#milgram #mikoto kayano #haruka sakurai #shidou kirisaki #fuuta kajiyama #doki doki literature club au #i think this might be the first time i've properly drawn shidou #the reason it's only the boys is because i wanted to make a separate version for the girls #sorry for the lack of kazui there's only 4 characters in ddlc #minus the protagonist but nobody cares about him #fun fact! shidou's shoes are the same purple as his prisoner color while everyone else's is blue #just like how monika's shoes are different from everyone else's #fuuta ties his jacket around waist to emulate his Bring It On knight outfit (i really hope his T3 outfit does this)#i wanted to fuck his tie up (to imply he doesn't know how to tie a tie) but then realized that he'd probably be the type of person to #watch a tutorial to tie it once and then just loosen it to remove it and never untie the knot #this was originally a sketch but i got a bit carried away and colored it #I wonder how obvious my struggle with haruka's pose is #his upper legs look off but i don't want to keep changing it over and over again #random thought! Natsuki's first 2 poems actually sort of fit Fuuta I think #i can imagine him writing Eagles Can Fly #Both Sayori and Mikoto are also people pleasers and depressed so yeah #and Shidou gives me a Monika vibes IDK why

Unreality Au (Doki Doki Literature Cafe! Semi au where the main four are the side story variants):

Yuri gets sick around Monika all of a sudden with similar symptoms from how In game Monika made in game Yuri feel (rapidly beating heart, harder breathing and the feeling of someone stabbing her).

Monika starts panicking immediately, spiralling because she's terrified that it's her fault and that she's hurting her friend and that she's going to end up like the Monika in the main horror game

And then five hours later Sayori calls Monika up like "good news, Yuri's okay!! Bad news................m....she's allergic to a LOOOOT of caffeine :["

And then Monika just, explodes/j

-This is a self projection btw (is allergic to a majority of caffeinated drinks)

Someone a few weeks back asked me via Messages to draw Akinom, AKA Monika from my old DDLC AU, IKOD. A very interesting request, seeing as it really only exists on my DeviantArt and didn't expect anyone to follow it onto Tumblr.

...And now the person who requested it has apparently disappeared, and I can't retrieve their Message either to respond to it...Oops. But I already spent way too long on this so I might as well post it for all to enjoy anyway. (And if the original requester ever stumbles upon this, well here you go!)

Guess I'll link the IKOD folder here as well so people can take a glance at it (It's horror-based and follows themes/visuals from the original game, so proceed with caution): IKOD - A Doki Doki Literature Club Fanstory

The project's been dead since 2020, but I might do some revisits/one-off pieces to the concept since I invested time on these new drawings. Or maybe not, I'm not sure yet.

I FINALLY finished it! It took a freaking month to make both. Hopefully the wait was worth it, was planning to make this as a game first since it might be easier to create but I don't think so. Depends if this thing even last long, don't worry about the "It Takes Two" AU. I'm still working on concept art for each character, I just had to put that on hold for a while. Which reminds me, if you have any interest helping me in any way by either voice acting, creating background characters or with the storyboard for the AU then ask me! Sadly, I'm broke so I can't pay you. Right now I'm looking for people to help me with the script and storyboard, one so far said yes! Anyways, I hope you like it! Have best day! <3

#milgram #milgram fanart #shidou kirisaki #doki doki literature club au #i'm back at this silly au again #i didn't want to put in the effort of making him blend in with the background because i'm really busy this week #also special apology to all shidou fans for forgetting his beauty marks in the first drawing #it probably will happen again #iris draws #I've been thinking about this AU a bit more (even though i should be focusing on upcoming exams i have)#haruka definitely wouldn't like the super dense wordy books like yuri so what would he like? (maybe children's books?)#mikoto reads mystery or horror novels because there is no way he doesn't watch horror movies in canon with an MV like that #although he did say he doesn't like violence so who knows #fuuta reads manga like natsuki but the genre is maybe isekai #he'd love the fantasy setting and wish fulfillment #although admittedly i'm not very familiar with manga as a whole so maybe there are more appropriate choices for him #i'm not sure what shidou would read though

(HEAVILY) Inspired by Doki Doki literature club, the AU comes in the form of a visual novel and centers around the members of the theatrics club: Wally Darling, Sally Starlet, Frank Frankly, Julie Joyful and last but not least, you!

Below are the character profiles of your clubmates, enjoy what Team Salami has cooked up for you!

Wally Darling: your club leader and set designer, he's not very good at it though... Usually being a bit of a klutz, Wally falls over often and has trouble picking up dialogue cues. He has a particularly strange and charming way of communicating. If you're blunt enough while romancing him, he just might offer you to be his occasional ladder

Sally Starlet: your mutual friend, the club's lighting specialist, and play director. She practically dragged you into the club because of your casual interest in plays and such. Sally is very passionate about everything play related and takes a lot of pride in every role she fulfills. Your relationship as friends might go further... well, only if you choose for it to of course

Frank Frankly: the club's screen writer, you've never seen Frank on school grounds and due to that you've never had a chance to interact with him, and it seems like he'd like to keep it that way. Frank shows an obvious dislike towards you and you can't quite put a finger on why. Winning him over will take quite the effort.

Julie Joyful: the club's costume designer, from the moment you met Julie you get the impression that she's a very extraordinary person. From what you've heard she's a very down to earth and dedicated person, usually being a little too absorbed in her craft. You've never seen her donning a normal school blazer, only the ones she's made from scratch. She's rather shy around you so it's your job to bring her out of that shell.

WALLY DARLING: YOU ALREADY KNOW ME SILLY!

Holy fuck that took a hot minute to make, I hoped you liked this silly silly idea that came into my head randomly that I'm now going to dedicate months or years of my life to haha. Anyhow I'd like to give a shoutout to @shadyauthor and their Heartstrings AU we had similar ideas with the ddlc inspo and all (read their AU fic on their blog (pls))
