a pet tiefling.

He can take the form of a cat, a panther, and a cat eared arch Fey with elegant black clawed fingernails
