i am unwell after the season finale of loki because it's so incredibly beautiful but it hurts so fucking bad and that's a post for another day but i have to say something that happened that's just coincidental and weird.

i have hundreds, and i mean hundreds of bookmarks on ao3, not all of them the same fandom. i was recently just wanting a feel-good fic because that season finale was rough, so i just was scrolling through my bookmarks before finding a damn good one.

i read it, remembering the basic plot but not the words, and the ending. the ending.

the last lines were, and i quote, "xxxx gave xxxx a future, xxxx gave xxxx a purpose. And that's kinda poetic in a way, isn't it?"

UM.

all i could think was "Loki gave Mobius a future, Mobius gave Loki a purpose. And that's kinda poetic in a way, isn't it?"

keep in mind, totally different fandom, first fic read today, picked out of more than 1800 fics, written in 2020.

Out of curiosity, when you were making the background designs, did you have a set idea for each one to be on a specific colony or did that connecting thread happen coincidentally? The colors you used for them are amazing and the types of colonies you presented were so fascinating to me that I had to ask.

I set out to illustrate colonies! So it was definitely not a coincidence.

I'm working on a bit of a backstage project right now and have need of illustrations of colonies. I actually have more of these types of concepts which may or may not see the light of day.

Thinking very hard about medieval royalty dabihawks where crown prince!Touya got married off to another princess for the sake of the kingdom. gosh i love the idea of childhood friends toukei who have known each other for so long and was attached to the hip for years and years, everyone around them accepting that they come as a pair. you'll never see one of them without the other. then that balance gets broken when one of them needs to be tied to another person in the name of duty. pls i want it so much.
