Theory: Carmilla would be Eve?

Among so many crazy theories (and I love it!) after this season, I'm going to bring my (crazy) theory. As the title already reveals, what if Carmilla Carmine was our missing Eve? Before you throw hate, here are some points:

-In some versions of the myth of the creation of Adam and Eve, Eve was condemned to hell (while Adam went to heaven). If the series goes down this path, the character wouldn't be in heaven;

-Carmilla's name: Originated from Hebrew culture. Carmila/Carmela/Carmilla/Carmile means garden, orchard. Well... I don't think it would be too much of a coincidence for the name to mean that (garden... Garden of Eden...).

-Eve was created from Adam's rib. Here I come up with the theory that the exorcist angels guided by Adam (including Vaggie) were created from his ribs (like Eve). This would explain the similarity in appearance of Vaggie, Lute and Carmilla.

--Carmilla's personality: she is super protective! The super mom of the series (so far). It is to be expected that Adam's second wife, mother of humanity, would be maternal./ "but she was presented as the mother of only two characters" man, she still seemed super worried about the day of extermination (she called a meeting with the Overlords precisely to think of ways to stop this), after all, the sinners were their descendants! (I'm not going to talk here about Adam's relationship with sinners, that would be worth another post) And, the same time, the exorcists would be like her sisters who she was reluctant to kill. I would also like to add here, I think Zestial could be Cain (one of his main sons and, precisely, the first sinner, as he killed his other brother Abel), this would explain the affection that Carmilla has for Zestial and for them both being the oldest Overlords! (Cain died before Eve in many versions of the myth) /Sure, they might just be good friends, but to me it made a lot of sense, my bad

-Her appearance: I've already commented on her resemblance to Vaggie (the two even duet two songs, expressing similar feelings), but now let's compare her appearance with her hair down with Eve's silhouette in the first episode (just look at the image I posted here) , it's identical! And of course, the second wife would have to be beautiful, and Carmilla is said to be beautiful.

--"ok but it is much more likely that she was one of the exorcist angels, taking into account her appearance and knowledge, why would Eve have an appearance similar to these angels?" Precisely because they came/were born from the same place, Adam's ribs! When Eve died, her demonic form still assumed that of a beautiful woman with large hands (representing her need to be able to hold, care for and hug everyone). Maybe Adam knew or didn't know how Eve was doing, and made his female army similar to his ex-wife (For me, this part would have several possibilities, like, him purposely making the appearance of the exorcists or it would just be because they were all born from the same place)

-In the final episode, when the news reports about what happened at the Hotel, the reactions of several characters appear, and there was one (emphasis?) in Carmilla's reaction to Adam's death (I imagine that, because she was against the extermination of sinners (her descendants) while her ex-husband, who lived in heaven, led this extermination, she should not have good feelings towards him).

Final note: Even if she is not Eve, probably she was one of the exorcist angels (as many already theorize), as she knew about the angelic weapons, knew of Vaggie's identity and her appearance.

There's one thing I'm a little… disappointed regarding the Hazbin Hotel fandom. In general I'm having a good time reading stuff, sharing drawings, commenting with my friends… But two points:

First, why the fixation with the one character who in the series itself Rosie says she knows he wouldn't be in a relationship because he's ace? I know aroace is a spectrum, I'm part of it, but no matter where I look, I always get porn featuring Alastor, no matter the character on the other side…? Guys????

And yeah, yeah, it's fine, it's fanon, people are having a good time, it's okay. But why are they only having fun doing content for mlm couples? WHERE ARE THE SAPPHICS?

I already have to dig to find pictures with Charlie and Vaggie, you know, the main sapphic couple, but where are the crazy couples just for the fun of matching them up like with the guys in the series? What if Velvette and Carmilla resolve their differences by kissing each other? If Rosie eats her husbands, what if she gets a girlfriend (can it be me)? If Lucifer slept with Lilith and Eve, what if it was a threesome and the two of them were hooking up too?

