Odin

He's extremely dramatic about it. Your love may as well be a curse because he's aching each time you're not close to him.

He usually says something under his breath. Almost like he's practicing his lines before he asks you in his Odin way to be affectionate- which he is doing actually.

His tone, face and gestures are so dorky you can't believe how lucky you are to be on the receiving end of his lines.

You are his chosen one. And your mission is to love him and let him love you. Whenever you hug him, whenever you kiss him- he feels like he's in paradise.

Claude

Sometimes he's straightforward, sometimes he tricks you into giving him affection- it really depends on his mood.

His tricks are corny, and a lot of times you saw it coming before he could finish his hyper specific questions and requests. But it's not like you can complain about getting hugs and kisses from him.

When he manages to get you off guard though he's so proud of himself. He can't help but smile at your reactions.

And when he's straightforward about it he asks in the sweetest way imaginable. After all, he can't help but want to kiss such an adorable lady before him!

Sylvain

He's always been casual with affection. It's natural to him to be immediately close to a girl that caught his eye.

You- of course- are different from his past girlfriends but in this regard only one thing is a bit different. As odd as it sounds, he's much more respectful to your boundaries than any other girl. So he holds himself back a little even if most of it is reflex at this point.

When he needs your affection he'd hug you from behind and whisper to you to pay attention to him in a way so silly, it's adorable.

He's not the jealous type, but he definitely is very needy. He has to feel you close, you could say that he needs it like his next breath but that would be taking it a little far... Although he did say that once or twice.

Who's the Most Likely, Least Likely, or Maybe Fathers for Owain based on Classes, looks, supports, and/or mannerisms?

Most Child units inherit the hair color from their fathers (with the exception of Female Morgan, who inherited her mother's hair color, and Lucina). But some parents are more fitting for some child units then others based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc. I'm not looking for who would make the kid stronger. Just a parent who would make sense for the Child Units.

Here's what I've gathered about Owain.

1.) In Awakening Owain's class is Myrmidon, which he could've gotten from Stahl, Lon'qu, Robin, Gaius or Gregor. In Fates Owain (or Odin) is a Dark Mage which he could've gotten from Libra, Henry, or Robin.

2.) He probably got the theatrics from Virion. Although the bizarreness probably came from Henry as well. The bragging probably came from Vaike.

3.) In his supports with Cynthia, Owain gets into an argument with her over what kind of hero is better. Owain prefers dark and edgy heroes, while Cynthia prefers more conventional heroes. I wonder if his preference is inspired by a possible father. Maybe either Lon'qu or Henry.

4.) Lon'qu's A Support with Lissa (where he took an arrow for her) could mirror his B Support with Owain. But there's a possible error, in when Lon'qu took an arrow for Lissa he still managed to kill the all assassins while injured, while when Lon'qu took an arrow for Owain in their B Support, they both retreated.

(?) Henry's father support with Owain has some unique dialogue. In their C Support Henry doesn't think Owain is cursed because he didn't detect a curse. At the beginning of their B Support Henry wasn't upset with him, not only that when Henry got shot by that arrow protecting Owain, it's implied Henry killed every single archer there single handedly.

(?) It's revealed in his A supports with his father that he died protecting him from an arrow but in Robin's case, he became gravely injured and is never seen by Owain again

(?) Ricken and Donnel are the youngest males of the Shepherds. In case you guys feel weird pairing up Lissa with anyone else.

(?) In Fire Emblem Fates, giving a Dragon Feather to Severa, Inigo, and Owain (Selena, Laslow, and Odin) produces some unique dialogue. Inigo and Severa show distaste for it while Owain has a straight up pissed reaction towards it. That particular reaction out what the other two feel could be from being impacted from either the Robin-Grima connection if he's his father or (this is only a theory) because it might remind him of the prejudice he might've faced in his childhood due to being half-Plegian if Henry is his father.

(?) One of Owain's barrack conversations with his father reveals that his father took him to the armory and that his father usually inscribes 'I Love Lissa' on his purchases. Who do you think would do that?

(?) Owain knows the Ylissean Royal family's fencing style, though he has added his own spin to it. So even if one of his possible father doesn't use swords, Owain still learns it.

Who do you think is the child's units mostly likely, maybe, and least likely parents based on Classes, looks, supports, mannerisms, etc?

I'm not sure if I got everything. There's always a chance I'm missing something but I'm willing to listen to any input and reasons why you think whatever Father is suitable for Owain.

