Дивовижні зміни акордів, триголосні гармонії та різноманітність пісні також подобаються фанатам затятого року. Гурт засновано у 2015 році, а роком пізніше вийшов їхній EP «Leaves Turning Red». звільнений. Лише через два роки після сценічного дебюту їх емоційно захоплююча це шоу змусило їх виступити на трьох концертах в Ухані, Китай, у 2017 р. У рамках проекту ЄВРО РОК Пітера Бурша, Aedon відіграв кілька концертів у Франції та Нідерландах. Вони відіграли численні концерти по всій Німеччині, в тому числі такі фестивалі, як Essen Original, Hardtbeat Festival, Vaccuumfest, Taumzeit Festival і The Night of The Prog Festival, які є серед основних моментів. Назва групи Aedon означає «соловей» і відсилає до трагічної історії богиня Едон з грецької міфології. Щасливий випадок привернув до гурту увагу Бертрама Енгеля та Пітера Келлера. Бертрам Енгель — барабанщик, композитор і про- дюсер. Він грає на барабанах в Panic Orchestra Удо Лінденберга з 1970-х років і є постійним учасником Пітера Маффея. гурт. Саме там він познайомився з гітаристом Пітером Келлером, який також є учасником ансамблю Maffay. Пітер Келлер — лауреат премії Echo переможець, композитор і продюсер для Peter Maffay, Laith-Al-Deen, a-ha, Karat та інших найкращих виконавців. Захоплений піснею 2021 року «Лагідний дощ», Бертрам Енгель і Пітер Келлер вперше об’єдналися як продюсери та запросили Едона до Chefrock Studios в Гамбурзі. Всього за кілька днів три існуючі пісні були вдосконалені, готові підкорити музичний світ у 2024 році.

Chilean Wines Music Pairing.

The strenght of chilean wines deserves a band with similar profiles, and it’s even better when the band is from Chile too,

As a sommellier I find Carmenere the most special grape variety from Chile, it’s really unique, the color is pretty fancy, the scent is well defined with black berries, and its taste is quite delicate. 

Let’s start August with a glass of carmenere and let’s enjoy it with Telereadio Donoso as the music of backround :)

 Malbec World day and its Music Pairing

Each April 17th, Argentina organices Malbec World Day, worldwide in each embassy a party is organized with the best wine cellars that make malbec, and that is ‘cause this variety is the icon of Argentina, so they want to celebrate their wine icon.

Keep in mind that Argentina is the fifth country that exports wine worldwide, that position has made this country famous for its wine profiles, specially malbec, and maybe some of you are wondering, why in this day? Why in April 17th? 

Well, in that day back in 1853 the president   Domingo Faustino Sarmiento had a mission, it was to create the best wines in Argentina, so he brought different varieties (malbec of course was part of the group) and gave a lot of help to wine producers so they could make the greatest wines of the region, now, years later, they make some of the best wines of the world, and malbec is always present on the awards.

I love the idea of the event, the wine cellars are together to impulse the wine trade, so you see a lot of vision between them, they are part of Wines of Argentina, a great campaing that has increased the commerce of Argentina’s wines, and also, what I love the most, is thatmusic is present there so you go into an event that is not very formal and that was just created to enjoy it ! 

Is the third time that I go there and each year I fall more in love with it !

Malbec’s music pairing

Since its flavour and profile, I think Noiser - Walk with me is the best song to pair Malbec’s world day :)

Also Ataque 77 - western (there are from Argentina and the power of the song it’s similar as the flavour of Malbec)