"But OP, if you care so much, make your own content!" Well, I refer back to what I said about being aroace, it's not something I usually think about. But it does bother me when I think sapphic couples never get enough attention in any of the fandoms I get into :(

Hazbin Hotel is still a new fandom for me, and I've only been here a few short weeks, but ooh, I feel very fed from a femslash/yuri and multishipper standpoint. Between Charlie, Vaggie, Emily, Lute, Sera, Lilith, Rosie, Carmilla, Velvette, Niffty, Mimzy, Cherri Bomb, potentially Eve -- they've given us a playground of interesting characters that are interconnected enough that they're fun to mix and match and explore. I'm loving Chaggie, of course, but also really love seeing Emilute on my dash, I'm obsessed with the Lute/Vaggie backstory potential, I love the Carmilla/Rosie and Carmilla/Velvette posts I've seen, and that's not even touching on Lute/Lilith, Lilith/Eve, Vaggie/Carmilla, Charlie/Emily, Charlie/Vaggie/Emily, etc, etc. It's pretty much exactly what I'm always looking for in creative fandom: Not so much that they're giving me exactly everything that I could want all at once--that might be the perfect piece of media for me, but it doesn't leave me as much time/space to get really feral and creatively fannish about it--and just enough that I can have fun writing and exploring with other fans.

Basically, all of this to say, I haven't ventured too too far into the fandom as a whole yet, but I'm really loving the femslash corner of the fandom so far. I have a huge list of fic ideas to tackle and I can't wait to see what everyone else continues to create, and then down the road, what S2 brings.

I want to be clear-I’m not making fun of any of these theories. I’m glad everyone is having fun and looking for clues, this is just lighthearted humor about how everyone is Eve-which yes I love go ahead and make everyone in Hazbin Eve

Okay but the whose Eve hits on even a funnier level to me because I am guilty of this-when I first made Donna, I was making her to be Eve. For like a week, then I wrote a snippet of that idea, realize it was stupid, and made her a fallen angel that was in love with a cannibal overlord (side note, can you tell my bias for the whose Eve’s theory lol)

But despite the fact we have not seen any Eve, I am SO invested in her. I really do love all the theories everyone is making about her and I love all the different designs and concepts people have. It’s so creative and so much fun.

So keep guessing whose Eve and keep drawing her I love it all

HAZBIN HOTEL SPOILERS FOR ALL OF SEASON 1

Okay okay okay. So I’ve been thinking about Alastor. Who has him bound is my main question.

So my original theory was lilith but that looks weaker now. However Lucifer said something in the finale that made me pause for a second.

“Well, your first wife didn’t seem to hate what I had to offer, or the second.” That last part was what really got me.

So Adam is very present in heaven. Where’s Eve? I mean she’s called the original dinner isn’t she? What if she’s in hell. On top of that, what if she’s the one pulling Alastor’s strings.

I’ve seen a few theories that Eve is secretly an upcoming character previously revealed by Viv named Roo. Viv mentioned that she was excited about this character but it’s “gonna be a long time” before we meet her. She has also been hinted at to be an antagonist. So it’s a solid theory!

Another theory I’ve seen is that Carmilla is Eve. I’ll be honest I wasn’t entirely convinced by just the fact that she knew how to kill angels. I’m still not entirely convinced, but her avid determination to not make contact with the angels could hint at it. Not my top theory, but a solid one.

There is a crack theory that Niffty is Eve. Which- would objectively be hilarious since she killed Adam. However I don’t think this is correct. It’s fun though.

My point is I really wanna know who’s “clipped Alastor’s wings,” so to speak. My main theory at the moment is Eve, but Lilith ain’t off the hook. I also wanna know what the fuck Eve is up to in general

Theory: Zestial would be Abel?

It seems like a crazy theory (maybe it is), but follow the reasoning here:

In the theory that Carmilla Carmine would be Eve, I theorized Zestiel could be Cain. But talking to a friend, we came to the conclusion that it would make more sense that Zestiel would be Abel instead of his brother:

In some myths, Cain, after murdering his brother, was condemned to never die. he could live as an immortal being on Earth, or be in some kind of purgatory (there is no purgatory in Habzin Hotel (?)), in short, he would not be in hell.

Zestiel's design: He is a spider, and it has been confirmed that sinners who take the form of a spider were sinners linked to some lie in life (Angel Dust came from a mafia family, linked to lies).

Meaning of Zestial's name: Zesti means enthusiasm, while al means God. Abel was the son of Adam and Eve who pleased God (the myth of offerings to god).

Adam, in the series, was confirmed as the first soul to enter Heaven, where would the myth of Abel and Cain fit in? Wouldn't Abel been the first soul to enter Heaven? What if Abel had gone to Hell instead of Heaven? Would him taking the form of a spider be a sign that he could have cheated on the offering to God? Or something related to his death was not as the myths said.

This is just a theory, he could very well have just been any human being in life (many say he is from a period after the Middle Ages because of his accent.. But Lucifer himself has an accent from a region of the USA and he's not American), but it would be interesting if this character was more than that. I recommend reading the theory about Carmilla being Eve so this theory makes more sense.

