Feeling demoralized This is a common and a very petty symptom its normal in most cases but should you ignore it? like, you wake up today and you're pretty much unsure about your day but while going through your day it feels like you've been doing this whole routine for AGES and you just lose interest in that you feel demoralize, discouraged to carry on with your day...this is DEMORALIZATION. 2.Feeling hopeless Today, you have woken up you went to school, college, work . Its going normal, but suddenly, you've done something wrong, some error has been made by you, and you're reaction to that is that you don't wanna do that all over again, NO, you feel like giving it up, mind you this is what 1 little error does to you 3.Feeling annoyed On a normal day everything is 'normal' except...YOUR TEMPER you're like "I ain't alive for this!", that's when you realize this is EVERYDAY you go through this every ****ing day....WHAT?!...see ?... isn't this confusing... 3.ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Yes, these are the three parents of depression let's break 'em down ; i.)ADHD( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) We'll discuss what is ADHD later, let's just see how it affects depression so basically in ADHD you cannot focus and when you can't focus, you get DEMORALIZED, you feel HOPELESS & ANNOYED. ii.)PTSD( Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Again, we'll discuss what this is later....Let's how this impacts depression...something traumatic and bad happened to you you got DEMORALIZED to live, you start feeling HOPELESS that YOU CAN DO BETTER , you also get ANNOYED of everyday things as you are SAD:( iii.)Bipolar disorder You got two personalities one is ALWAYS DEPRESSED, one is okayish, so two personalities ANNOY you and all this make you think your efforts are WORTHLESS or HOPELESS.