Headcanon: Cuddling With Odin Would Be Like...

Request: Can I request cuddling headcanons for Odin, Takumi and Leo separately.

Word Count: 421

Odin would love cuddling with you. His favorite part of the day would be coming home to you, holding you tight while telling you all about his day.

Odin would love to kiss you while you cuddle. It is calming for him to hold you in his arms. He often finds himself sleepily, leaving light kisses anywhere he can reach. He will even interrupt you with kisses while you are talking to him.

Odin is very theatrical, but he feels like he can drop the act when the two of you are alone, and being in your arms makes him feel safe and free.

Odin's favorite position to cuddle is for you to lay face to face with his arms wrapped around you. He thinks it is the best position so you can talk and he can shower you in kisses.

Another position that Odin enjoys is having you lay almost entirely on top of him. In this position, he can hold you tight. He likes to trace patterns into your back and kiss the top of your head.

As much as Odin likes to be a tough guy, he feels like he can be vulnerable and show you everything when you are holding him. He feels like he can lower his shield and let you protect him, and he hopes you trust him to protect you too.

Odin loves to fall asleep cuddling you. Even if it is the middle of summer and the heat is unbearable, he feels like he has to hold you in his arms in order to fall asleep.

If you ever refuse to cuddle with him, Odin will pull out all the stops. He will act like you depriving him of cuddles is the worst thing that has ever happened to him and that you have betrayed him. Honestly, he would understand if you didn't feel like cuddling and would respect your boundaries but would want to at least be in the same room as you if you decided you wanted to talk or change your mind.

Odin would also like to hold you in his lap. He likes to wrap his arms around you, and you are able to still do things together, like reading a book which he loves to do.

Overall, Odin just loves cuddling, holding you, and having you close. It is his favorite thing to do with you, especially after a long day. To relax, he loves tangling up with you and just letting all of this stress wash away.

Sylvain Jose Gautier

Although he is from a cold place his hugs are warm. He isn't too touch starved but he often initiates cuddles.

It's mostly out of nowhere, but when he has a really rough day he needs affection from you like medicine.

He prefers being a big spoon, but by no means he'd be bothered if he were the little one.

Whenever he has you in his arms he tends to sometimes say a purposely bad cheesy line in a joking manner to break any existing silence- hoping to make you giggle a little.

Claude von Riegan

He likes to use hugs for comfort reasons. Of course that's not the only time he cuddles with you, it's just his favorite type of cuddles since they just feel so right.

His hugs are gentle, the type that makes you feel like the whole world around you doesn't exist and this moment you're having is the only thing that matters.

Most of the time he is the big spoon but that's just because how it goes really. If you ever want to change that he's more than happy to oblige.

He likes to have a little heart-to-heart conversations whenever you cuddle for a longer time. The topics come and go but he's sure to remember a lot of things you've said... Unless you two get too comfortable and he gets a little sleepy.

Odin Dark

This dork is the type of touch starved that doesn't want to admit that in a normal manner. He needs you close to him just as much as he needs his next breath.

He can't really commit to long cuddle time though... But that's just of how he often feels like he needs to get something done.

So while his hugs aren't the longest, he doesn't really leave you wanting since he'll go back for more eventually.

And while he usually initiates cuddles and starts as a big spoon, he somehow always ends up being a small spoon which honestly? He enjoys a little more.

Henry

Can be very needy from time to time. Especially when you are the one who initiate cuddles... Then there is a small chance he'll let you go.

He sure loves being the small spoon. The main reason is that he likes to lay his head on your chest and hear your heartbeat. Of course laying on your chest without his previous reasons is nice on its own~

Sometimes he'd just fidget with your clothes and some other times he'd just place his hands in most random spots. But of course he values your comfort above all else so if you want him to move just say the word.

He swears that sometimes your loving embrace is so addicting he only now realized how touch starved he truly is.

Frederick

He usually is very blunt with what he needs, quite frankly he expects the same of you. So usually he doesn't hug you without asking you first if you'd like to cuddle.

His hugs make you feel safe. He on the other hand feels like he has his entire world in his arms... Which is true.

Although his hugs are a bit tight, he's always sure to moderate his strength. He wouldn't let himself hurt you after all.

He is much more used to being the big spoon, so being the small spoon from time to time can feel a little weird to him if you ever go for it. But he can't say he hates it.