I don't know what the show plans for Eve, but if she is in hell, what of she meets Vaggie, and after learning of her backstory, decides to adopt her?

Picture Eve and Carmila literally have a custody battle over Vaggie, who is like, "I'm an adult!" but no one cares.

I don't know if Eve would be particularly interested in Vaggie, since since just the daughter of her (basically ex) husband, and even then, just solely in the biological sense, since Vaggie, even if pushed to admit she was pretty certain Adam was her father, would also make it clear that while she saw him fairly often, he never made any effort to take any part in raising her, or even attempt to let her know he was her father, that she had ever seen.

But even when it's just Carmilla basically declaring she's adopting Vaggie, Vaggie is just like "I've been an adult for over a century now..." Which gets completely ignored, of course.

like do i think that hannibal, killing eve, saltburn, carmilla, iwtv etc all exist under an umbrella together? yes. murder gays. gay couples doing bad things for each other. do i think you should ADVERTISE them that way?? no are you crazy, that’s for YOU as an audience member to call upon and seek out, you’re supposed to do that part AFTER watching the media.

My Season 2 of Hazbin Hotel Plot:

Trigger Warning: Drugs, alcohol, violence, assault, murder, suicide, & abuse.

Note: I headcanon that an overlord's power/strength is directly connected to the number of souls contracted to them. Anytime an overlord is killed by another overlord or someone trying to become an overlord, ownership of all the souls transfers to the triumphant overlord.

Episode #1:

The Vs target Rosie because she lost so many of her cannibal souls while assisting Charlie in her battle against Adam & the holy exterminators.

Rosie survives but is gravely wounded to the point she has to retreat & ends up at the hotel. Charlie & the others tend to her wounds, but they're unsure if she will live. Alastor goes rogue at the idea of losing his friend, so he vows to take out the Vs.

Episode #2:

Charlie, Vaggie, & Lucifer search for Alastor. Angeldust, Husker, & Niffty stay at the hotel to look after an unconscious Rosie. Husk & Angel reveal how they both ended up in hell.

Husk - Mom died or left when he was a young boy. Grew up with an abusive dad who liked to drink & gamble all the time. Followed in his dad's footsteps despite his best efforts not to & committed suicide.

Angel - Grew up in a mob family. Was thrown out after he refused to be a bully and take an innocent life. Sold his body to survive. Became an addict in a desperate attempt to cope with his life & eventually overdosed.

Niffty is about to tell her backstory when they are interrupted by Adam, who busts in determined to get revenge on Lucifer & Charlie because he's stuck in hell. Angel, Husk, & Niffty try to throw him out, but he overpowers them. Rosie, though she's still healing, regains full consciousness & intervenes moments before Adam is able to deliver the killing blow to one member of the main crew, & she single-handedly kicks Adam out of the hotel. Charlie & Lucifer return after failing to locate the radio demon & find out about Adam via Rosie & the others.

Episode #3:

Sera tries to keep Sir Pentious' ascent into heaven a secret, but Emily befriends the snake demon turned angel & learns of his backstory.

Sir Pentious - Grew up to become an inventor. Wanted to show the world he was a genius. Could never get any of his experiments to work right. Was ridiculed by his peers until one of his experiments blew up, ending his life.

Emily overhears Sera & Lute talking about what to do with Sir Pentious & how to ensure no one ever learns sinners can be redeemed. After she learns they intend to get rid of him, Emily frees Sir Pentious & helps him escape from heaven. Lute attacks Emily who reveals Sir Pentious is on the run & aware of their intentions to keep sinners out of heaven. Lute then pursues Pentious, but he evades her.

Episode #4:

The Vs take out more overlords. Lucifer is barred from intervening according to hell's laws. Charlie tries to rally the remaining overlords, including Carmilla Carmine & Zestial, but they're reluctant to fight or work together. One of the Vs, Velvette, falls victim to the radio demon's wrath. Alastor leaves her mangled corpse out where everyone can see & makes it clear he's coming after the remaining two Vs.

Episode #5:

Charlie is exhausted. Lucifer continues to look for Alastor. Sir Pentious makes it to the hotel to warn the others about Sera & Lute. Adam stalks & harasses Lucifer, but is outmatched & also outsmarted by hell's king. Rosie & Charlie bond whilst they recuperate. Vaggie is forced to fight Lute when she shows up looking for Pentious. Rosie reveals her own backstory & Alastor's backstory.

Rosie - Married a man who abused & assaulted her often. Used mummy parts & bandages (as a lot of people did during that time period) for medicinal purposes. Was killed after her husband, in a drunk rage, falsely accused her of adultery, then pushed her down a flight of stairs & she hit her head.

