Hey everyone! Head's up! There is an art/content thief on YouTube that has stolen from multiple artists and YouTubers. Namely Cougar Macdowall And me.

They stole comic dubs that we made and edited and by extension, he stole from the artists that gave us permission to Dub them.

This is the link to the channel. When you watch some of their uploads, you'll notice my voice and Cougar's voice have been pitch shifted, but there is no doubt that those videos do not belong to them. They have given absolutely no credit to the artists or the editors.

If you see your art on any of this guy's videos, mass report their channel or send out a copyright claim. Let's get him off YouTube.

Catching tumblr dupe rats

Across all the tumblr dupe rats, this kind is one of the worst.

OP puts their nametag on the post, despite they are not the artist.

SomikoArts is the real artist.

Uncropped pictures were posted here with public twit in the source, dated Feb 14, 2022. Within days after that tumblr post this funny guy decides to crop it and repost it just like this, without the credits or source.

Many Tumblr blogs have engagement they don't deserves just because of constantly appearing in the search. People behind it are unable to find something interesting by themselves and can only parasite from smaller tumblrs.

It's frustrating enough. But why do you need to be even bigger asshole and get rid of the creator credits?