Alastor - Raised by a single mother who homeschooled him because he got bullied so much for being mixed race. Fell victim to a serial killer at some point when he was still a young man who kept him locked up in his basement & wouldn't feed him anything but the raw flesh of other victims. Got free & slew the man then started hunting & killing serial killers. Ate their flesh due to having developed a taste for it. Ended up getting shot dead by a deer hunter after some hunting dogs mistook him for a buck while he was burying one of his victims.

Episode #6:

Valentino grows tired of following Vox's orders. Val goes behind Vox's back and kidnaps Carmilla's daughters to ensure Carmine won't interfere or retaliate against the remaining Vs. Angel, Sir Pentious, & Husk team up with Cherri Bonb to rescue Clara & Odette.

Episode #7:

Alastor, having revealed himself, faces off against Valentino. Lilith arrives at the hotel with the intention of manipulating Charlie & Lucifer's emotions. Rosie refuses to let Lilith put an end to Charlie's dreams of redeeming sinners. Carmilla is reunited with her daughters & pledges to help take down the remaining Vs. Zestial attempts to talk some sense into Alastor. Lilith may or may not be who or what she seems.

Episode #8:

An injured Valentino returns to warn Vox about Alastor. Rosie & Alastor take on Eve while Lucifer, Charlie, & their allies rush to release the real Lilith from her holy prison. Emily's forced to pick sides. Sera releases Roo in a last-ditch effort to maintain order.

Hazbin Hotel: The Movie:

Roo reveals that she absorbed Eve, who became an extension of herself. Alastor is forced to fight those he has come to care for. Vox & Valentino meet their end after biting off more than they can chew. Sera makes amends for her mistakes. Charlie & the gang take their final stand, which will decide the fates of heaven & hell. Cherri & Niffty reveal their backstories.

Cherri - Had a decent life until she fell in love with the wrong guy who led her down the dark path of drug use & alcoholism. Helped him steal money & other valuables until his greed consumed him & he shot her.

Niffty - Became obsessed with a man who didn't really love her. Tried to kill him after he revealed his true colors. Fell to her death after he pushed her out a window. Never even signed a soul binding contract with any of the overlords. Began working for Alastor simply because he was the first one to approach her & she liked him a lot in a platonic way.

I love shipping and ship names and usually I just stick the names together but it's fun when fandom makes up something else!

So I wanted to collect what fandom came up for characters, at least what I saw. Maybe would think something of my own too(unless it's somewhere out there already xD) Would be glad for any help XD

Charlie - I only saw use of her name, but also saw Belle? Princess? Updates: Rainbow. Upd: Royal!

Vaggie - again, only her name. Buuut maybe Ribbon would work?

Angel Dust - saw only the name, the second part xD Which is thankfully can be a word of it's own! But maybe besides Dust Spider can work too? (but then again his sister is a spider too kjhg)

Husk - saw only the name, or rather nickname xD But again aside for Husker maybe Cat? I know it's too simple, but hey why not xD

Alastor - obvious Radio!xD And sometimes Deer.

Lucifer - Apple of course! Aaand saw Duck xD

Lilith - saw Music, but maybe Song would be a bit more fitting??

Cherri Bomb - never saw anything soooo my guess is Bomb and Cherry?XD

Sir Pentious - same as Cherri. Snake I guess??xD (poor Luci, it was taken from him xD)

Rosie - only saw Rose xD

Vox - saw only Static!

Valentino - saw only Moth xD

Velvette - didn't see anything, but I've heard she is supposed to be doll demon, so Doll?

Carmilla - never saw as well, but maybe Ballet?

Nifty - I think I saw Maid xD

Emily - actually here I have no idea. Besides very basic Angel xD Update: Halo!

Sera - and now no idea at all xD I don't freaking know Crown??xD

Adam - saw Guitar! Upd: Rock!

Lute - aaaaand now I am at loss completely xD Something violent? Knife?xD Upd: Spear!

Mimzy - hmm also at loss. I know she performs so Dance maaaybe..? Upd: Flapper!

Eve - errrr apple would fit the best, but it's already taken xD I don't freaking... Tree? Fruit??xD

Molly - she is not a character yet, although I keep seeing her. Aside from very basic Winner I don't know xD

Oh also there were some separate creative names? Which are very cool like AdamsApple for Adam/Lucifer and Royalflash for Husk/Lucifer! Are there more??. LoveBug for Val/Nifty! AppleCider for Husk/Lucifer! Upd: CharliesAngels for Vaggie/Charlie/Emily.
